Okay, that last one wasn't posted by Alex but it spoke to me so I wanted to include it. This is what I was thinking of in the last entry when I said to go find your Gravity Falls. And even without that, Alex seems like a genuinely good guy who I believe sets the standard for creators in a way. A standard that I aspire to meet.

I've always been so shy and embarrassed about sharing the fluffy kind of writing I like, because I know I get kind of mushy and I just assumed nobody would like it. But it doesn't matter if nobody else likes it, what matters is that you're writing something you enjoy. Cos chances are, you'll eventually strike a chord with people like yourself anyway. And those people will love you for creating it.

So go write that story or draw that cute picture of your OTP or finish that episode script. Because somebody, somewhere will love you for creating what they wish they could. And maybe you'll inspire them to create something too.
