Third Pov:

Ace turned around to see his dorm leader right behind him, with a not-so-happy look on his face. "Ah! Dorm Leader!" Ace shouted, utterly startled by his dorm leaders presence.

"Oh my, Riddle-Kun. You're crazy cute today~" Cater said, trying to ease him.

"Hmph, Cater. If you talk too much, it's going to cost you your head." Riddle said.

"Hey now, give me a break." Cater sheepishly smiled. Grim's eyes widen at the familiar redhead. "Ffgna! This is the guy who put that weird collar on me during the entrance ceremony!" Grim yelped, hiding behind Ayaka.

From what Ayaka remembers, the names of the Dorm Leaders that she heard of was Riddle, Azul, and the Malleus guy.

Riddle turned his head to the freshman boys. "You're the freshmans that caused all that fuss of expulsion yesterday. Will you knock it off, calling someone's unique magic a 'weird collar'?" Riddle frowned. "For goodness sake. The headmaster is soft. If you forgive rule breakers, the whole system will collapse. All you have to do is cut the head off of those who don't follow rules." Riddle sighed.

"The things coming out of his mouth don't suit his looks..." Ace muttered. "The headmaster appears to have forgiven you but make no mistake the next time it happens, I will not." Riddle noted. "... By the way, dorm leader, is there any way... You could say, remove this collar?" Ace asked with a nervous smile.

"I was going to remove it if you had learned your lesson but, the way you were just talking shows you haven't at all. Keep it on for a while longer. Don't worry, as first years you'll only be learning fundamentals, not actually using magic. You also won't be able to cause a scene like yesterday, isn't that great? Now don't just sit around chatting away, finish lunch and head to your next class. Laws of the Queen of Hearts, No. 271: 'One should eat and leave their seat within 15 minutes. If you break the rules... I'm sure you understand." Riddle stated.

"Haah, another weird rule..." Ace sighed. "The answer is, 'Yes, Dorm Leader!'" Riddle sternly said.

"Yes, Dorm Leader!" Ace and Deuce responded.

"Very good." He said with satisfaction. Riddle turns his attention to Ayaka, and took a couple steps towards her. "You're Ayaka Chouko, the one who stopped that raccoon from the Ceremony." Riddle said.

Ayaka hesitantly nods at his words. "Yes Sir..." She said nervously.

"I have heard of how good your progress here in Night Raven College, and it seems you are fitting in well, while also not causing any trouble. So, as to being the first female student of Night Raven College, I'd like to invite you to our upcoming Unbirthday Party. I'm sure you'll find it pleasant." Riddle suggests.

Ayaka's eyes lit up at the sound of it. She has heard of the Unbirthday Parties from her father, so she's really curious about it. "I'd love to join, Riddle-Senpai. I've always wanted to know what an Unbirthday party was like." She smiled.

Riddle had a faint blush from Ayaka's smile, but he coughed to brush it off. "I'm glad to hear it. You won't be disappointed."

"I will look after them for you, Riddle." Trey smiled, trying to ease Riddle. "Hm. You're the Vice dorm Leader so I expect you to not act foolishly." Riddle said. "Anyway, I must go buy sugar cubes from the school store, so I'll be on my way. Letting the sugar cubes run out is a huge offense. I can't believe..." Riddle muttered, with a irritated look, taking his leave.

Drip Drop...

Ayaka flinched with a terrified look at the sudden vision and sound. Why did she just suddenly see black ink?

"Ayaka, are you okay?" Yuno asked, concerned of seeing his sisters terrified face. "I don't know. I saw black ink. And I fear it has to do with Riddle-Senpai, because I sense some negative energy from him." Ayaka hesitantly said.

"Eeeeeeeii. That was close." Cater said in relief. "That guy is obnoxious." Grim commented. "Woah, that rude!" Deuce scolded.

"Did the dorm Leader leave?"

"I broke the laws of the Queen of Hearts, No. 186, 'One must never eat a hamburger steak on Tuesday'. I was terrified of what would happen if he found out I ate one."

"Uuugh... At least let us eat whatever we want..."

Ayaka heard this from a couple Heartslabyul students, and can't help but feel worried for not only them, but for the whole dorm, even Riddle. The rules of Heartslabyul is seriously affecting the dorm students...

Trey sighed as he continued to explain. "In his first week at school, Riddle took the seat of Dorm Leader. He speaks harshly but he's trying to make the dorm better, he doesn't have any bad intentions." Trey tried to reassure the freshman.

"Someone with good intentions doesn't randomly collar people!" Grim crossed his arms, recalling when Riddle collard him. "Ha ha ha..." Trey and Cater sheepishly chuckled at his response.

"Grim, you're at fault for going crazy during the ceremony." Yuno brought up, reminding Grim of what he did back at the ceremony. "Gggrrnnn... But that collar cuffs your magic, it's horrible and sucks!" Grim commented. "Hm? You mean Riddle's unique magic?" Cater asked.

