73|| Another chapter, what else? (Part 1)

Hello!

It's been a while, and this book is updated in July- oh geez, it's been so long. I'm so sorry that I haven't updated anything for a while. I promise I am still here. I finished school so that's out of the way and also I have two exams left.

Also this may be broken into two parts. I also may edit earlier chapters, even if they seem really really..... bad. It may take some time to get back into the writing phase again for this but I reassure you, I have not forgotten about this book.

Also 93.3K READS?! ASDFGH but anyways onto the chapter!

•.:°×═⭐═×°:.•  (Bob misses you!)

It was a hot morning at Zodiac Street and Lily pulled the quilt away from her. She was bathed in sweat and her pajamas stuck onto her.

Irritated, Lily yanked the quilt covers off her and pushed it away before she sat up and slid out of the bed. She slipped on her bunny slippers before she walked over to her wardrobe to get some everyday clothing and a towel. She was about to open the doors until there was a knock on the door.

(Knock knock)

"Who is it?"

(Knock knock)

"I said who is it?"

"Hey Lily, it's me Sienna. And you know I am never gonna gi-"

"Okay okay, I think I know what you are going to say. Just don't continue that sentence."

Silence. Then Sienna called out, "Give you up?"

Lily facepalmed loudly. "I literally told you to not continue that sentence and what did you do? Continue that sentence."

"I didn't hear you that time, I'm sorry."

"It's alright," Lily laughed, "Don't let it repeat again."

Sienna chuckled from behind the door. "Okay. Am I allowed to come in?"

"Well, no. I am going to leave for the bathroom anyways." Lily answered, "Why? Why did you ask?"

"I was going to remind you for breakfast. You slept in." Sienna chirped. Lily chuckled.

"I'll be down there after getting ready, thank you for the reminder Sienna."

"You're welcome!" Sienna answered, "I'll be in the dining room with Alyssa. We're having hashbrowns so you wouldn't want to miss out!"

"I won't miss out." Lily assured, opening the wardrobe before she turned to the front door. "Promise."

She heard Sienna chuckle and then walk down the stairs leading to the foyer. Lily rolled her eyes, chuckling to herself before she twisted the wardrobe doorknobs, opening the doors wide.

•.:°×═⭐═×°:.• (Bob advises you to stay safe)

Lily walked down the stairs, scrolling through her phone. She had just got ready for the day in her light blue jumper, jeans and white socks- despite knowing she couldn't get out.

She walked into the dining room where Alyssa and Sienna were already seated at the table. A small plate of two hashbrowns were already set on the table at seat Lily was going to sit at.

Lily waved at her housemates, frowning when Alyssa didn't wave back. She noticed the girl had her eyes glued to her phone screen, biting her lip as she was in focus. Lily picked up one of the hashbrowns on her plate before she turned to Sienna.

"She's busy playing a game." Sienna explained. "A game Gilbert introduced her to."

"What's the game?" Lily asked before she heard Alyssa curse loudly before slamming her phone onto the desk. The Leo female turned to her housemate, concerned, "Alyssa? Anything up?"

"I'm fine, just sort of frustrated at Leo for pressing the emergency button FOR NO REASON." The ginger-haired girl 'tsk'ed, not looking away from the screen. "And he said he wanted to see what it does since he's new to the game but that felt so so.. so..."

"Infuriating?" Sienna finished for Alyssa. Alyssa glanced up from her phone and nodded.

"Yes, that's the word. Infuriating." she glanced down at her phone again, her ginger locks falling over her shoulder. She was a princess but a lot of the independent and wild side. She isn't a damsel in distress. "I'm gonna head back to the game."

"So you say." Lily smiled. She bit into her hashbrown and continued munching them. She loved how it tasted.

The nice taste of.... potatoes. Lily loved this. She felt like she is stuck in the fantasy of how good it tasted.

"I can't believe we couldn't do that much today." Sienna interrupted, all of a sudden.

"Mm-mm- mm-mph?" Lily asked, chewing her food. She then gulped it down and chuckled. "Sorry. What do you mean?"

"No one has any plans." Sienna explained. She finished off her hashbrowns before she stood up and picked up her plate, "We're all just bored with nothing to do. We're baby animals with no understanding of what to do. Clueless."

"No I wouldn't say that..." Lily then finished off her breakfast. "That doesn't fit how we feel."

