Ivy and Erica quickly got to work, wasting little time. "I think we need a blood sample from Max". Erica said. " Yeah you're right". Ivy replied. Ivy then grabbed a syringe and walking towards the chained up Max to try and extract his blood for her research. Max was roaring and shaking trying to break free as Ivy walked towards him but to no avail. "Easy Max, just relax, I'm not going to hurt you". Ivy said, sweet talking, as she approached him. Ivy then pierced the needle into his left hand and successfully extracted the blood sample. Ivy then turned to see Erica pointing a gun at her. "What? I'm not taking any chances, if it had made any move, I would have killed it". Erica said sarcastically. "Fair enough". Ivy replied with a wide grin on her face. Nice to finally see Ivy smile, isn't it? They finally proceeded with their tests.

"I've extracted the blood sample I need from Max". Ivy said to James, now in his apartment. " Good so what do you need?" James asked. "I've got the blood sample I need, but I can't tell how his antibodies work". Ivy inquired. "So what are you suggesting?" James asked again looking confused. "If we're going to succeed, I also need a blood sample from a living, breeding scoundrel to compare with Max's. So what I'm trying to say here is, I need you to open the fence to allow some scoundrels in, so I can extract it". Ivy further explained. "Ivy, you know Johnson is never going to allow us open that fence". James said while carrying his hands on his head. "I know it sounds crazy, but but this is our only Chance. Just talk to him. He's your brother". Ivy said trying to convince James. "I don't know..." . James said in disagreement. "Please?". Ivy said and hugging him in the process. "Okay fine I'll see what I can do". James finally gave in, and this made Ivy hug tighter. "Thank you". Ivy said in appreciation after letting go of the hug before walking away.

" Hey Johnson, can I have a quick word with you?". James asked. "If this is about Ivy, save it". The commander rudely replied. James just stood there with a shocking look on his face. "I've seen the way you look at her and trust me James, it's never going to happen. That bit.... " Just hold it there, Johnson ". James said interrupting the commander. " Are you talking back at me? Because of that selfish Lady? ". The angry commander retorted.
The infuriated James shoved the commander to the ground. "You know the saying, if you're not the solution, you're part of the problem". With this, the commander quickly got to his feet, irate. The two were in fight mode. And it was on.
