Italics: (Na'vi language, Metkayina sign language, and Jake's inner thoughts)

Jake did not waste any time in removing the device from Ro'a's back and immediately took it back to where Tonowari, you, and Ronal were at. He explained what it was, making your face pale at the realization that other Tulkun were going to be targeted. Without another second, all of you and the Metkayina warriors returned to the village as fast as possible. It was clear that the RDA is behind all of this, which means that Quaritch was involved, then this would just be the start of something much worse than they could possibly imagine.

Tonowari had rounded up the villagers, and now, everyone was crowded in a circle with Tonowari, Ronal, and Jake in the center of it. You were staying within the crowd with your children close to you. You tried your best to put up a face of courage and confidence, but your body language betrayed you. Lo'ak, Kiri, and Neteyam were standing beside you on your left with Tsireya standing on your right side. The Metkayina princess had tears streaming down her eyes at the revelation of what happened to Ro'a and what could happen to many other Tulkuns, not just in this pod.

Tonowari and Ronal stood closed together, all the while the Tsahik had grief and anguish written all over her face, but it was also filled with a sense of vengeance. "My spirit sister and her baby have been murdered by the Sky People!" Ronal said with pain laced in her voice. She could barely hold herself together, but she had to be strong for her people.

The villagers started to murmur amongst each other at this news. All warriors were holding their spears and other weaponry, solely to want to fight to protect the Tulkuns from the Sky People. They were outraged, burning with the desire to drive out those demons that have committed the atrocities that they did. Tonowari stood tall before his people, holding his own spear that was so long that it towered over him.

Tsireya continued to cry silently as she closed her eyes tightly and sniffled, but it was enough for you to notice. You turned to her and wrapped your right arm around her shoulders and without a second thought, Tsireya moved closer to you, continuing to let tears stream down her cheeks. To her, you have been an inspiration and an example. She admires you for raising such an amazing family, and for having such a strong heart.

"This war has come to us!" Tonowari yelled, rallying up his people, who replied with yips and calls, ready to fight. Kiri, who was standing beside you, was crying as well with her tears mingling with raindrops. She shook her head in denial, moving her head to tuck on the nape of your neck. You cooed softly in your daughter's ears, soothing her while cradling her head against yours. You couldn't imagine what kind of pain they were going through, especially since they had connected so much to the new environment around them that it hurts them to hear what happened.

"We knew about this hunting of our Tulkun people, but it was over the horizon far away. Now, it is here!" Tonowari said with the strength to his people, making them all start to feel more the feeling of battle coming upon them, but it only made them more willing to fight. All Metkayina warriors, including Tonowari, Ao'nung, and Rotxo too, began to hiss and yell expressing their displeasure towards the Sky People and the fact that they were more than willing to fight for the safety of the Tulkun.

"You have to understand how the Sky People think. They don't care about the great balance," Jake tried to explain to Tonowari, and my adjacent, all of the Metkayina present. Tsireya, you, and Kiri continued to look on in fear, staying close to each other. Neteyam and Lo'ak were more determined and wanted to help their father be understood. The two boys understood that things had escalated way too quickly, and the war was coming eventually.

"Listen! Listen to him!" Neteyam said, backing up his father. With living in the forest, the Sullys had firsthand experiences with the Sky People and how destructive they could truly be. He was on board with everything his dad was saying and wanted people to pay attention to what Jake was trying to warn them about. "The Sky People are not gonna stop. This is only the beginning. You've got to tell your Tulkuns to leave! You gotta tell them to go far away!" Jake said, using every fiber of his being to get everybody to listen. They truly had no idea what the RDA and Quaritch were capable of.

Ronal locked gazes with Tonowari briefly, not believing what she was hearing. "Leave? You live among us, and you learned nothing?" Ronal spat, feeling indignation by what Jake was saying. They couldn't run away from the problem and let their Tulkuns live a life of prosecution. It wasn't the answer. These creatures were part of their lives, their culture, and everything that makes the Metkayina who they are. If the Sky People were after the Tulkun, then Ronal and the rest of the clan would be willing to fight for their safety.

"We will fight to protect our brothers and sisters!" A warrior behind Ronal yelled out, pounding his chest, and consequently rallying up the people again. Jake turned back to look at you with panic painted across his face, you returned the same facial expression, trying to communicate with him wordlessly trying to figure out how to make them all listen to the dangers that they were all about to be exposed to. This wasn't like anything they'd ever faced before, and if only he could just make them realize what they were up against.

