~ 3rd Person POV ~

Jungkook was sitting down on the bed, waiting for Taehyung to arrive after his cheerleading practice. He was nervous because he didn't know what his ex was going to say. He didn't want Taehyung to shoot him down because he was truly hoping that they would be together again

This little amount of time made him crazy, he wanted Taehyung so badly..he needed him

Jungkook heard a knock on the door, his palms were sweating even more...he just wanted Taehyung to forgive him, even if the older male didn't accept his apology...he still wanted to apologize for his stupid ass behavior since Taehyung didn't deserve to be treated like that. Let alone him being so rude to his boyfriend

Jungkook got up from the bed and walked over to the door, he wiped his sweaty palms before opening the door to see what was his beautiful boyfriend. He looked like he had just gotten out of the shower since his hair was slightly wet

" h-hi.." Jungkook said in a small voice, hoping that he didn't upset his boyfriend by asking him to come over

" Cut the bullshit, why did you ask me here?" Taehyung asked as he crossed his arms, looking at his once boyfriend who he did miss. He missed him so fucking much but, he wasn't going to allow himself to be disrespected by anyone, let alone Jungkook

" Um....I-I...I-I..." Jungkook muttered, immediately mixing up his words as his ex stared at him like he didn't love him anymore. Did Taehyung still love him?

" Do y-you still l-love me?"

" What type of question is that?" Taehyung asked

" Y-you l-look l-like you h-hate m-me"

" You looked like me hated me a few days ago but I kept my mouth shut, " Taehyung said bitterly. Breaking Jungkook's heart because he didn't know how badly and controlling he had acted toward his previous boyfriend

" I-I didn't m-mean-"

" Everyone doesn't mean to do things but it happens so is this conversation done because I need to go ready for another cheer practice in a few hours and I'm tired," Taehyung said and Jungkook calmed his breathing

" T-the reason why I a-acted that way is because...I-I heard a conversation you and Jimin were having...y-you said that you wanted me to be more d-dominant-"

" wait for a second...you overheard a conversation I had with Jimin? When I was in his dorm a week ago?" Taehyung asked and Jungkook nodded his head

" Jungkook....we were talking about the TV series Landing On You...the show I've been talking about for weeks on end? I told Jimin that the main character could've been portrayed more dominantly since that's what his character was about..that had nothing to do with you Jungkook " Taehyung said as he got pissed off because Jungkook was acting this way over a misunderstanding

" I-it wasn't? T-that wasn't a-about me?" Jungkook asked, immediately feeling embarrassed and shocked that Taehyung wasn't talking about him

" I-I'm so sorry-"

" No...you didn't even have the courtesy to even ask me about it. All you did was act like a possessive asshole, you didn't even talk to me...you didn't even speak to me" Taehyung said as he pushed passed his boyfriend, ready to walk out of the dorm until Jungkook grabbed his arm, wanting him to stay because he didn't think he could handle him leave

" P-please don't g-go" Jungkook mumbled out, gripping his hand because he wanted to stay, he wanted him back

" Why should I stay? Why should you Jungkook? You hear one little misunderstanding and you go off and act like the people I don't even like. You go and drink and smoke without letting me know. It might not be my business but you could have at least told me. I don't want a boyfriend like that, I love you but, I don't " Taehyung mumbled, he loved this boy but, he didn't like the way he didn't even try to communicate with him after what had happened

Communication is key to a long-lasting relationship and if Jungkook goes and acts differently after hearing a misunderstanding then...the relationship would never work. Communication was everything

" I'm sorry..."

" Hm...of course, you are, " Taehyung said as he laughed a little. He couldn't believe Jungkook acted that way

" I-I mean it " Jungkook cried out as he grabbed Taehyungs hand once again. Not wanting the older male to leave him. One week without Taehyung was driving him crazy. He didn't realize how badly he treated Taehyung, his heart broke knowing that he was treating his once boyfriend with so little respect and it hurt him because he knew deep down in his heart that his mom raised him better than that

" I-I mean I-it when I tell you t-that I'm so sorry. I'm sorry for treating you s-so poorly and I didn't m-mean to act that way...I shouldn't have acted like that. You d-deserve so much b-better and I'm so sorry..." Jungkooo rambled on and on, apologizing as Taehyung's brown eyes looked at him

Taehyung wasn't the type of person to let his guard down but, he couldn't lie and say all of this didn't make his heart grow weaker and weaker for the younger boy

Jungkook and Taehyung barely had ever argued when they were together and if they ever did have a small disagreement, Taehyung could tell when Jungkook was sorry

" You deserve better and I'm still so sorry....y-you're the only person who has treated me so well and I don't think I want to date anything else but you..." Jungkook said as he had tears running down his face. His eyes were puffy, it looked like he has been crying for days and his hair was a little messy. The more Taehyung looked at him, the more he realized that he barely saw Jungkook this whole week

" Jungkook-"

" N-no..." Jungkook yelled out as he wiped his tears. Grabbing onto Taehyung's hands. " Y-you have to listen to m-me...I-I acted like that because I overheard the conversation when I wasn't supposed to....I-I know it was just a little misunderstanding b-but...I-I hurt because you swore to m-me you loved me the way I am" Jungkook cried out, his soft face wet with tears and no matter how pissed off Taehyung was at Jungkook...he couldn't lie and say this didn't break his heart. The site of the boy crying

" Jungkook...." Taehyung said softly as he grabbed Jungkook's wet hands. Wet from how many times he tries to wipe the tears from his face. Taehyung was also a little hurt that Jungkook believe that he would talk behind his back, let's alone tell Jimin he needed the boy to be more dominant when that is not true

"Jungkook...I've told you over and over again that unless you want to be dominant, I'm not going to force you to be that way. You could be my sweet and soft babyboy until we get married or something and I wouldn't complain because I love you the way you are...why don't you believe me?" Taehyung said as he made Jungkook look at him, his hands carrying his face, his hands wet from his tears

" I-I don't k-know...I'm sorry" Jungkook mumbled as he looked away from Taehyung. Taehyung didn't know what he was going to do. He loved Jungkook but, he couldn't be with him if the younger male didn't trust that he loved him just the way he was. Jungkook was a sensitive, sweet, shy boy and that is what Taehyung loved about him

" look at me "

Jungkook immediately looked up at him

" I love you...I do and I think I always will but...you have to trust me when I tell you that I love you for you and you don't just run off and act differently when there is just a small misunderstanding then...how will our relationship work?" Taehyung asked, straddling his ex-boyfriend's lap

" I-I don't k-know...I don't...I'm sorry t-that I was mean....y-you don't deserve-" Jungkook rambled but, Taehyung placed his hand on his lips, caressing it. Making Jungkook calm down immediately by the soft touch of his hand

" It's fine...I'm sorry that you thought that I wanted you to be more dominant...I'd never ask that of you unless you want to...I'm happy with anything that you decide" Taehyung said as he wrapped his arms around Jungkook's neck, jungkook smiled a little

" I-I just want y-you to be h-happy..."

" Baby I am happy with you, you know this...I'm always happy with you " Taehyung whispered

" I love you," Taehyung said as he continued to caress the side of his face, wiping his tears. Jungkook hugged him, wrapping his arms around his waist, placing his head in his chest like a little kid, sniffing and holding on to him

" Do I have my babyboy back?" Taehyung asked as his hands ran through Jungkook's hair. The younger boy nodded his head, looking up at Taehyung with his big doe eyes that Taehyung could get lost in

" Yes...you do, " Jungkook said with his cheeky smile and Taehyung grabbed his cheeks and pressed his lips against his, smiling once he felt his boyfriend kiss him back
