I was checking the fridge as I checked the for the big spicy chicken, I know that it's in here somewhere, but where, God my mum is so annoying. I put my hands through the layers on the fridge and then I found it, well mother I got the brains.

I brought it out and then I cut the leg side, my favorite part. I munched on it and then I sat down on the table and crossed my legs. Then I stood up and check the mail box outside and then I found a letter from my dad. I stared at it, before I took it and went back inside and then I went to my room and sat down on the chair and opened it.

Dear Diana,

How can I start to talk about what I did was wrong, I know it was wrong and I regret cheating, but I know you can never ever forgive me...

The kids they meant so much to me and am so sorry for being such a disappointment to them, and I know they might not believe this but please tell them I'm truly in love with them and am proud of them...

Am happy that your happy now, I went to buy some things at the shop and I saw you and a guy like that and I saw you smiling so genuine and it broke my heart and I knew that you have moved on and I trust that the guy would be ten times better at bring a true father to our kids, than I ever was...

I was so stupid of falling with the wrong woman and see where it landed me too, I feel so stupid, I was embarrassed and to break the news to you, I would know longer be here anymore am going back to Hawaii to live a better life, am sure Mami is so disappointed with me, because of all my wrong doings and to end this letter

I looked at the letter and I don't know how to describe what I was holding, part of me wanted to just trash it away, but part of me told me to just keep it in mum's room, so that she can read it, she deserves to know. I would just have to put this at the back of my mind.

So I stood up and went into mum's room and carefully placed the letter on her bed and then I came out of the room and went back to mine to eat my spicy chicken.

As I was eating my chicken, I heard the door bell, I groaned before I finally stood up and came down from my bed and went downstairs to go and open the door.

I unlocked the door and then I opened and Williams was in white polo top and black thick jeans, wait why is he dressing like this, is there a special occasion or what, because I know Williams he only wears shorts and plain t-shirts, so maybe today is a special day.

He snapped his fingers, and I blinked my eyes thrice and looked at him, he chuckled and I made way for him to enter. He gracefully came inside and then that's when I noticed his black sparkly leather shoes. Jesus that shoe is worth $2 million dollars.

He turned and looked at me shyly, "Hey."

Wait this is the first time I have ever seen Williams shy and it's funny, I crossed my arms and waited for whatever he wanted to tell me.

He brushed his hair back, jeez if I was like in my twenties, I would have gone for Williams, he is so handsome, wait what is handsome, he is gorgeous.

"Today-I-want-to-ask-your-mother-to-marry-me." He said so quickly, that the only word I heard was mother.

I raised my eyebrows and told him, "I did not even hear what you said, the only word I heard was mother."

He groaned, "I love your mother D, and she is that piece I have been trying to solve in my puzzle heart and I think she is the one."

Wait pause, a thirty year old man is trying to get an advice or whatever he's trying to get from an eighteen year old girl, well I need to act mature for my mother, so that the next man she would marry would not break her heart, so I acted serious.

"Why do you truly love her?" I asked him.

He looked at the ceiling and then he stared intensely at me and I could feel the love in his eyes and I knew in my heart that Williams and mum we're made for each other, they both had their troubles with their partners and now I think they would be perfect.

"When I met her at the mall, she was so pretty and her manners we're so amazing, some women only love me because of my money, while they don't do anything for themselves to make money, but when I see your mum and after the whole of the divorce she was so strong as she still went to work to try and take care of you guys even though she was heartbroken. She's loving, realistic, genuine, pretty and surprisingly funny." He laughed at his joke and I gave him a smile.

He continued, "And Delphine I really want to marry her, she's the person I have been looking for that kind of genuine person, my whole life and D I love h-"

I cut him off, by touching his hands and I smiled, "I can see that you truly love her, so am in."

He broke into this kind of happy huge grin kind of smile and he shouted, "You are."

I nodded my head and he hugged me and I hesitated before I hugged him back, he felt like a child as I patted his back and it was so cute and to say the truth I felt a kind of fatherly love for Williams, because he treated me like his special daughter.

I finally broke the hug and then he said, "So let's start, the red ribbons, red roses, red carpet and other things are in the car."

I raised my eyebrows at him, this was the day that I was planning to sleep throughout and then eat chicken again, again and again. gush now Williams had to spoil it. I groaned as he pulled me outside, well there's no going back.