"No, no, no," Jake muttered with worry, seeing that they were about to cross a point of no return. "If you attack, if you fight, They will destroy you, they will destroy everything that you love!" Jake yelled out over the clamors of everyone else. As he spoke, you and your children nodded along subconsciously through his speech, remembering everything that the Sky People have taken away from you, from your family, the forest, and everything they have forced you to abandon and leave behind. You didn't any of these people to suffer through the same agony you, Neytiri, Jake, the Omaticaya people, your parents, or your kids had to live through because of the Sky People.

"Hear my words! Hear my words!" Jake continued to yell through the clamors and rallying of the Metkayina. Lo'ak had separated from you and began walking through the crowd, watching all of this happen. They were all beginning to close in on you, Kiri, and Tsireya, getting a bit too close for comfort, but Neteyam was quick to notice and keep them all back, telling them all to stay calm and to listen to his father. Ronal placed a hand on her belly as she began to take in what Jake was saying. Even if she feared for the life of her baby to have the same fate as her spirit sister and her calf, how could she stand by and do nothing? As a mere bystander? She was better than that.

"Damn it!" Jake yelled out, his eyes scanning the area for anything that could be convincing for the clan to listen. In the corner of his eye, he saw Neteyam holding the tracking device they pulled out of Ro'a. "He speaks the truth!" Neteyam called out, but before he could say anything else, Jake took it from his sons' hands and ran to stand at the highest point he could get to, holding the tracker for everyone to see. At the sight of the red device, everyone quickly quieted down, looking at it with curiosity.

"You tell the Tulkuns...that if they are hit by one of these, they're marked for death" Jake breathed out, having everybody's attention. At his father's words, Lo'ak realized that he had to tell Payakan. He had to protect the outcast Tulkun, and warn him about it before it was too late. Tonowari looked at Ronal, who has holding tightly onto her mate's arm and looking on with fear at the demon device.

"Call for me and I'll silence it. Saving their lives, that's all that matters. Right? Saving your family" Jake said, looking at Ronal knowing she understood what it was like to want to protect your family no matter the cost. His words earned subtle nods from people around him, including Tsireya, you, Kiri, and Neteyam, who was now standing close to you after the people had backed away a bit.

Jake's family watched on, proud of how he was taking charge to protect others around him, and even the environment around him that he has grown to feel so fond of. You couldn't feel prouder of him at that moment, and it felt so fulfilling that he was always willing to help anybody who wasn't himself. It's one of the reasons you fell in love with him. At the realization, Lo'ak realized that he had to save Payakan's life and tell him to leave if it was necessary. If it could save his Tulkun brother at all, he would accept it if it saved his life.

Tonowari sighed, holding his spear tightly. He looked over to gaze at his wife, who nodded once. She agreed with what Jake was saying. If it meant that the Tulkun had to leave, it was for their safety and the fact that it would protect their lives and future generations of them. Tonowari stepped closer to Jake and gave him an approving look. "Tell the Tulkun," The clan leader, and Jake did not hesitate to nod surely and confidently. "Go, go," Ronal urged, causing everyone to start to disperse elsewhere.

As soon as the moment was over, Lo'ak did not hesitate to leave the crowd and walk over to the place on the edge of the village where saddles and handles for ilu's were held. He had to go and tell Payakan what was awaiting him if he didn't escape now. What he didn't know, is that Neteyam had noticed his sudden departure from the crowd, seeming to be in a great hurry. With narrowed and suspicious eyes, the older Sully brother began making his way over to where Lo'ak was headed, preventing him from making another reckless mistake.

Once your kids and the Metkayina kids went off together, Jake did not hesitate to grab your hand and lead you somewhere else to talk. After that discussion, you and he needed to know what the next course of action would be. After walking far away where you could talk privately, Jake stopped and turned around to face you. He still didn't let go of your hand, if anything he only intertwined it tighter to his.

"We have to keep moving forward, Jake. We must fight," You said, looking up at him with anything less than determination. He stayed silent and debated in his head what it is that they should do, knowing that Quaritch attacked the Tulkun to lure him out. Your eyes softened at his conflicted expression. There was so much to think about and he was probably putting it all on himself. "Ma Jake. I will not stand by and do nothing. I know that neither will you," You said, liberating your hand from his and cupping his face with both of your palms. He was looking directly at you, and finally mustered up the courage to speak.

