Third Person's POV
Quantico, Virginia

The BAU was mind their own business as they were doing things to keep them busy so they wouldn't fall asleep. When they were sure that they weren't going to get any calls Hotch send them home. All was well for Derek as he knew that Hailey would be home but when he tried calling her over five times and that she wasn't answering struck something in him that something was wrong. 

Something was indeed wrong when he found Hailey's abandoned beloved skateboard on the ground. He knew Hailey that she wouldn't never leave her skateboard like this so he called Penelope.

"Hey babygirl, you still bored?" He asked her as she was about to say some sexy but she knew from the tone in his voice that now wasn't the time.

"Yeah, what's up?" Penelope asked Derek as she immediately got her computer that was in her car as she pulled over to a safe spot where she could be able to do her work. Or as she calls it the only thing that she's good at.

"Babygirl I need you to search up Hails last known location, because she isn't home and something happened?" Derek says as fast as he could as he's starting to panic of where the fuck his daughter. As she isn't known to be a runaway kid.

"Right away, your highness." She says with a small smile on her face. "Sorry, not the time. About Hail I didn't find anything suspicious outside of her being on her phone before she got to head." Penelope says as Derek frowns as he knows that Hailey wouldn't be not on her phone this long. Her phone is her best friend as she's always on it. At least that's what Derek calls it.

"Thanks babygirl." Derek says before hanging up and heading inside to see if there's anything that he can find that's unusual.

Someplace in Chicago, Illinois

Hailey was waking up from being unconscious for what feels like god knows how long, as she is definitely cuffed to something, as she feels the cold metal against her wrists. Her being now awake caused the men to look at her.

"Well, look guys the princess woke up." One of the men said in a thick British accent, as he stroked hailey's cheek but she didn't say anything. That and she's waking up.

"Where am I?" Was Hailey as she didn't even try to wrestle out of the restraints, she's not that stupid.

"Where you were meant to be, your true home." Was the British accent, as it sounded familiar but before Hailey could question it she was whacked in the face again.

Quantico, Virginia

It was now seven in the morning when everyone showed up at the headquarters, but something didn't seem right with everyone. It was like since Hailey got kidnapped that, everyone knew that today was going to be just like the day before. When Penelope got to work she immediately went to her cave and went to see if she could find anything about Hailey as she knew that at least someone would ask where the girl is.

She was definitely sure that Derek would be the first person to ask where his daughter was. Not even ten minutes later, Derek walks into Penelope's cave, with a Starbucks drink that was meant for Hailey like he does every morning, as it's undrunk.

"Babygirl, anything on Hailey?" Derek asks her Penelope was already a step ahead of him.

"One step ahead of you." Penelope says as she pulls up the tab that she has, as Derek leans forward to read the screen. 

"It says she in..." Derek says as he couldn't believe it. She was in... "...Chicago." Derek says as he types something on the keyboard as it pulls up her last known location. 

After he got her location, he immediately heads towards where the rest of them are. "I know where Hailey is." Morgan randomly says as Hotch gathered everyone around as both Penelope and Morgan told everyone what they found. 

"She's in Chicago, in an abandoned warehouse, in south Chicago." Penelope says as she has her iPad as she passed her iPad to Spencer who passed it to everyone so they can see what's going in.

"Their names are James Bentley and Michael Jones. Both have criminal records ranging from kidnapping, conspiracy, human trafficking, assault of a minor, rape, murder, and other severe crimes." Penelope says as one of the names sounds familiar to Derek. A little too familiar.

"Babygirl search up James Bentley and tell me what you see." Derek says as Penelope nods her head as she searches for James, and when she stops, she shows Derek her iPad, that makes his heart sink.

He is the son of Jonathan, the person who murdered Hailey's family all of those years ago.

"So babygirl, you tell us, or we kill you." Was Michael Jones, who is the American one, and James is the British one.

"I'm telling you, I don't know." Hailey cried out to them as that's when James pulled out a knife as it barely touched her throat, as she eyed James.

"You are telling me where my father is!" James screamed at her, as she ignored the fact that she has his spittle on her face. 

"Are you going to cry out to your Daddy? Who isn't coming to save you?" Michael asks tauntingly to Hailey as James glares at him for being stupid.

"Her stupid father isn't coming to save his princess, stupid." James says before he turns back to Hailey as he digs the knife in her throat which caused it to bleed. "TELL ME!!!" He yells at her as he continues to dig the knife into her throat.

"He's dead. He got killed in prison." She says lying as his father isn't dead but hopefully, he'll get the knife out of her throat, but she didn't know if he was stupid enough to believe her.

"Where is he?" James asked her as she didn't answer as he grabbed her wrist as he was making cuts on her wrists. "Okay, then I'll kill your daddy." 

Hailey knew that she had to tell him where his father 'was' even if he wasn't in prison, she was doing this to protect her own father. She'd kill herself if anything happens to him, he's her light, when she's having a bad day, and even if they bicker, she knows that her father is looking for her.

"USP Florence ADMAX." Hailey blurted out as she thought of a random maximum-security prison that she could think of, and that was the only one. 

"Where the fuck is that?" James asked as he continues to make cuts on her wrist as they are going deeper as he's using this as a torture method.

"Florence, Colorado." Hailey winces as when James was satisfied with his answer, he grabbed a gun and whacked her in the head with it. That made her lose consciousness, along with the significant blood loss, she was in a coma.

The agents that were called for getting Hailey was Spencer, Derek, Rossi and JJ. Hailey was tied up in a corner with a blanket covering her bruise and whip covered body. Then Michael took his own life, as he knows that he'll be sentenced to life in prison. 

Derek got the address from Penelope who was still at headquarters with the rest of the team, and when they got to the building, Rossi was with Derek to see where Hailey was as JJ and Spencer were in charge of guarding and fighting. 

"Garcia where is Hailey? Where is she in the building? Top floor, bottom floor?" Rossi asks the woman as Derek had gone off somewhere, as he knows where he is going.

"I don't know that information, but I can look." Penelope says as Rossi hangs up before going off to find Derek. A voice caught Derek's attention.

"DAD!" He hears as it's Hailey, as he runs towards where the voice was coming from. "HELP ME!" She yells as he doesn't know it's a diversion for James to escape with Hailey with him but what he didn't know was that Spencer and JJ were in the front and that's where he was heading. "DAD!!" Hailey's voice continues to yell for help as it feels like Derek is running in circles. 

"Derek her voice is voice recordings, she's not there. She's with James." Penelope's voice was heard in his comm as he shot all the recordings, that has his daughter's voice, before he runs off towards the front where James is heading with Hailey in a sack, as her body is numb from being injected with sleeping pills and other drugs.

James is dragging Hailey's numb body as it's in a sack, as she's like potatoes, as just before he gets to the main entrance, he throws the sack with an unconscious Hailey in it, as he grabs some gasoline and lights it up, creating it to immediately ignite into flames.

Derek smelled smoke and fire as he stopped dead in his tracks at seeing the fire, as it was suspicious as it wasn't anywhere else but there. He put the pieces together, and realized that's Hailey in the fire. He risked his own life to grab the sack and cut it open and grabbed his daughter who felt cold to the touch.
