The black hairs on her shoulders were on end. She was barring her teeth at him - out at the crowd - the creature's eyes bulged, head hung low.
Umbreon had nothing to say. He blinked once or twice, that was it.
"I'm sick of this! You make me... you make me... grrrrrr..."
Soon enough tears streamed down her blackened fur. But over on the side, her buddy Bun Bun felt like she needed to speak up and stop the nonsense in front of her.
"Z-Zorua! Stop, please..."
"You must hate me that much Umbroen..."
Zorua completely shut Bun Bun out from her hearing. Swiftly she hopped off the rock and padded through the crowd. All the way to the back, she marched, right where Umbreon was sitting. He knew it was coming. Umbreon rose to his paw pads in a stance scared, excited but ready to fight. He didn't know how to react when Zorua was right in his face - muzzle to muzzle.
"I swear, you act like this to me again... I will gorge those red eyes out and shove them down your throat, so you can see me tear out your black heart and eat it..."
She hissed. Umbreon couldn't even move. Along with everyone else. What Zorua barked out at Umbreon was what made every creature go pale. Even the ghost Pokemon were frightened at her statement.
"All the time, I'm nice to you. Every morning, I greet you and you do nothing. Do you even know that I do this? I'm always nice to you... you especially. I don't think you understand. I don't think you understand my affection for you. I-"
Umbreon cut her off and quickly stepped back.
"Hey, all I said was 'no.' Nothing else. I was just telling you, my opinion, that you shouldn't go out there into the human world. Why does that make you so mad?"
Zorua blinked three times. She stepped back. Umbreon stepped back again.
Silence.
From the corner, Bun Bun piped something else..
"Hey, honeybun? You alright over there..? Come on, let's go ho-"
Then Zorua finally snapped.
With her claws, all her might, she launched herself onto Umbreon and gashed at his throat. He struggled to escape Zorua who was clamped onto him. Opening her jaws, she only got to chip his ear some, then being thrown off by Bun Bun who came to stop the fight. Zorua jumped up to her paws, only bruised, and Umbreon struggling to get up, with a blood - leaking chipped ear and gushing - red open gash across his neck.
'What did I do...'