He placed his hands over yours and then held them, removing them from his face and holding them in between you two. "It's a trap, Y/n. They want us to hit back," Jake started, and then looked behind him to see if anybody was listening to what he would say. "They aren't hunting Tulkuns. They're hunting us. You and me. Our kids," Jake whispered, and your expression wavered at his words.

Meanwhile, Lo'ak had made it to the hut where all the saddles and equipment for riding ilu's and Skimwings were at. He clicked his tongue on the roof of his mouth, calling for his ilu, which soon enough, popped its head out of the water and stayed nearby waiting to be saddled. Looking if anyone was around, Lo'ak unclipped one of the saddles, unhooked it from the stand, and then slipped it on his ilu, rubbing its head slightly before going back to take the rest of his things. Before he could even head back to his ilu and mount it, Lo'ak saw Neteyam come from around the corner with disapproval.

"No way you're going out there, baby brother," Neteyam said, walking closer to his little brother that only stayed in place. He knew this was where Lo'ak was going to be, only putting himself in the direst of moments. "I have to warn Payakan about the trackers," Lo'ak argued, but Neteyam only shook his head, determined to keep him from leaving.

"No. You've got to keep your skxawng ass here," Neteyam said, but Lo'ak only felt frustration building up inside of him. The younger brother felt like he had no idea what it meant if he couldn't warn Payakan about what was coming. "He's outcast. There's no one else to warn him but me," Lo'ak argued, but Neteyam only sighed and put his hand on top of Lo'ak's head. He wanted his younger brother to understand that if he went out there, then there was no telling what might happen to him out in the open sea.

"Bro; Why do you always have to make things so hard," Neteyam said, but Lo'ak wasn't having it. He was tired of nobody around understanding him or taking him seriously. Lo'ak felt like Neteyam wouldn't understand, because he was yours and Jake's pride and joy, while Lo'ak continued to feel like a constant disappointment. If only Lo'ak knew, that he wasn't the only one who suffered inside. The boy slapped away his older brother's hand away, letting it drop to his side.

"No, you mean why can't I be the perfect son like you?" Lo'ak spat, and his younger brothers' words made his heart drop. Neteyam's ears tipped back and looked at his brother for a moment wondering if that's how he really thought of him. Was that the image Lo'ak had of his older brother? That he's the angel that can do no wrong? Not even Neteyam believed that himself. If only Lo'ak knew how much pressure he has to endure every day, just to be what his parents, especially their father, expect him to be. Neteyam has to carry that burden every day, and up until now, he thought that Lo'ak knew that and understood.

Neteyam smiled dryly and scoffed, looking away for a few seconds before turning back to look at Lo'ak. "The perfect little soldier. Well, I'm not you! Okay?" Lo'ak yelled, tired of having to feel like someone who had to have his messes cleaned up for him. He knew he wasn't what his parents expected in a son, but he wouldn't turn his back on what he believed in or who he was either. Neteyam's eyes were filled with emptiness, but even so, he approached his brother as he looked into the eyes of one of the people he loved the most in the world. He didn't want to believe that Lo'ak was saying everything that he was saying.

"I'm not you. He's my brother. I'm going," Lo'ak decided coldly, referring to Payakan. With disbelief, Neteyam walked after Lo'ak trying to stop him from leaving. This conversation was truly breaking something inside Neteyam. "Oh, he's your brother?" Neteyam laughed dryly before grabbing Lo'ak's arm and turning him around to face him. "No, I'm your brother," Neteyam said, knowing deep down how much love he held for his little brother, and he would go to any length to protect him. He didn't know how true Lo'ak's words were and if they were in the heat of the moment, but, he didn't want to find out.

Before the discussion could go on any longer, the two boys heard ilu's approaching from afar. It was Tsireya, Ao'nung, and Rotxo approaching and stepping onto the platform from their ilu's. "Lo'ak!" Tsireya called for him, but the boy had other things in mind. Lo'ak knew that they were here to talk him out of getting into more trouble, so before anybody could stop him, Lo'ak turned to his older brother. "Get off me," Lo'ak said, releasing his arm from Neteyam's grasp, leaping onto the water where his ilu was waiting all saddled up. "Lo'ak!" Neteyam called for his brother, but the boy was already fully submerged in the water.

Neteyam groaned to himself but still did not waste any time in turning to the Metkayina siblings and Rotxo, telling them what was going on. "Come on! He's going to Payakan!" Neteyam said, taking charge, nudging Ao'nung on his shoulder and clapping as he called for an ilu. Seconds after Neteyam leaped into the water and began to ride his ilu, Tsireya, Ao'nung, and Rotxo all followed suit. The Metkayina kids called and yipped for their ilu's, then jumped into the water to catch up to Lo'ak quickly. Everyone was following behind Neteyam, knowing that he had a clearer view of Lo'ak than anyone else at that moment.

