0017 // a month
A month, a full blown month. And Jaden had slowly grew a liking to the blue eyed boy. He wouldn't admit though. Never, his pride refused to. Society wouldn't allow it so he couldn't.
There was another session today, Jaden was actually excited to go, deep down inside he wouldn't show it . He wanted to talk to the blue eyed boy more and he wouldn't show that either.
"Alright, so today were doing more of an activity instead of talking." Ms. Clarke had said, the women seemed excited to introduce the two boys to the activity.
"So today were going to sit in a circle—" Before she could continue she heard a scoff come from Jaden.
"Is something wrong Jaden?" The woman asked. He nodded.
"Why the fuck are we about to sit in a circle like were toddlers." He nearly hissed at the woman. She smiled before laughing.
" The way some of you highschool boys act, you guys should just get sent back to preschool." He heard her mumble. "Anyways, that's not what were doing, now let's all sit here on the floor." She continued.
The three sat one the floor creating a triangle shape, Jaden sitting across from both Ms. Clarke and London. London didn't make eye contact with the other male in front of him, he was silent and didn't bother to speak.
"Alright, So What were gonna do is we are going talk about what makes us happy." She stated, The boys were both silent, Jaden was refraining from rolling his eyes and London looked like he was so close to crying. "So, I guess I'll go first. What makes me happy is spending time with my family." The woman said.
"Something that makes me happy is getting high." Jaden stated truthfully. He was happy when high. Not genuine happiness but he was happy. London then looked up and stared into the others eyes. "Why." He stated more than asked.
"Why what?"
"Why does getting high make you happy?" The broken boy asked. Jaden shrugged.
"It makes me forget, forget everything that's wrong, It helps me feel the happiness that I never was given." Jaden stated bluntly.
London, nodded not having much to say after that. "What made me happy was my sister."He said very truthfully. His late sister made him happy, he always would smile or laugh around her. She was able to always make him feel better but sadly her pain and suffering had passed on to London when she passed.
Jaden stared at the boy once more completely lost and out of words to even use or say. He felt slight guilt.
He didn't want the boy to be heartbroken.
