Days 3 & 4: Pumpkins and Heavens
Ok
So
To compensate the chapter I should have uploaded yesterday, I will upload 2 rawings and a Shadowverse spoiler in the form of a small narrations.
(I will redraw him later)
"There was once upon a time, a man obsessed with the truth. Not with the spoken one though, but instead the hidden one. He was obsessed with the various mysteries that remained hidden or unsolved on Earth.
At the age of 12, his brilliance became notorious throughout the state, when he started solving crimes that the officers of his town couldn't. A few years later, he became a detective, but despite this being his dream job, he felt like there was something else, questions that he hadn't thought about, like for example, "Does heaven really exist?"
His family was very religious, so they told him that it did exist, but he knew they said it because it was part if the religion, so he started investigating.
Nobody ever knew what he did in all the time he spent on his office, but one thing is sure: it didn't work.
Soon after days of thinking, he finally found a way to find the answer he was looking for. It was dangerous in many ways and would not allow him to continue doing his job, but there was no other way, so he shot himself.
He opened his eyes and found himself on some weird place with a fog so dense that he couldn't see beyond his own nose. He walked for what felt like years, until he found something.
Or something found him.
The fog became less dense and now he could see a silhouette on the distance. It looked like a weird and enormous snake, but he didn't see where it ended. He then turned around and noticed an enormous silhouette, even bigger than the 'snake', though he couldn't tell what it was. It didn't seem like anything he gad ever seem in illustrations or read in books. He saw as tentacles wrapped around him, coming from the monster, which now seemed to be consuming him. He felt tired, and helpless, until something grabbed him and the tentacles from below the ground, pulling them down
The first beast didn't fit through the hole so its extremities were separated from it. The poor and now confused man could only hear the scream full of pain and rage of whatever was going to kill him, if it hadn't been for what had saved him, however he still feared that whatever the creature that saved him was had planned to eat him as well.
Some minutes later, he was free from the creature's grip, so he tried to run away. He looked back to see the creature, and what he saw couldn't have been more horrifying. It looked like some sort of demon, but its skin was gray and the eyes were white. But before he could think anything else he was grabbed by the arms by more creatures like that, but they were his size. They looked skinnier than the first one, and the pinned him to the ground.
Terrified and not knowing what to do, he asked the only thing he wanted to know before knowing what was going to happen to him.
- What was that thing from the fog?
After hearing this he heard one of the demons walking slowly, its stone-like skin cracked as it moved to whisper to the man.
- What you saw up there, was your god. "
And no this doesn't count as the Weekend chapter. That might be uploaded tomorrow or today.
