Are mature stories allowed?

Yes, provided they adhere to the Wattpad's Content Guidelines. Please ensure your story is appropriately marked Mature before submitting the form. 

Is original fiction accepted?

Original fiction is just as important and therefore, acceptable as well. 

How will I know if my story has been accepted?

You'll notice your story has been featured in one of our reading lists and the ZombieHorde team will also contact your via a private message.

Do you accept sequels?

Unfortunately, no. We, however, accept the first story in the series. Please also note that spin-offs and sequels will be accepted if they are independent and not a continuation of the first story. 

Can I submit a story that is previously not accepted?

Yes, of course! Please ensure your story adheres to our reading list requirements. Take note of spelling and grammar. 

What if I submit my story to the wrong reading list?

If we feel the story is good enough to be featured in our reading lists, it will be added to the appropriate reading list.

How long will it take for my story to be reviewed for inclusion in the reading lists?

Due to the number of submissions we receive, we urge you to be patient as we go through them. 

Can I submit an ongoing story?

Ongoing stories are acceptable provided they are updated within a month from the last publishing date. If you intend to submit a long story, please ensure your story is at least 10 chapters or more. 

Can I send your my story via a link on the message board or through private message?

Stories sent over direct or private messages are considered as spam. Please use the form to submit your story. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
