"You really weren't scarred during the entire movie, Jeongguk... I'm impressed~", Yerim giggled charmingly and strengthened the grip on her boyfriend's hand as they left the cinema together. It was already late in the evening, but it was weekend anyway, so they all would stay up longer.

Jeongguk just grinned and put his arm around the blond-haired beauty before giving her a small kiss on the forehead. "A true man doesn't get scared", he said and pushed those annoying strands out of his face.

Behind them, Kihyun and Irene walked through the large glass door outside.

"This film was bullshit", Kihyun grumbled annoyed, as he had high expectations on the film, but was unfortunately disappointed. The trailer had been better than the film itself.

"If the vacuum cleaner had appeared, you would have shit your pants, little brother", Irene had a nasty grin on her lips, throwing challenging glances towards her older twin brother, who was now looking angry at Irene.

"That's not true, Irene", Kihyun disagreed, but still couldn't prevent his cheeks from turning incredibly red. Deep down, Kihyun knew that his sister was right with her words. This fucking vacuum cleaner would probably have made him forget his name.

Why had he only watched this horrible children's series with these colorful beasts? Kihyun would love to travel back in time and stop his younger self immediately from doing this stupid activity.

"And you two always have to argue", Yerim said towards the two twins, holding her hand in front of her mouth to hide her giggling behind it, "You two probably even argued about who was first to be born."

The twins put one arm on the other's shoulder and winked at the beautiful girl at the same time, who didn't know that her time was passing by and she was slowly approaching her deadly end. "We are just special", the two siblings said at the same time, laughing weird afterwards.

If the 4 friends had only known what would happen this evening, they would never have suggested to watch a movie together. They had never even gone to the cinema.

"Oh yes you are special...", the cousin of the twins just rolled with his eyes smiling and pressed his girlfriend closer to his body, "Especially good at getting on someone's nerves."

Of course, the two twins didn't accept this and immediately countered while the friends went home together. Today they would all stay at Jeongguk's house to have a sleepover party.

The 4 teenagers were best friends since kindergarten. At some point, they all met in the small sandpit under the big oak trees and formed a close friendship that lasted until today and was stronger than ever before.

Although a love between Jeongguk and Yerim was already developing, this didn't prevent the 4 from having fun together. To experience things as best friends was still the best thing in their friendship.

Laughing, they crossed the street and headed towards a shopping street, as they wanted to buy something to eat for the way. A mistake that would turn out in the next few minutes.

Together, they walked across the sidewalk, where hardly anyone was yet. After all, it was already late. Irene just told something about a classmate who was stuck with his head in the toilet until the 4 friends ran past a group of drunk youngsters. The twin brother immediately pulled his little sister right next to him.

He didn't want to admit it, but he was very caring, protected his sister with his life and would break the bones of anyone who would dare to touch her. Jeongguk did the same and gently grabbed Yerim's wrist to pull her closer.

But a drunk teenager had already spotted her and before Jeongguk could prevent it, the guy roughly slapped Yerim's ass. "Nice ass, pretty girl...", he commented only when Yerim squealed in shame.

But Jeongguk suddenly saw just red. No one should ever touch his girlfriend in such a penetrating way. In school, he was a weakling, because he was rather small and narrowly built. He wasn't bullied, but nobody took him seriously. But today, he would change that for the first time.

A mistake...

"What the fuck?!", Jeongguk growled at the teenager and was quite surprised inside how deep and threatening his voice sounded. The drunken boys turned around amused and immediately made fun of Jeongguk's little figure. He didn't like that at all.

"Well, look at that... This little dickhead dares to open his mouth", the guy said who had slapped Yerim's ass, before his friends laughed in agreement. They didn't take Jeongguk seriously, like the people from his school. That just made him angrier.

"Shut the fuck up, you asshole! Who do you think you are that you can touch my girlfriend like that!", he asked with a dark, huskiky voice. He only saw red and really wanted to make his point in front of those dudes clear. To be taken seriously, like the others.

"J-Jeongguk... Let's just go. That doesn't make any sense", Yerim muttered, pulling gently a little at Jeongguk's sleeve, but he immediately released himself, looking angry at the drunk guys.

Yerim was afraid that those young people would do something bad to Jeongguk. She loved Jeongguk and didn't want anything to happen to him.

"Stay out of this, Yerim", he grumbled and took a step closer to the guy, but now his cousin intervened. "Damn it Jeongguk, calm down! That is absolutely pointless! They just want to beat you up...", Kihyun tried to calm him down and put his hand on Jeongguk's shoulder, but again... Jeongguk completely blocked.

"I don't give a fuck! Stay out of this, Kihyun", Jeongguk shouted. He didn't want to leave. He finally wanted to be a man and be able to defend himself without pulling his tail in like a shy dog. And the fact, that those guys were only laughing at Jeongguk's didn't make his urge to punch them in the face any better.

He felt a soft hand on his shoulder, confound it with his cousin's and turned around to push his cousin away.

"I told you to stay out of it, Kihyun!", he roared angrily and pushed the person away with his arm. That was the biggest mistake he ever made.

Because he didn't push his cousin away, but Yerim, who slipped on the road and got caught by a moving car. Yerim flew over windscreen and then crashed onto the hard asphalt.

She remained motionless and didn't make any noise.