Lo'ak continued to ride through the reef as fast as he could, constantly checking behind him to see if they were still on his trail. As expected, his brother and the rest of the group were quickly catching up to him. Coming up to the surface, Lo'ak took a deep breath and then a familiar voice came from his left side.

The boy turned to look and he saw Kiri and Tuk together, riding on one same Ilu. At the sight of her older brother, Tuk beamed and called out for him. "There's Lo'ak!" Tuk pointed out, waving out to him and Kiri nodded, beginning to call after her brother. "Lo'ak! What are you doing?" Kiri called out, but she received no response, as he continued to ride faster and submerge himself underwater again on his ilu. He couldn't waste any time knowing that Payakan could be the Sky People's next target if he didn't hurry.

The two girls caught sight of Neteyam, Tsireya, Ao'nung, and Rotxo quickly coming behind them. At the sight of his sisters, he didn't waste any time telling them what was happening. "Lo'ak's going to find Payakan!" Neteyam said, earning concerned looks from both girls.

"Wait up!" Kiri called out, quickly telling Tuk to hang on. Meanwhile, Neteyam had gotten ahead so he decided he'd go underwater and hopefully he'd reach Lo'ak faster. The boy took a long breath before going back into the water, all the while Kiri and Tuk did the same thing, beginning to follow after their older brother.

Meanwhile, you and Jake we're talking to some warriors. You started to worry because it'd been a while since you saw your kids, along with Tonowari and Ronal's kids weren't around either. You were getting antsy and realized that they dispersed after the crowd gathering at the square of the village. You could've sworn that you saw Neteyam walk off with Lo'ak earlier, and Tsireya had taken off with Ao'nung and Rotxo while Kiri had taken Tuk with her.

While Jake talked to some warriors, you placed a hand on his shoulder and his attention was immediately taken from the conversation he was having over to you in an instant. He could see your fear-stricken face, so he immediately excused himself from the Metkayina warriors he was speaking to, then began to take your hand and lead you somewhere else. When you were far away from anyone to hear, you grabbed Jake's arms and held him tightly.

"Jake. Where are the children?" You asked with a frantic and concerned voice laced with worry. At your question, Jake's face paled and he looked at you with confusion at what you meant. "What do you mean 'Where are the children'? Weren't they with you earlier?" He asked, and you shook your head. You told him what happened after the gathering and how they all went their separate ways, but after that, you haven't seen them around the village since then. "Oh, God..." Jake muttered, rubbing a hand on the nape of his neck.

"What do we do? We have to go look for them," You said urgently, and he nodded in agreement instantly. He immediately took your hand again and ran back to the place they were before. "Come on," He urged, and followed after him. After looking around for a bit, he realized that neither Tsireya, Ao'nung, nor Rotxo was around either. Jake's panic started to rise. How could they leave at a time like this? When Quaritch was getting closer and closer to finding them. Jake decided to ask around first before telling Ronal and Tonowari because they did not need to add unnecessary stress right now. Your children and theirs must be somewhere around here, they had to be.

-

The SeaDragon was approaching Three Brothers Rocks fast, having their next Tulkun target be around this area after firing a tracker at the creature. Turns out, this was no ordinary Tulkun either. In the main base room, the same table from before was showcasing a hologram of the Tulkun that was being targeted. Scoresby was looking at the green movement of the Tulkun, watching it with the desire to capture it and the Amrita it has. The SeaDragon was beginning to descend onto the water and powering off its turbines, beginning to release its boats and machinery to go after this new target, with the same routine.

"All crews to stations," Scoresby ordered, prompting the assistant pilot to begin the process of getting everybody ready. Spider was looking at the table, gazing at the hologram, but he couldn't help but look at Scoresby with disgust every now and then. "Alright, people! Come on! Let's make some money!" The hunter yelled out, only making the man more and more unlikeable with each passing moment. Spider had to stay put, he couldn't just keep witnessing this after knowing what these people did. He had to find a good and right opportunity to escape and leave this place.

By that time, Lo'ak was already arriving at Three Brothers Rocks, and in fact, he was already riding on his ilu through the underwater forest of algae and kelp. Knowing that this was where Payakan was, the boy slowed down and came up to the surface, only to see Payakan himself leaping out of the water onto his back with a wail. "Payakan! Brother!" Lo'ak called out, waving his arms around.

