Elara is a quiet person naturally, much like the others around her, she is pretty arrogant and cocky, to make matters worse. She thinks of herself highly, though she has never stepped on anyone to get where she was, she leaves people behind if you can't catch up to her. She doesn't allow anyone to get in the way of her dreams, her ambition drives her. She is level-headed, and never gets into fights or allows herself to act out unless you're Dazai. He knows how to get under her skin. She is aware of her surroundings, observant, and intelligent. She always has had sharp instincts. She is known for being extremely light on her feet, which makes it easy for her to sneak up on people from time to time. She can get easily flustered if you say the right things. She has always kept and dealt with her trauma to herself, which is what makes her dangerous, she...has acted out a few times because of allowing those emotions to boil over in the past. She has been trained to be closed off towards others, to be brutal and cold-hearted most of the time. She's learning how to care about others.

◦ BACKGROUND ◦
Elara's biological family is unknown. She lived with a family that was involved in the mafia. Later they were killed by the Port Mafia for not being able to pay off their debts. But instead of killing her, they decided to grab her and take her in for their own to train. That came with a large amount of abuse, beating, and torturing. All meant to prepare her for this life. But at the same time, she had also learned how to fight, kill, use a gun, and more importantly control her ability quite well. During her time in the Port Mafia is when she met Osamu Dazai, though sort of creeped out by his fascination with suicide, she let it slide most of the time. She didn't work by his side unless instructed to, seeing that she was an assassin frequently sent out to kill those who had either betrayed or owned the port mafia in one way or another. It wasn't until Dazai left that she did leave as well, seeing that she was more interested in doing something else than killing in her life. She wanted more.

TIME IN PORT MAFIA:

Elara was very interested in meeting Dazai due to the fact that he was the same as her at the time, 15, so young, and an executive already. At the time, Elara herself had managed to make quite the name for herself. She had become quite the killing machine, she was doing excellent work and by that time she had started doing work for some executives. She had become quite fond of Dazai because of their work together. Sadly, there was an incident where a higher-up took advantage of Elara ultimately leading to the death of that man's family and later on him, all of which she did within days. Despite it being a higher-up, she was never reprimanded for it. She liked the idea of being around someone her age once in a while, plus she didn't understand how someone who wanted to die couldn't seem to go out at all. Anyway, when he made the choice after the devasting loss of Oda, she decided to leave with him, seeing she felt the safest with Dazai.

Elara has the ability to create light, using it either as a weapon, shape into a bullet, knife, or more. She can also use the light to travel fast, able to use it to deflect and blind others.

Drawbacks: If Elara uses her ability too much, it can cause temporary blindness due to how bright her ability is.
