We arrived at the park and sat down under a big tree. Q pulled out a pack of cards and started to shuffle them. "What should we play?" He asked looking at me. "I don't remember how to play any card games so you'll have to re-teach me. "Okay." Q smiles and set out the cards and began to teach me the game. Soon enough I remembered it and was playing like a professional. Q and I were having so much fun that we lost track of time and fell asleep. At around three in the morning Darry woke me up by picking me up and carrying me back home. "What about Q?" I ask, I don't want to leave my brother alone outside. "He's with Paul." I nod and lay my head on his shoulder until he places me in a bed and I fall asleep. The next day, I woke up to hear arguing. "She can't be runnin' away like that Dally" "She's 7 Dar and she's lookin' for her dad" They we're arguing about me. I rubbed my eyes and grabbed my teddy and went downstairs. Pony saw me first and opened his arms for a hug and I hugged him. Soda then went in the kitchen and told Darry and Dally to stop fighting. I yawned and rubbed my eyes again. "Still tired?" Pony asked, and I nodded in response. "What's for breakfast?" I asked "Soda's making pancakes but they are probably gonna be green or purple" "Can he make them pink" Pony laughed. "I'll go ask him" he said and stood up to go into the kitchen. "Mickey?" I asked turning to him because everyone else was in the kitchen or asleep. He didn't respond. "Mickey!" I yelled to get his attention. He jumped and turned to me and I giggled. "Hey kid how ya doing? Did ya sleep well?" I nodded and he turned back to watching Mickey Mouse. I would watch it with him but I don't like that show and my mom would never let me watch it at home because it gave her bad memories. I yawned and went into the kitchen to see if breakfast was ready and I was surprised with pink pancakes. My favorite!! I smiled and hugged Soda. "Thanks" "No problem kiddo" everybody sat down at the table and began to eat.