"Unique... means that it's magic that only he can use?" Deuce questioned. "It's magic that's strictly limited to one person... Simply put, it's magic that reflects the character of the user that only they can use, so 'Unique Magic'. You'll learn about it in class eventually." Trey explained.

"Riddle's unique magic let's him seal another persons magic for a fixed amount of time. It is called..."

[OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!]

"Hiiiiii! Just the name itself is terrifying!" Grim yelped in fear. "As a wizard, having your magic sealed hurts like losing your head. Therefore, you shouldn't break Riddle's rules inside the dorm." Cater said. "It also means he isn't scary if you follow the rules." Trey stated.

"So what you're saying is I have to go buy a tart or Cater-Senpai will kick me out again?" Ace asked. "That's right. As decided by Laws of the Queen of Hearts, No. 53. In particular, Riddle really looks forward to eating the first piece of a whole tart so, he won't forgive you unless it's a whole." Cater explained with a smile.

"You said you want to be friends so can't you just overlook that!?" Ace frowned. "That is that, this is this." Cater replied.

"But aren't whole tarts pretty expensive?" Deuce questioned, crossing his arms. Ace slumped his shoulders. "Blegh. I don't have that kind of money." Ace said.

"I can pay for one if you want." Ayaka said, making everyone look at her instantly.

"Whaa-- Really, Ayaka-Chan?" Trey asked in disbelief.

"I'm not sure if that be a good idea. Especially letting a girl pay something for a guy." Deuce commented.

"Yeah... Hearing you say you'll pay, it'll make me feel bad." Ace said.

"Then how about making one? The other tarts were all made by Trey." Cater suggested.

"You made that tart, Trey-Senpai? Amazing! It was as good as the pro's." Ace complimented. "Haha, Arigato. It's true I have all the tools and seasonings... I won't help you for free." Trey stated. "Eeeehh!? I have to pay for it!?" Ace jumped.

"Haha, I'm not gonna squeeze money out of underclassmen." Trey laughed. "If we're going to make the tart Riddle wants to eat next, we need a lot of chestnuts. Could you grab them for me?" Trey asked. "Either way is a pain. Well, how many do you need?" Ace asked.

Trey crossed his arms. "To make it for the Unbirthday Party, we'll need... About 2~300, I think." Trey counted. Deuce, Grim, and Yuno's eyes widen at that response. "That many!?" They yelled in utter shock. "Then I'll have you roast them and remove the outer shell to take out the nut." Trey instructed.

"Can I go home?" Grim said, not into this whole tart making.

"Me too." Deuce added.

"Ditto." Yuno added as well.

"Traitors!" Ace exclaimed in betrayal. Ace looks at Ayaka with hope in his eyes. "Ayaka-Chan, will you help me?" Ace asked. "Of course I'll help, Ace. Baking is my favorite hobby to do, so I say this'll be lots of fun, especially with friends." Ayaka smiled.

"Thank you, Ayaka-Chan!" Ace smiled with sparkles around him.

"You know, tarts that everyone makes to get her are always the best. To make memories? You might even make your debut as a food blogger." Cater smiled. "Keep it a secret from Riddle, but freshly baked Mont blanc is the most delicious. Only those who help make it get to try some." Trey says.

Grim's face changes when he heard that. "Oooh ooh ooh! Let's get a move on! We're gonna pick chestnut after chestnut after chestnut!" Grim declared. Ayaka sweat dropped at Grim's sudden change of mind. "You surely changed your tone quick." She commented. "So where do we get the chestnuts, Trey-Senpai?" Yuno asked.

"There should be plenty of chestnut trees in the forest behind campus Botanical Garden." Trey answered.

"Then we meet after class in front of the botanical garden." Ace smirked.

"Go! Go! Chestnut picking!" Grim cheered, as everyone quickly headed back to their classrooms since lunch was about to be over.

The gang met up with each other at the botanical Garden. "Waaaah! There's so many chestnuts all over the ppace! It's a forest of all you can eat Mont blanc.... Guugh." Grim smiled widely. "Let's get picking--" but as soon as Grim said those words, he immediately pricked his paw. "Ffgna!? The thorns pricked my paw!" Grim whimpered.

"Here Grim..." Ayaka took Grim's paw and carefully took it out. "Be careful next time." She said, comforting his paw.

"We can pick them with bare hands. It'll also be good to get a basket or something to put them all in." Deuce recommended.

"The botanical Garden probably has whatever we need inside." Ace said. "Let's go." Deuce beckoned, as the gang walked into the botanical Garden.

They walked in and had a surprised look in their eyes. "Wow, it's bigger in here than I thought." Ace commented. "There should be a caretaker of this place. We should split up and find them." Deuce said. Yuno and Ayaka nodded their heads in agreement.

"I'll go right." Ace smiled. "And I'll go left. Grim and Ayaka, you guys can go straight to the back." Deuce said. "And Yuno will go straight." Ace finalized.

They all split up as they each were having so far, no luck.

Ayaka and Grim were looking around, while looking at the strange yet beautiful looking plants around them. "Hey, hey, look at this." Grim said, bringing Ayaka's attention to him. "There's a bunch of fruit! They smell so good!" Grim said, really tempted to try a fruit.

