-Time Skip-

"W-wait...where? Am I?" Jade looks at me.
"Karkat?"
"What? What happened?" Jade sighs.
"You had amnesia for a while yesterday. Thanks to me, I slammed this pan to your head." I quickly rub my head.
"Geez! Could've been more gentle?"
"No, you wouldn't have gone unconscious by that point." She snickered and i mimicked her sarcastically. Rose came back with a towel that seemed to be either hot, cold, or just wet. She came to my aid and gave me the towel.
"Nice to see that your back Karkat." I put the towel on the wound and just held it there. After about ten minutes, my head felt better. Unlike humans, our healing time takes way faster..unless you're dead or have a huge hole in you..

"Ok, so we have to find food and supplies, possibly survivors if any."
"What about the kids?"
"One will stay, I will go with one of you guys. Since..there's only five of us here."
"I'll go."
"Are you sure Jade?"
"Yes, Rose knows more knowledge about kids, she never had any, but she knows darn well how to take care of twenty kids without having a single strand of hair come out. I saw her babysit once."
"What's 'babysit?'"
"Where you watch wrigglers for you. For your reference."
"Oh, ok."
"Alright, which means that we will have to relocate. It will be too far of a journey to the city and back."
"Alright, I'll get our equipment and we'll head out as soon as possible."
Rose began to gather everything up and got the kids.
It only took us ten minutes to get everything and look through the house for anything else. Everyone but the kids had a book bag. Rose, Jade, and I had our own book bags from previous scavenger hunts.
We buried John a while ago, but payed our respects. We set a cross down on the grave and carved his name on it.
We said goodbye to the house and our journey begun right at 9 AM.
