The Soul Filled Sky
Once upon a time, there was a girl. This girl was no ordinary girl though, she had pale white skin with a tint of purple, mesmerizing violet eyes, and her silky hair was a beautiful sky blue. She was the creator known as, Life. During the day she roamed the Earth that seemed to be her own personal garden, until she created animals of many different shapes and sizes out of loneliness from the giant, green and blue sphere she created. Many years after, all the animals found their homes and their place in the circle of life, but due to the many deaths, their lost souls wandered the lands aimlessly at night. Imagine, empty blackness. No light except for the occasional dull light of a soul passing through, no other sounds besides the eerie wailing of lost souls, and nothing to feel except fear and sadness for these lost souls
Until one pitch black night, a boy appeared. He was no ordinary boy though, unlike the rest of his colorless white body, his face was pitch black with piercing white eyes and a skeletal like white outlined mouth, with silky white hair that was hooded by a charcoal black, sleeveless coat, as pitch black antlers protruded out of his head and through the hood, his legs were covered by the same black material, and his elongated slender fingers that were tipped with black, were made for catching souls. He was the expiry of life and collector of souls known as, Death. Every night, he would go and collect the wandering souls, as well as ending the life those whose time has come to move on from the land of the living. But, because of his ability to take lives, everyone disliked and feared him. As time went on even after humans were created, Death became even more despised.
So, in need of someone to speak to him, Life invited him to a place where the light still touched the earth and they talked for some time. During their talk, some evil humans killed many other humans and animals during the night. Then towards the end of their conversation, Life asked Death, "Death, why do people love me, but hate you?" Death responded, "because you are a beautiful lie and I am the painful truth." And with that he stood and parted ways with Life to collect the newly sensed souls that appeared. As he collected the souls, others misinterpreted this and they thought he took the souls of the innocent. When day came once again, they went and told Life.
Out of betrayal and anger, Life banished Death into the pitch black sky when night arrived. He was upset for some time, but he quickly got over it as he saw how many lost souls wandered the earth. Since he was unable to go down and get them, he transformed himself into a large white sphere we call the moon, to attract the souls to come towards him. He collected them and over time he collected too many souls that even he himself couldn't handle the quantity of souls. So he released the collected souls into the pitch black sky, where they appeared as small white specks in the sky, that we call stars. So as the souls were at peace in the sky, they were also able to watch their families grow and prosper. Now, everyone couldn't wait for night to come so they could watch the soul filled sky...