Sienna nodded and walked over to the kitchen sink to wash the dirty dishes there. "You're right. But there's nothing fun we could do at the moment."

"I disagree. You can still have fun, even though it doesn't seem like it." Lily shook her head. Sienna turned towards her friend.

"Hm, you have a point." she sighed and focused on scrubbing the dishes, "What I mean is spending time as a group together."

"Hm." Lily examined the area from Alyssa playing on her phone to the window facing the road where all the other houses are. Lily clicked her fingers, "Maybe there is a way to do it."

"What?" Sienna raised an eyebrow at her friend before she chuckled and focused on the dishes again, "What do you mean?"

"You'll see." Lily pushed her plate in front of her and got up from her seat, grabbing her phone from her phone and immediately going on it. "Thanks for the breakfast!"

"Wait Lily-" Sienna started. As soon as she saw Lily leave the room, Sienna sighed, a warm smile on her face. "Alright, you're welcome."

Then Sienna continued doing the dishes.

Meanwhile Lily had heard Sienna's voice and smiled, walking up the stairs. She decided to text Gilbert, sending him a message.

(Gilberta, I have an idea for something to do. Want to help?)>

As soon as she sent the the message, Lily got a reply back from Gilbert himself. Actually make that two messages.

<(I just left a game to see this message, but it's worth it I guess, things are heated there. Sure ^^)

<(Also don't call me Gilberta)

As soon as Lily read the reply, she giggled then chuckled then wheezed. She knew she would never stop calling him Gilberta. The name was memorable in a way. If it disappeared, things won't feel the same anymore.

(You know I won't listen to that. I can call you Gilberta as much as I can)>

<(You wouldn't dare)

(Oh I would)>

(Watch me)>

<(I'm-)

(Just WATCH ME, MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA)>

(AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH)>

(AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA)>

<(I hate you)

(Aww. Why awre ywou so mwean Gilberta ToT)>

<(Why are you calling me that G-word)

(Why not.)>

(You wanna hear a story?)>

<(Sure)

(Once upon a time. Gilberta. The End)>

(Rate the story please. I spent so long on it 😔)>

<(GRRRRRRRRRRRRR)

<(-100/10)

(Nice to know that uwu)>

<(Did you just-)

<(where is sane Lily)

<(I'M SCARED. WHO ARE YOU AND WHAT HAPPENED TO SANE LILY???)

(Sane Lily is always here uwu)>

<(IM-)

<(OK OK AAAAA what's your idea)

<(Please dont call me Gilberta. I hate that name so much)

<(Anyways idea?)

(Right the idea! uwu)>

<(Say that again and I will go BYE and block you)

(Ok ok I'll stop)>

Lily smiled at her messages. She loved to teasing but she was also looking forward for the idea she had to explain for Gilbert. She tapped her nails on her phone, listening to the nice sound of the phone typing:

(I hope you're ready to hear this idea. Cause I feel like it is the best one yet)>

•.:°×═⭐═×°:.• (Bob is reading a book on the couch)

Skyler sweated as he pushed himself from the ground. Even though it was the morning, Skyler decied it is right time to do pushups in the backyard. He had an exercise routine planned from pushups, to lunges to situps to squats, Skyler was prepared. He had already exercised quite a bit this morning, even if it meant having his grey shirt in sweat.

Pete entered the background through the glass doors of House 4. He was dressed up in a black t-shirt, grey shorts and grey sneakers ready to do exercise. He walked over to spot next to Skyler and looked up, shielding his eyes from the bright sun in the sky. Skyler noticed Pete and paused doing his pushups.

"Morning Pete."

"Morning Skyler."

An awkward silence followed. Pete decided it is the right time to sit down on the grass- the dry grass the sun had managed to work on.

"Where's Colin?" Skyler asked turning to his housemate. He sat down on the ground and started doing situps.

Pete gestured his head to the house, "With the dogs." He then noticed Skyler focusing on situps, "Mind if I join you on exercising?"

Skyler paused. He then  nodded, his breaths easily heard. "Sure.... sure. But have some distance away from me. I'm sweaty."

"I can see that." Pete smiled. He then started to do situps, following Skyler. Soon Skyler had gotten up and did lunges and Pete followed him. Skyler stood still then did lunges, noticing Pete had followed him.

"Is it neccessary to copy me for this?" he wanted to know.

