Well, every group member is going to vote for who they want to be group leader!

Whoever has second highest votes will be replacement leader, in case the leader dies or leaves or smth weird.

Fang is group leader, and there was a tie between Talon and Gabrielle for replacement leader, so...I'll just randomize it.