Before he could reach the Tulkun, Lo'ak heard the familiar voice of Tsireya behind him. "Lo'ak!" She called out, making him turn around and see that his siblings, along with Ao'nung and Rotxo were all right behind her. "Wait!" She yelled out to him as she leaped in and out of the water. Neteyam was also calling for the boy, but Lo'ak only had one thing on his mind right now. Warning Payakan.

All of a sudden, Payakan himself had swam a lot closer to Lo'ak at the notice of his presence. There was something that he needed to show the boy urgently, and he needed his help. Payakan wailed as he came in and out of the water. "What is it? What's wrong?" Lo'ak asked quickly, signing at the same time. It wasn't long before Payakan swam on his side, giving Lo'ak a clear view of the beeping tracker embedded into his skin like Ro'a. Lo'ak's heart dropped at the sight, realizing that they might just be tracking Payakan right now.

"Shit!" The boy yelled, swimming closer on his ilu to Payakan, and once he was close enough, he leaped from the creature and landed on the Tulkun's fin. "Stay calm! Stay calm! I got this!" He reassured Payakan, getting closer to look him in the eye, and the Tulkun wailed and cried loudly as if begging Lo'ak to help him take it off or he would be hunted down. The Na'vi boy jumped onto Payakan's back and got closer to the beeping device, wrapping his hands around it the base of it, then began to pull, but it was too hard and stiff into the Tulkun's body to simply yank it out. He'd need more help, but he was on his own now.

As Lo'ak continued to try and pull it out by himself, while the rest of the Sully siblings came closer to the boy and the Tulkun, Lo'ak could see that a big ship was rounding the corner and getting closer. Sky People were approaching, and he had to get this off Payakan or he wouldn't survive. If Quaritch was in that ship too, they were in even bigger trouble than they thought if he saw Lo'ak and the rest of the kids all alone out in the open, by themselves. "Shit!" Lo'ak cried out again, feeling even more panic seep into his veins, pulling on the tracker harder, but it was hopeless and too far in.

Neteyam was the first to reach Lo'ak, and he didn't waste a second in jumping off his ilu and onto the Payakan's back, helping Lo'ak to pull off the tracker as soon as possible. "Bro, help me! Hurry, the ships coming!" Lo'ak asked urgently, but Neteyam was already going to help even if he didn't ask him to do it.

Before continuing to help, Neteyam stood up on the Tulkun's back and saw the ship inbound straight towards them. "Bro, come on!" Lo'ak urged as his older brother turned around and helped Ao'nung get on as well. Together, the three boys began to pull on the tracker all at the same time. It was still wedged in there.

Tsireya quicker reached them too, climbing up on Payakan's back and helping to pull on it, but even with all of their strength combined, it wouldn't budge. "Hurry!" Tsireya called out, pulling along with Ao'nung and the others. Before they could continue, Neteyam turned to Lo'ak with urgency painted all over his face.

"Call Dad! Call Dad! Just go! Do it!" Neteyam exclaimed through the anxiety he was feeling, and Lo'ak immediately let go and moved over to stand on Payakan's back. "Don't go! Wait!" Tsireya said, knowing that it wasn't budging any time soon and this needed all of them.

Lo'ak had his coms on all this time, so he was hoping that his dad would answer and come quickly. He pressed the buttons on it and immediately called in his father, right as Kiri was climbing onto Payakan with Tuk behind her. "Dad- I mean, Devil Dog. Do you read me?" Lo'ak said through his coms, and not even two seconds later, he heard a static.

Back in the village, Jake heard Lo'ak's voice, and his entire body filled with relief. You were still talking to one of the villagers, asking about the whereabouts of your kids and the others. "Did you see where they went?" You asked with urgency, and the boy nodded, saying that they went outside the reef. You felt your heart drop at those words. What were they doing out there? Were they alone? Are they in danger?

Your attention was immediately pulled from the villager in front of you, over to Jake who had tapped your arm. You noticed he was talking through his coms so you quickly connected yours too and moved to stand closer to your husband. "Lo'ak?" Jake asked, and the boy sighed in relief at his father's response.

"Yes! We are with a Tulkun who is under attack! Gunships inbound, 2 clicks out!" Lo'ak explained with desperation while everyone continued to pull on the tracker behind him. You placed a hand over your mouth as your eyes widened after hearing what your son just said. "Who's with you?" Jake asked, knowing internally who was there after being told they were seen going outside the reef.