"But I wanted clear instruction. I don't know what exercises to do."

"Look, I-, Pete." Skyler pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed, "By joining in I mean do it at your own pace... but I guess I can let you pass... since you are dummy."

"Hey! I'm not a dummy!"

"Oh really? Are you saying you are intelligent?"

"Mayhaps." Pete countered back, "I can count. One, two, three, seven."

"..."

"Okay," Pete sighed, "Maybe I was joking around about the counting part, but I am smart."

Skyler laughed, "You actually scared me there when you counted. If you don't know how to count to five, I would be disappointed."

"You are always disappointed though.."

Skyler paused. He then nodded, "True, true."

The two continued doing their exercises from doing them quickly to trying to see who can hold up the pushup the longest (of course Pete lost that one). Finally the two decided to take a small break from exercise since they were both exhausted from the heat and the exercising.

Skyler sat down on the grass and crossed his legs, He patted a spot not that close to him but next to him for Pete to sit. Pete eventually sat down at the spot.

"Well, that's enough exercising for one day." Pete panted before he turned to Skyler, "Should we go inside to cool ourselves down?"

Skyler shook his head. He glanced at a tree nearby where a nest was carefully perched, with chicks chirping loudly. He noticed two of the chicks weren't chirping. "I want to stay outside. Fresh air."

Pete noticed the birds and nodded. He then got out his phone from his shorts pocket and tapped on it, "I guess I can text Colin to get us juice or water. I want juice, what do you want?"

"Water is fine for me." Skyler waved his hand. Pete nodded and texted Colin to get two glasses, one with juice- preferably apple- and one with water. He then tucked his phone away and smiled, admiring the outdoor scenery.

"You know this is beautiful."

"It is, isn't it? The outdoors are always beautiful, and we are unaware to see it. The big parts and the small."

"Mm..." Pete murmured. He then watched as a mother bird flew up to the nest. The chicks were chirping even louder- a call. A call for someone they trust. Pete smiled and shook his head, "So I am thinking about growing a beard."

"A beard?" Skyler asked, surprised. He then blinked, "Wow, I mean... I can't see you in a beard."

"Are you saying I shouldn't grow one?"

"No no!" Skyler quickly defended himself, "What I am saying is, I don't see you in one. But it's a good idea that I should of added."

"Tyler is doing the same thing. Just to try it out. Do you want to join us?"

"Do I have to?" Skyler asked.

"You don't have to. But me and Tyler are doing it to grow up in a way. I look like a baby."

"I'm gonna miss cooing at Baby Pete and pinching their chubby cheeks."

"Stop that."

"Ok ok I'll stop. But I may do the idea. A change of pace."

"I bet Vivian would scream."

"What do you have against her?"

"Nothing really, but I am betting. But it will be a change of pace."

"Skyler, Pete!" a voice called from behind. Both males turned to find Colin standing at the doorway holding two glasses, one with apple juice and the other with water. "I got your drinks!"

"Thanks Colin! Very much appreciated." Pete smiled, walking over and recieving his drink. Skyler walked over and recieved his water.

Colin however scrunched up his face, "Ewwwww, you both smell of sweat."

"We were exercising." Skyler pointed out, "What were you doing ostrich-lover."

"I was dog sitting." Colin frowned. Pete smiled sympathically.

"And that's fine. You should join us in exercising Colin."

"Maybe I should." Colin thought aloud. He then gestured his head inside the house, "But you two get inside. You need to cool yourselves. And get that smell away from me."

"Alright Colin." Skyler and Pete answered before the three walked inside to cool down from the sunny heat.

•.:°×═⭐💻═×°:.• (Bob is having an online call with Zoe and Jay)

She remembered it all. She remembered how she first moved into her house, seperated the pictures from a box and met everyone in Zodiac Street. She also remembered the past, but lately Carol kept thinking of the past. It haunts her like a memory.

Carol was standing near her window, looking over the view. She had been thinking, thinking a lot lately. She kept thinking about her past actions ever since she moved in.

She was aware that she felt gloomier than before. She wondered how her bright personality, like a free bubble flying in the air, turned into a sad state even since that incident with Joel.

Carol turned to House 4 and bit her lip. She frowned. Now she felt a bubble flowing down to the ground, ready to pop.

