Jamie sat on her stool at the prize table. Work seemed to be dragging on for her and she wanted nothing more than to be home. She sighed as she looked down at her phone.

"Didn't expect to see you here."

Jamie looked up and a small smile took over her face, "Hey, Jack."

"Oh and you remember my name." He jokes as he leans on the counter

"Of course I do." She laughs. He nods as he looks down through the glass.

"How you been?" He asks as he looks up at her

"I've been good. You?"

"Good. Good." He nods as he looks back down. "Some friends dragged me here. Hadn't had much fun until I found you." He mutters. Jamie smiles. He looks up, "Which one is your favorite?"

"I don't know." She shrugs, "Maybe the butterfly bracelet."

He nods as he sits up, "Okay. You still have a couple of hours left of your shift right?"

"Yeah." She mutters

"I'll be back." He says as he walks away. He turns around quickly as he points to her, "Don't let anyone take it."

She frowns again as she watches him walk away. She looks down at the bracelet as she comes to a realization. She smiles as she looks back to where he left.

Class had just ended and Aisha, Hawk, Miguel, Tory, and Jamie were walking out of the dojo.

"There's no way you're beating me dude. I've beaten that game at least five times." Hawk exclaims.

"So what? You can still suck." Jamie shrugs.

Hawk rolls his eyes as he walks away. He turns back around as he stops, "You know, you're gonna look stupid as shit when I beat you."

"You keep talking and yet you haven't told me when we're gonna play." Jamie says as Aisha laughs, "Seems like you're not ready to lose."

Hawk huffs as he continues walking away, "Fuck off."

"Whatever." Jamie says as she waves her hand around.

"That bracelet is so cute. Where'd you get it?" Aisha says as she hold Jamie's wrist.

"Someone won it for me at Golf-n-Stuff."

"Really? Who?" Tory asks as she looks at the bracelet.

"A friend." Jamie says

"A friend?" Aisha smirks. Jamie hums as she nods, "Same friend Sienna was talking about?"

Jamie scoffs, "Okay. I don't know what friend Sienna was talking about, but this friend is just a friend." Jamie says as she steps off the curb onto the parking lot. Miguel furrows his brows as he watches her.

"Does this friend have a name?" Tory smirks

"Everyone has a name Tory." Jamie says. The girls laugh as Miguel stays quiet.

"Are you coming out to eat with us?" Aisha says.

Jamie turns to walk backwards, "Can't I have work. Bye."

The girls smile as they walk the other way. Miguel lingers for a few seconds as he watches Jamie walk away. Looking down and blinking rapidly before he follows the girls.

Sienna sat at the counter as she waited for her food. She saw the group of Cobra Kai kids sitting at a table across the restaurant, but did not want to be bothered with them. She turned to her left as someone grabbed something from beside her. She looked up to see Hawk grabbing napkins.

"Hey, Hawkboy." She says. He pauses as he looks at her.

"It's just Hawk." He frowns.

"Who cares? Be happy I was nice at all." She turns back to her phone as he just stands there.

"Why didn't you join karate with Jamie?" He blurts out.

"Because I don't feel like rolling around on the ground with random kids." She scoffs, "And do I look like the type to even be interested in karate at all?" She says as she gestures to herself.

Hawk looks her up and down. His eyes lingered for a lot longer than they should've, but Sienna didn't seem to notice as she just went back to her phone. He clears his throat as he looks down.

"Oh."

Sienna frowns as she looks at him. Hawk splutters as he looks around, "Yeah. Uh, yup." He nods as he walks back to the table. Sienna shakes her head as her food finally comes out.

Jamie again sat on her stool again with nothing to do. It was slow due to it being a weekday and she was praying for some kind of excitement. It seems someone was listening as Jack walked up to her counter.

"Hey." She smiles

"Hey." He smiles back as he leans on the counter, "You look bored."

"I am." She nods

"How much of your shift is left?"

She looks on her phone, "Like an hour."

He nods, "Okay. Looks like I'm staying here for another hour."

She tilts her head, "Why?"

"To keep you company of course." He says in a matter-of-fact voice. She laughs as he smiles at her.

"You definitely don't have to do that." She laughs

"I have nothing else to do." He shrugs.

She nods as she stands up, "Okay. Suit yourself."

She walks over to the other side as a customer and their kid walks up. He watches her with a small smile.

The girls sat as they watched Miguel and Hawk spar, "Nice work, Diaz. Bow. Go again."

The door slams open as the students look toward it and see Daniel LaRusso walk in.

"The hell do you think you're doing?" Johnny says

"Like you don't know." Daniel scoffs

"Take your shoes off the mat. You're disrespecting my dojo."

"You're seriously gonna talk to me about disrespecting dojos after what you just did to mine?" Daniel spits as he walks closer

"I don't know what the hell you're talking about. I didn't do anything to your dojo." Johnny frowns.

"Just like you didn't slug one of my employees, huh?" Johnny tilts his head slightly as Daniel chuckles humorlessly, "You know, part of me actually felt bad for you at one point, but you make it so easy to remember who the bad guy is in all of this. You call yourself a sensei? You don't even know what a sensei is. A sensei mentors. A sensei elevates. He doesn't teach destruction and disrespect!" He yells as he takes a step closer

"I already said I don't know what you're talking about, LaRusso." Johnny steps even closer, "And you don't know what you're talking about either."

"Yeah, well, I know you don't... You don't earn a Medal of Honor by stealing it."

Jamie furrows her brows as her eyes land on Hawk who looks down.

"Let me tell you something about your sensei." Daniel calls out, "He might teach you how to fight, but he doesn't know a thing about what it takes to truly win at life. If you want to help yourselves before it's too late, the doors of Miyagi-Do? Wide open."

"You think you can come in here and poach my students?"

"And what are you gonna do about it? You know I'm not gonna strike first." The two stare at each other for a second before Johnny steps back.

"I'm gonna be a bigger man."

"Yeah." Daniel nods, "We'll see about that."

As he walks to the door, Jamie watches Chris grab his backpack.

"Where do you think you're going?" Johnny says

"What the hell, Chris?"

"I never liked it here." He says before he walks out. More students follow behind him. Johnny does nothing but watch them.

Jamie sighs as she looks over at Miguel who holds a solemn expression before he looks away. Her eyebrows draw inward as she looks him over before looking back to Johnny.