"All of us," Lo'ak started, and your hand dropped from your mouth, only to gape in horror at what you were hearing. Your kids were all out there, in uncharted territory with Quaritch probably closing in on them. "Ao'nung and Tsireya, too. We're at Three Brother's Rocks," Lo'ak explained, and Jake sighed but quickly told him what to do. Now they absolutely needed to tell Ronal and Tonowari knowing their children were out there as well. They wouldn't be happy.

"Get to cover and you do not engage. Alright? You hear me? Do not engage. We're coming" Jake instructed carefully, earning a 'Yes, sir' from Lo'ak and disconnecting from the line. You and Jake did not waste any time running over to find Ronal and Tonowari. They needed to know about this all the more.

Meanwhile, the kids were still trying their best to get it off but it wasn't working at all. Tsireya looked behind her and saw the ship closing in on them through the horizon line. The beeping device sounds only added to their distress. "It's getting closer!" Tsireya cried out as Neteyam was counting down for everyone to pull at the same time with everything they had. "3,2, pull!" Neteyam said, prompting Rotxo, Ao'nung, him, and Tsireya to pull all at once.

After warning the warriors, you and Jake ran down to Ronal and Tonowari's hut where they were sitting down. At your and Jake's urgency, they instinctively stood up, not even hearing what you'd said yet. The warriors were closing in behind you and Jake, having heard that they'd have to leave as soon as possible to get the kids out of the dire situation they were in.

"The kids are under attack! The kids are under attack, and they're defending a Tulkun. It's your kids, too!" Jake said, making Ronal huff and begin to prepare for battle instantly. "The Demon Ship?" Tonowari asked to make sure, and knowing that Tsireya and Ao'nung were out there in dangerous territory sent terrifying chills down his spine as well as Ronal's.

"Yes! We gotta go!" Jake yelled out, running out with you beside him towards your family's hut to get ready. Tonowari's features hardened as he gave out continuous orders for battle. "Weapons! Sound the alarm!" The clan leader ordered, and the warriors immediately did as told. They ran off in groups and began to prepare for the incoming threats they'd face.

Ronal walked over to her rack of spears and grabbed as many as she could carry. She held them tightly and began to walk out, but Tonowari stopped her and placed a hand on her stomach with caution. She was pregnant and if things turned south, he'd want her to be in safety, and he knew she was more than capable of fighting. He didn't doubt her for one second that she couldn't.

"You should stay back," He said, but the woman refused. Ronal looked forward with determination and said; "I ride!" She said, determined to fight for her people, her children, and the safety of future generations of Tulkuns that could be saved in this battle.

Deciding not to go against his wife's wishes, Tonowari walked over to where his Olo'eyktan spear was propped up. He grabbed it, and walked out with authority, hearing the alarm of the village blare and ring intensely.

Upon reaching your hut, Jake immediately started arming himself with all of his weapons and ammunition while you walked over to gather your bow and all of your arrows, bringing as many as you could. Jake grabbed his hatchet and slipped it into his belt, then he put on his green military vest with all of the ammunition he would need, and for now, only put it on one side of his body, only through one arm, since they were in a hurry. After that, he uncovered one of the mats and grabbed his rifle, loading instantly with bullets.

As for you, you stood before your father's bow that was made from the wood of Hometree. You grabbed it and held it close to you, exhaling deeply, and praying briefly that it would serve you well during this battle. You huffed as you grabbed your arrows with green feathers at the ends, turning to look at Jake, who was as ready as you'd ever seen him.

You both looked at each other, and you didn't waste any time in quickly walking over to him, and leaning in to kiss him. Even if it was short and brief, he had time to react and kissed you back. It only lasted a few seconds but you pulled away, still staying close to his face as his breath fanned against yours and your noses touched softly.

"Come back to me, Jake" You whispered, and he nodded instantly, using his free hand to cradle your cheek. "Right back at you. Don't die on me, understood?" He said with sternness and worry mingled together, you nodded and quickly leaned in to kiss his cheek, and with that, you two ran off together outside, ready for the battle that awaited you.

I asked this before in the last author's note, but what would you guys like after this story while we wait for the third movie? OC x Jake? Lo'ak fanfic? Netetam fanfic? One-shot book with requests? So far, its a tie between a Neteyam fic, or a Jake X OC 🤍

There's not much I have to say now, but as always, I'll add other news in future chapters if there are any at all, Anyway, I'll see you all in the next one! 🤍 Have a good rest of your week everyone!
