Status is important in this world, actually, the color of your blood is important. Those who are dark and offsprings of demons, bleed black. Those who are children of the faerie folk bleed blue, those who are the children of the angels above bleed gold, and the others aka werewolves, vampires, witches and etc bleed red. For certain people, they are mixed and you can see that within their blood. In this world, the only people with black blood are the offspring of demons, leaving them in the lower class. As they are deemed dangerous, they are separated from the kingdom itself and aren't allowed to leave the land that has been spelled, it leaves them powerless within there unless you were mixed like Rumi. Those who have betrayed the crown, or are criminals, are also thrown into the dark land. Everyone else lives within the golden land among angels, except for those who are Fae Folk, they live in their own land.

Rumi is typically a quiet girl, she keeps to herself most of the time. She can be judgmental thanks to her old man, he taught her to act that way. She could never risk someone trying to hurt her, she doesn't have time for that. Deep down inside, she wants someone to try and bring her out of her shell. She just needs someone to give her a light push. She is cold, and vindictive, and would do anything to save herself from going to hell where her father is. She can be a tease most of the time, she can't help it. She has these defenses up that was meant to keep her protected from anyone ever hurting her.

Rumi came about an odd and rare way, Lucifer her father decided to make a little visit to the golden land even though he's not permitted or else the angels from above would strike him down. Instead, he met an angel that was visiting the golden kingdom and the two had a little fling. She ended up pregnant and did not want the child, once she had given birth, she gave her over to Lucifer who left her in front of the dark land, where a witch took her in and raised her. Rumi grew up normally with below-average education as expected, didn't get along with other kids and one day she learned that she was capable of using magic and kept that to herself.

The only difference is that he would NEVER bother falling for anyone, that would be ridiculous. - Demons are powerless on their side of the kingdom, they aren't allowed anywhere near the people who are red, blue or gold blooded. Those who have magic are tossed into this town that is run down, it only affects those with black blood which most witches have. It's rare for them to get any sort of visit.

- The Fair Folk have their own land, far from the others and their own ruling system that no one tends to mess with. Once in a while, they send their princes and princesses over to the golden land to marry or manipulate their ways.

- The others are what people would consider normal, poor or middle class if you're pure-blooded seeing as nowadays it's difficult to find someone pure-blooded. They are almost granted access to the golden land for proper education and buying.

- The Angels have the highest class and control of all the land except for the Fair Folk, they oversee every single thing that goes down. Their kingdom is nothing but beautiful, pure white like all the buildings, nothing is dirty and everything is perfect.

Though what Rumi didn't expect was knights waiting for her at the entrance, a seer that was waiting there dressed in all white. "Welcome Rumi Morningstar, we have been expecting you." The Knights put shackles that the witches of the golden land created. This was the last thing she wanted. She was dragged towards the golden castle, once there she was taken into a dark room. Nathaniel was been dealing with a lot, being a prince with eight siblings it's nothing but a mess. His mother had just died a few minutes ago, he had heard from the seer that someone would be capable of bringing her back...Rumi. And she did do just that in exchange to live here, but Nathaniel had to take precautions. When Rumi passed out after bringing his mother back, he had her shackled once again and taken to a room where he waited for her to awaken...
