"Eonni, wake up!"

Whispered Hyeri, gently shaking the wolf's sleeping body, careful not to wake up Sooyoung on the bottom bunk and the two other girls.

Hyejoo stirred awake, grunting at the delay of her sleeping. Turning her body around, only to see Hyeri's face leaning closely to hers.

Surprised but not surprised enough to flinch. Although her vision was still blurry due to the fact that she was still sleepy, she still knew it was the younger Hye.

Heat rose up Hyejoo's cheeks, turning red as she was flustered at the closeness of Hyeri's face. Fortunately, the room was dark enough for anyone to not see her blush.

Acting like nothing happened, Hyejoo softly pushed Hyeri away by her shoulders before sitting up. Rubbing the sleepiness away, she complained, "What are you doing here? And you're supposed to be sleeping."

"There's a question I asked to everyone that no one answered yet, it's bugging me and keeps preventing me to sleep," Hyeri scratched her nape, staring at the older with hopeful eyes.

Hyejoo blankly stared at her despite the butterflies flying around her stomach, "Alright. What is that question you were asking everyone?"

"Why is goldfish not even gold?"

The butterflies on Hyejoo's stomach stopped flying around, figuratively looking at the panda as if they were in disbelief upon hearing what she said. Hyejoo's soft eyes turned to a piercing gaze, "I'm heading back to sleep."

Hyejoo fixed her blanket, once again laying her back down but Hyeri held her hand before using her puppy eyes to convince the older to answer her question.

"Oh c'mon, eonni. Not you too! It'll keep me up all night if no one feeds my curiosity with some truth," Hyeri pleaded, using her cuteness to convince Hyejoo.

"You know what, you can search that up in the internet. Now go to sleep, you dumb child."

"No! I want to hear it from a person. Knowing about someone's opinion and perspective about something still hits different, you know?"

Hyejoo covered herself with the blanket, contemplating if she should ignore or just answer. Both can make Hyeri stop anyways however when it comes to the girl, she know she can't resist her.

Taking off the blanket, she sat up once again and sternly looked at Hyeri. Though it seems like the panda was unbothered with her piercing eyes as if it was already common for  Hyejoo to look at her like that, she even has a wide smile on her face.

"I don't know anything about fishes so just think that people called them GOLDfish because they're colorblind. There, problem solved?" Hyejoo simply stated, praying that would make Hyeri stop thinking about it all night.

Hyeri still has the same facial expression. And by same, what I mean is that she didn't even moved at all nor gave any other reactions, she just stared at her adoringly since she was the only one who spared some time to think about the answer of such difficult yet easy question.

Finally snapping out of her thoughts when Hyejoo snapped her fingers, giving her an okay sign which actually means if she was already satisfied with the answer. "Ooh I can live with that opinion of yours and can finally sleep. Thank you, eonni!"

Hyejoo nonchalantly said welcome and was about to lay down again when Hyeri planted a kiss on her cheek, making her frozen for a bit but then stared at Hyeri who was already climbing down the bunk bed.

Although Hyejoo already received lots of kiss from either Hyeri or all of the girls, this time was different and she felt like exploding because of happiness. It was euphoric, no other words can express it.

"I'm sorry for waking you up in the middle of the night. That was a thank you kiss for staying awake for me," Hyeri waved goodbye afore leaving their room, as well as leaving Hyejoo dumbfounded.

And now, it was Hyejoo's turn to stay up all night thinking about what happened just now.