She turned her back from the window and tiptoed out of her room. walking down the stairs to the living room. When she got there, she sat on the new grey L-shaped couch they have brought and sat down crosslegged, huggking a pillow. She then sighed and buried her face in it. She wanted to feel alone. She wanted the sadness to go away.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" a female voice screamed. Carol instantly recognised it as Phoebe's and looked up, noticing Phoebe in pigtails running  and leaping over the couch, landing on it. She was dressed in a long white shirt, black shorts and white socks. The girl had erupted into giggles.

Sabrina ran into the room as well. She had her hair tied into a ponytail and she was wearing a black jumper with black leggings. She spotted Phoebe dancing around and sighed loudly.

"I win! I win the race!" Phoebe cheered loudly.

"So you did," Sabrina replied smugly. She then walked over to the couch, grabbed a cushion next to Carol and threw it at Phoebe. It landed straight on the face.

Phoebe's mouth dropped open. She grabbed the cushion and threw it at Sabrina but Sabrina had managed to block it with another cushion.

"Missed~" Sabrina taunted, "Throw that cushion more softly next time."

"Grrrrr," Phoebe got back the cushion and threw it at Sabrina. Both girls then continued throwing cushions at each other.

Carol groaned and hid in the cushion she was hugging. She didn't want to join them. She wanted to have some time alone.

Her thoughts were stopped when a pillow smacked her. Phoebe and Sabrina stopped what they were doing and turned to Carol, worried she would burst like a volcano.

She didn't. Instead she looked irritated.

"Sorry Carol.." Phoebe apologised. Carol muttered softly and nodded as she accepted her apology. But she knew Phoebe and Sabrina are worried about her.

They always have been. They would pay visits to her just to check in, and offer to help her in any way. But Carol found herself refusing.

"Carol!" Sabrina sang, sitting next to her friend, "Cheer up and join in the fun."

"I'm fine." Carol muttered.

"Are you sure?" Phoebe asked. sitting on the other side, "You're always gloomy."

Carol glared at her friend. She then sighed and faced the TV, "I am fine. I promise you. I am fine. Just thinking of some things."

"Okay, but don't let those thoughts get to you."

"Alright.." Carol mumbled. She then got up from the couch and walked upstairs to her room, allowing her friends to continuing throwing cushions.

By the time she got to her room, Carol flopped onto her bed and got out her phone. She lingered her finger over the messages app and listened to her housemates.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!" Phoebe screamed again from downstairs. Carol sighed, she needed to text someone.

Someone named Skyler.

She got into his messages and read past them. How happy she sounded in the past, but what happened to her now. She was bright as Christmas lights. Now someone had turned out the light.

She bit her lip and tapped her fingers on the screen, texting.

(Skyler? You here?)>

She waited a few minutes, before a response answered.

<(Of course. What's up?)

Carol sighed. It was her thoughts that pushed her into this. She took a deep breath and texted.

(We need to talk. There's something I got to tell you)>

•.:°×═⭐💻═×°:.•  (Bob is playing a video game)

At first he stared at his message from Carol. Then he reread it again and blinked in surprise, putting his phone down. He wasn't expecting that message at all, especially from her. He was worried about her ever since the holiday but Skyler knew he would always be there to pick her and others up if they are down.

He, was in the living room watching a show on the TV with Colin. Pete was also there, but he was on the floor playing with the dogs. Skyler glanced at his phone and sighed.

"What happened?" Colin asked, noticing his friend.

"Carol texted me," Skyler answered, "She texted me that she wanted a break from our relationship. Maybe a small one."

"So.... a breakup?" Colin asked.

"I guess you can say that. She mentioned thoughts of the past, which I have to agree. The past is something."

"But despite the past you can improve in the future." Pete pointed out. Skyler nodded.

"You're right. But I am worried about her. This isn't her. Something happened."

"Arlen is experiencing the same as well. I think it is something from the holiday." Colin thought aloud, "But they know the others including us are able to help them out."

"Mm." Skyler answered, facing the screen. He continued glancing at the screen until he heard a ding.

Pete got out his phone and examined it. He then smiled, "Hey Gilberta texted. He wanted everyone to go to the group server."

"Why?" Colin asked.

"Something for the group. Something for them." Pete answered before he glanced at the TV screen, "Something very fun."

•.:°×═⭐═×°:.•

I'm saying this now, but this isn't the end of Skyrol's relationship. It's a small break but I promise you it would work out.

Alright? Alright.
