"Jo Haseul eonni! Come here I have a surprise."

Hyeri shrieked in excitement as she called out for their leader who was silently reading a book by the bed. Haseul diverted her attention away from whatever book she was reading before standing up to head to the panda.

Haseul walked towards the living room where Hyeri is, the said girl was jumping up and down due to how happy and excited she was.

"What is it?" She asked curiously, her eyes wandering around to see what the surprise is. To her dismay, there was none. Haseul shook her head as she heaved a deep sigh. Must be another prank of those kids, she thought.

Hyeri gently grabbed the older girl by her wrist as they lead themselves towards the kitchen. The younger opened the once closed lights as she faced Haseul towards the sink, with numerous unwashed dishes.

"Surprise!"

The panda exclaimed, her fingers wiggling as if she was helping the unwashed dishes shine. Not even a minute or so, before Haseul could react, Hyeri laughed as she patted the leader's back in reassurance, "I'm just kidding. The real surprise is behind you."

"Another surprise! You didn't see this coming, right?"

The other girls popped out of their hiding spot, cheering as Gowon exploded a confetti with Hyejoo playing with her hand at what looks like a trumpet, making random musical noises.

Everyone made way for Vivi who was holding a cake that holds a greeting, "Happy Mother's Day! Congratulations for taking care of twelve stubborn kids, you did well and so you deserve a prize! Blow the candles, leader-nim."

"I'm pretty sure today is not my birthday," Haseul laughed nonetheless blew the candles as they all cheered. "Thank you girls even though I'm not an actual mother yet, I'm very thankful I have you all."

Yeojin clinged onto the leader, "You think this is all the prize we got for you? Of course no, we're giving you a day off!"

Haseul chuckled, caressing the youngest's head before shaking her head no. "Thank you but I just came back from my hiatus. I think I've had enough day offs."

"That's not what we meant. You're getting a day off from all the chores in this household! We'll do them for today," Sooyoung shrugged her shoulders, giving Haseul a reassuring smile.

Haseul nodded, liking the idea of just relaxing the whole day, no interruption with her reading. "Alright then, you better make the dishes shining and spotless."

"We can do that, don't you worry. None of us will let you down unless you go by the name Jinsoul," Jungeun confidently stated before starting to run away from the mentioned girl.

"No but seriously, you all need to wash the dishes."

"I got it! After all, I was the one who showed it to you."
