"Thanks Alfred." Dick stood in front of him before continuing, "This is Briar Callaway, he's my boyfriend." Dick let out a small smile.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Master Callaway." Alfred greeted with a hand held out.

Briar shook Alfred's hand, "The pleasure is all mine, and Briar is fine." He let out a small smile hoping he did a good job introducing himself to Alfred. Dick grabbed his hand leading him inside.

"Master Jason and Master Tim are in the study waiting on Master Bruce and Master Damian to show up to discuss last night's events."

"What happened?" Dick questioned. Alfred motioned towards Briar, "Briar knows all about Nightwing and Batman." Alfred raised an eyebrow, surprised at this.

"Very well Master Dick, it appears that the Joker is planning something big. They're hoping to figure out what it is before it happens." Alfred opened the study door for the two.

"Hi." Dick held his breath unsure about what's about to happen.

"Pleasure to meet you all, I'm Briar."

"Jason." Jason responded when no one else did, holding his hand out for Briar to shake, which he immediately did.

"I've heard lots about you guys from Dick." Briar started hoping to take the attention off of Dick. He squeezed his hand and smiled down at him hoping to relieve some tension.

"Oh? All good things I hope," Jason said with a slightly forced smile.

"Not all good but definitely not all bad." Briar truthfully responded.

"Like what?" Tim asked.

"Some stories about you guys trying to kill each other, literally trying to kill each other." Briar winced at how that sounded, "Not that I'm judging I mean I've definitely wanted to murder my sister but I never actually tried. Not that, that's a bad thing. I mean your still all here so that has to count for something, right?"

Dick nervously smiled as Jason laughed. "I like you, he's a keeper goldie." Jason said as he walked up to the two and swung his arm around Dick. Tim smiled at them before looking back down at his laptop.

"The attention shifted from the couple as Damian and Bruce walked into the study. Damian ran towards Dick before hugging him while Bruce stood there staring at Dick. "Hi Bruce"
