Neia is a nice, friendly, and sociable woman compared to other elves. She has no issues talking to people, she can talk to anyone and make them her friends. She is the type of person who people open up to and reveal their little secrets that she tends to keep to herself. Her persuasive ways are what attracted Hermes to her since she was perfect to get someone to talk to. It said that she was more beautiful than some of the goddesses themselves. Because of her sweet self, Neia is unable to deal with grief properly, she never had to deal with it when younger. When she gets upset, she tends to get a bit worked up over it. She can give people a second chance, but once you make yourself an enemy of her familia or try to hurt them, you will forever be a target.

◦ BACKGROUND ◦
Neia grew up in Alf's Royal Forest, where she was loved dearly by both of her parents. She had a happy child but much like her older sister, they were taught to hate the gods and goddesses. She also grew bored of living in the forest and wished to do more than be stuck there as a high elf. She is grateful for her life, but she is longing for something more. She didn't leave with her older sister, as she was reluctant to leave her parents, especially her father seeing how upset he was about Riveria leaving the way she did. It took her years and years before she gathered the courage to leave. She was scouted out by Hermes, himself to join his familia and she gladly did. She became an adventurer, where she met tons of people and met her best friend. The two girls became a party, and one day down on level 13, a nasty attack broke out killing her best friend. Neia was in the dungeon for hours before Asfi went searching for her. After the dungeon incident, Neia rarely leaves her room and keeps to herself.

‣ Fairy Anthem: Increases the effects of the user's magic, increases attack range, and increases the power of the magic by a large amount based on how long the chant is.

‣ Alf Regina: Strengthens the user's magic abilities, strengthens the effects of the magic of all Elves within the user's magic circle, and converts the used magic energy of all Elves within the magic circle to mind and absorbs it.

‣ Spirit Soul: This is Neia's main magic source, she is able to tap into the four spirits' soul and magic, allowing her to use their magic during battles. Earth, Thunder, Light and Darkness Spirits are the current ones she can tap into.

‣ Dia Panakeia: Healing magic that creates colored spheres of light that heal the target. Its effects are comparable to an elixir

‣ Lumine Pleiades: Light element magic that creates beams of light that rain down at the target

‣ Gale Blast: Magic developed by the Elves for use without a falna. It requires the user to undergo training and rituals and use a long chant systematized during ancient times. It has more than twelve verses to its chant and its power is weak compared to magic used by those with a falna. (Rarely uses this)

‣ Elf Song: Increases the effects of Magic. The effect doubles when used with attack Magic. Neia can only activate it when playing the flute, those who bear the same mark as the flute will get the boost.

‣ Via Shilheim: Barrier magic that completely blocks physical and magical attacks. It is the third level of Neia's defense magic Via Shilheim.

‣ Swordsmanship (she rarely uses it but when in a difficult situation she does)

‣ Hermes is unaware of Neia's condition as the familia had decided to keep it from him to prevent him from being distracted.

‣ Being a High Elf, and therefore part of Elven royalty, Neia is extremely revered by other Elves, who hold her in high regard. As a High Elf, she was taught how to read hieroglyphs.

‣ Neia hates gods and goddesses, and that has never changed. She only loves one god, Hermes. She makes that very clear with how she acts towards the other gods and goddesses when they are around. She knows they have no abilities down here, therefore she does not fear them.