Ayaka stopped him by holding his paw. "No, Grim. Who knows if these fruit can be dangerous. They're the same as plants that can be bad to eat." Ayaka scolded.

Ayaka took a few steps forward, until she felt like she stepped on something, or someone... Cause she ended up hearing a, "Oof!"

Ayaka slowly looked down to where she heard the grunt sound, as she saw the bushes move, revealing a tall man with lion ears to come out. "Oi. You've got some nerve stepping on someone's tail without saying anything." He said, a bit irritated.

Ayaka flinched and froze, staring at the lion man in front of her. "Are you the the caretaker? You seem like a impolite guy..." Grim commented, crossing his arms.

'Grim, now's not the time!' Ayaka mentally panicked.

"I was right in the middle of a nice nap, then you go and walk all over my tail. This sucks." The man glared down at Ayaka and Grim. Ayaka was mentally freaking out on what to do, but, the only solution came to her mind. "I-I'm so sorry!" She bowed in apology, with a hint of fear in her voice.

The man with lion ears stared down at Ayaka and immediately recognized her. "You... Aren't you that herbivore that the mirror said had a rare type of magic? Hmmm...." The man with lion ears then sniffed Ayaka, making her freeze by this.

The lion man caught a whiff of Ayaka, and his eyes widen at the smell. 'I smell different types of flowers from her, but the ones that definitely stand out is lavender and Jasmine...'

"I, Leona, can't let you just walk away after stepping on my tail. I was having such a lovely nap and now I'm pissed. Although, you're lucky you're a woman." The lion named Leona said.

Ayaka was trembling a bit, from Leona's hard gaze, before a voice called out.

"Leona-San!"

Ayaka's eyes look over to a boy with dark brown hair with hyena ears.

"Huh?" Leona looked at the hyena annoyed. "Ah, there you are. It's time for your remedial lessons y'know." The hyena boy said. Leona sighed at him. "Ugghh... The annoying one's here."

"It's cause you keep failing, Leona-San. If you keep getting held back, we're gonna be classmates." The hyena replied. "Ah, knock it off already. I don't need lectures from you, Ruggie." Leona lazily said. "I don't enjoy nagging you! You'd have no problems if you just tried. Whatever, let's go." Ruggie said, trying to drag Leona with him.

Leona clicked his tongue before turning his attention to Ayaka and Grim. "Tsk... Watch out next time you come onto my terf, Herbivores." Leona warned, before leaving with Ruggie.

"... Ffgnaa!! I'm sweating bullets! What's with that intimidating caretaker!?" Grim yelled.

Ayaka was trembling a bit too, feeling a bit shakened from her interaction with the lion. "We got to be careful next time." She said, holding onto Grim a bit tighter.

"Oi, Ayaka! We managed to find some baskets and tools to use to pick these chestnuts!" Ace yelled from a far, walking over to her with Deuce and Yuno beside him.

Deuce notices the bothered look on Ayaka and Grim's face. "Did something happen to you two?" He asked them. "We'll talk about the caretaker when we leave." Grim answered.

The first years eventually went chestnut picking, and counted all together how much they have. Ayaka and Grim then explained to the boys about the encounter she had with the lion upperclassmen.

"There was absolutely no way that was the caretaker." Ace commented, surprised by this story. "If I think back now that I've calmed down, that guy was wearing a yellow vest so he must be from the banana dorm." Grim said.

"Banana... Does he mean Savanaclaw?" Deuce asked, Ayaka nodded. "Yes. I certainly remembered him being the Savanaclaw's dorm leader back at the entrance ceremony. Didn't think he'd be sleeping in the garden at a time like this." Ayaka said.

"Is it just me or are there a lot of delinquents at Night Raven College...?" Deuce questioned himself, In a muttered tone.

"Well, now that we've got the chestnuts. Let's get them back to Trey-Senpai!" Ace said. "Nyaha! This tart is gonna be awesome." Grim cheered.

The first years then eventually left back to the kitchen.

Meanwhile, with Leona and Ruggie.

"Hey, was that the girl that the dark mirror said had a rare type of power from the entrance ceremony?" Ruggie asked, placing his hands behind his head.

"Yeah. Not entirely sure if it's rare enough to surpass Malleus. But that herbivore definitely can't due to lack of experience from what I see." Leona answered.

"She looked adorable up close. She's smaller up close yet she was able to kick ass back in the cafeteria." Ruggie grinned.

Leona thought back to his interaction with Ayaka. For some reason, he wasn't able to smell and feel her magic in compared to the incident in the cafeteria where some of her bloodlust was leaking a bit.

"That herbivore has the attitude of a prey thats out in the open, but the strength and power of a predator. Might keep an eye on her..."

Sorry I did not post for a couple months, I honestly wanted to catch up on my Winx Club story. I haven't wrote on my other twisted wonderland book since March for my OC birthday, but I was almost finished with this, so I decided to post this first. I've been driving a lot more lately now that I got my car. I am trying to catch up as much as I can for each story. Thanks for reading.
