Pegasus heard about kaiba second defeat by Zoey Sakura and wonders if Yami, Zoey and they're friends would like to come to Duelist island and bring Zoey with them
So he did the same thing that brought yugi and his friends but a good one and to bring Zoey with them

~~~at Duelist island~~~
Yugi, Zoey and they're friends are at Duelist island and went to where Pegasus is "ahh yugi-boy and his friends and looks like your Zoey right?" Pegasus said and asked Zoey "yes that's me. Nice to meet you." Zoey answered "I'm Pegasus the creator of duel monsters." Pegasus said "I've always wanted to meet the creator!" Zoey said with joy "great to hear that. Your a good Duelist right?" Pegasus said "Yes sir!" Zoey answered.

~~~a few hours later~~~

"Zoe wait a second!" Pegasus yelled "yes sir?" Zoey asked "there's some cards I want to give you. Here" Pegasus gave Zoey dark spirit card and light spirit card with spells and traps for the spirit cards and told her there special abilities and zoey thanked Pegasus for the cards.
