Dick walked down the halls of Wayne Manor before stopping at the doorway of Bruce's study. The sound of Jason yelling at Bruce could be heard from outside the study. He could even hear Tim add a "Yeah!" and "Jason's right, for once" It was a pretty common sound in the manor. Well Jason yelling, Tim agreeing with Jason not so much. However, it always made Dick feel bad for whoever was on the receiving end.

Dick quietly opened the door and was met with Jason standing yelling at Bruce, and Tim cheering him on in the background.

"Dick is a grown man Bruce, he shouldn't have to ask you to make a life changing decision. If it was Tim who told someone, you wouldn't question his decision since he's smart."

Tim began to agree before realizing what Jason was saying,"Yeah, wait he would definitely question me, what the fuck are you on about Jay?"

"He fucking wouldn't question it. Sure Bruce would question me of all people, but not you and Dick, Tim."

"I shouldn't need you to agree for me to tell the man I love Bruce." Dick spoke, making Jason jump and Bruce to flinch. Tim quietly laughed at Jason since he already noticed Dick's entrance.

"Look Dick," Bruce began before getting cut off.

"Oh here he goes with his bullshit speech about everyone now being compromised." Jason mumbled to Tim.

"I'm a grown man, and I love Briar and he loves me. We aren't breaking up any time soon. I only told him since I absolutely had to. I would have died if Briar wasn't there. And here you are getting all mad about him knowing our identities. Can't believe I'm saying this but would you have preferred me dying to him knowing?" Dick raised his voice at Bruce.

"Ohhh he pulled a Jason," Tim said with shock.

"He really pulled the death card." Jason said looking close to tears from being so proud of Dick.

"I'm not mad. Shocked yes, but mad? No. If you're happy with Briar then I'm happy for you Dick. And I would prefer Briar knowing than to you dying any day." Bruce said before bringing Dick into a hug. Dick hugged him back.

Jason groaned in the background complaining about nobody growing a backbone and standing their ground for longer than a minute. Tim laughed before patting Jason on the back. Everything quieted down when Damian opened the study door with Briar by his side.