We went outside and then he opened the boot of his car and there we're so many things that I could not count even, I don't even want to tell you guys because there's so muck freaking work to do, that's when I noticed. where was Harry and Mendel?

As we carried the things inside, I decided to ask Williams where the heck Mendel and Harry we're, so as I dropped the things and cleaned the sweat on my fore head.

I asked, "Where did Mendel and Harry go to."

"They went to distract your mother." He blurted out.

I shouted, "So you knew I was going to say yes."

He shrugged and then he burst out laughing, "Nope, but Mendel did and he gave me that hope, so I just told them to just start the plan and I would come to talk to you and I prayed in the car, before I even came out and then I asked you and my answers were answered and plus you love me."

I rolled my eyes at him and then I brought out a Polaroid Photo Booth Prop and I saw mum and Williams smiling at each other and they looked so cute and my mind drifted back to Sky, but I shook my head, this is not the time for myself and my troubles.

I smiled at the photo and then I put my hands on my waist and said, "Let's get this surprise engagement on the road."

I went and put my phone on the house Bluetooth and then the song

started playing and then I picked up the red velvet cake and Mendel showed me the place to drop it and then we placed a red cover to the living room, so that she would not see what was on the other side. Mendel told me that the engagement would be done on the Hallway as soon as she enters the house and as he said that I had a feeling he had another surprise, but he did not want to tell me.. gosh!!

I took five Rustic and Simple Mason Jar Centerpiece, while Williams carried the rest and we carried to the living room and then we placed it on the tables and then we carried the big red and white balloons and then we agreed to make a Creative Cake Stand and Balloon Display.

And I never had a plan for this

Then Williams surprised me with a Rustic Clothespin Photo Display and it had pictures of me, mum, Mendel, Harry and Williams and it was so cute all the pictures we have taken and I smiled, I don't care where Mendel got it from, but this was so cute. I even asked him if this was the surprise he was hiding for me, he just shook his head and I groaned.

Then I placed the final things in the living room like the big Colorful and Fun Confetti Balloons and then I went to the Hallway and Mendel helped me to put the red ribbons, red roses and the red carpet and we decorated the whole place, when we we're finally through, we sat down on the arm chair and we both drank a bottle of water and as we rested, we heard a horn and we jumped up and we tidied ourselves up and we put off the lights and the music.

The plan was that Mendel and Harry would enter first and then mum would enter and then Mendel would do that his surprise thing.

We heard the doorbell and then I hurried there and opened the door and Mendel and Harry ran in, they smiled at me and then we hid at one side, but Harry did not follow us, he went to another side, I shrugged maybe he wanted to stay with his father.

Then we heard someone walking, thank God we left the door open and then my mother came inside and then shut the door, then I pinched Mendel to put on the lights.

After he put on the lights, the shock on my mum's face was so hilarious, but she looked so genuinely cute. Then I saw Harry as he knelt down in front of mum and then he brought out a box and opened it up and then lo and behold a blue diamond ring.. worth like millions of dollars.

He smiled at her, "Diana Michaël, would you marry my dad and make him happy and finally be the mother I had always wanted."

Mum was lost for words, her hands we're just on her chest as she started to cry and then Williams came out and gazed at her beauty.

Mendel and I came out from our hiding place and I felt mum looking at us and she smiled and then she bent down and kissed Harry on the cheeks and then Harry slipped the ring into one of her fingers and she looked at it and then the tears slipped down from her eyes and then she carefully looked at Williams and then she ran to him and hugged him.

She said, "I love you, thank you."

Then they had that sloppy kiss in all those romantic movies and then she pulled out from the kiss and then Williams held her waist and then guided her to the red cover, then he gently pulled it open and then my mum eyes wanted to come out of her sockets, she stared at the place and then at Williams and then at us and Williams whispered into her ears, "I love you, I promise to take it slow for you my angel."

Don't ask me how I heard that, but I did. Mum nodded and then she looked at Harry, Mendel and I and she brought out her hand for us to come closer, Harry touched her hand and she pulled him into the warm embrace and then Mendel and I looked at each other before we went to join in the warm embrace.. It felt so comfortable and I smiled.

"We are a family now." Harry said in his cute baby voice...
