So yeah, welcome back to another update. Sorry if it is super late than usual and sorry in advance if the chapter is bad. Of course, you know about the vacation but I also have writer's block (WHICH IS A PAIN) for this chapter and it honestly took me a long time to write this

Originally, it was going to be a Christmas chapter but I was late for that. Then it was going to be a New Years chapter but I was too late for that (then again, Chapter 3 is literally a New Years special for 2019). Also this chapter is literally the first chapter of 2020 which is exciting. 

Anyways, enough of me rambling. Enjoy the chapter!

Ever since Christmas Eve a lot had happened at Zodiac Street. This includes Christmas and New Years Day.

On Christmas Day, everyone got what they wished for Christmas (well except for Skyler... he got socks). The gifts ranged in different sizes, big and small, thin and thick. Nevertheless, everyone enjoyed their gifts, especially Sabrina and Vincent.

Sabrina and Vincent both got their own 12 seater van for Christmas, although the vans were in different colours. Vincent had got a white van while Sabrina had got a black van. Both the vans have the usual drivers seat and passengers seat at the front along with 3 rows behind the front row with 2 seats (one seat on the left side and one seat on the right seat for each row) and a long seat for four people at the back. Both vans also have a space to store things in. Vincent and Sabrina both agreed that the vans would come in handy for road trips as a huge group.

Anyways, the group celebrated Christmas in the day and at night everyone celebrated Cleo's birthday. The same goes for New Years, everyone watched the fireworks at the beach at midnight and celebrated Cameron's birthday in the evening.

There were also changes with the relationships among the group. For instance, almost everyone found out of Tybee being official and celebrated quietly about it. They also notice Lily hanging out with her housemates as well as Levin and Arlen having a lot of arguments. Mostly everyone agreed it was best for Levin and Arlen to keep a gap away from each other (even though it would be hard). Oh yeah, Vincent is still stubborn.

It is now a dull rainy Friday at Zodiac Street. (Lucky ;-;)

Cameron laid down on his bed petting his puppy. He still has not got a name for the little guy, and can not stop thanking Vincent for the present.

Anyways, Cameron was holding a tug toy for his puppy. He chuckled when he saw the puppy was trying to get the toy out of Cameron's grip. After a few more attempts the puppy gave up and barked.

Cameron stroked his pet's fur, "You're adorable aren't you little guy?'

The puppy barked back. Cameron chuckled and stroked the puppy's fur again. He then reached out towards his bedside table where a can of Sprite (almost done) was. The male grabbed the can and chugged down the remaining drink before placing it back on the bedside table.

He was about to play with the puppy again... that is.... until there were dings from his phone.

Cameron looked up at his phone and grabbed it and checked the notifications immediately. There on the screen were the words:

'25 messages from ZS Group Chat'

Cameron rolled his eyes and tapped on the notification immediately. He didn't regret it cause the usual happened as always in the group-chats. Except for the fact that almost everyone changed their usernames to what they were before.

AL: This is why you DON'T text that in a situation like this.

CamCamDancer: Mhm.

CamCamDancer: Ok, now you can kick me out.

After getting kicked out of the chat, Cameron got out of the messaging app and place his phone on the bed. He then got off the bed, carefully, and strode over to his closet to.... grab a blue shirt with white pants and black sneakers.

Cameron smiled at his simple style of clothes. He then heard a bark and looked down to find his puppy bouncing around. Cameron patted the puppy on the head.

"Sorry little guy, playtime is over. I have to go to a fancy restaurant with some friends." Cameron said, "But I'll promise I'll play with you when I get back, okay?"

The puppy barked back in response and rolled over. Cameron kneeled down and ruffled the puppy's fur.  He then got up, picked up the empty can and walked downstairs to the kitchen. 
The kitchen was empty, but Cameron assumed Vincent and Tyler were busy getting ready. The Capricorn male then sat on one of the stools and waited patiently for the other two.

The male smiled when he saw Vincent and Tyler walk into the kitchen, both dressed up in casual clothing. Cameron handed Vincent the can, "Yo Vinny, you want some?"

Vinny shook the can and frowned after finding out it was empty. He then turned to Cameron, "This b**** empty."

"YEET!" Tyler cheered, snatching the can and throwing it in the recycling tub in the kitchen. The can landed perfectly in the recycling tub making the three Earth signs wheeze.

"THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL." Cameron chuckled. The other two nodded.

"Yeah it was. We should wait for the others." Vincent nodded. "Then we can leave."

Fifteen minutes later, the rain stopped pouring but it is still cloudy outside. Everyone had got ready and are on the way to the restaurant. Most zodiacs wore casual clothing since they only cared about the food, but some zodiacs wore smart-casual clothing.

The zodiacs were also travelling to the restaurant by Sabrina and Vincent's vans. Houses 1, 3, 6 and 8 were in Sabrina's van with Sabrina taking the wheel. As for houses 2, 4, 5 and 7, they were riding in Vincent's van with Vincent driving. Everyone was bored on the drive but Tyler and Phoebe kept in contact with the ones in the other van, by Facetime on their phones.

Alyssa was bored. She was bored of this drive and bored of sitting down. The girl gazed out the window and watched as cars passed by.

"Are we there yet?" Alyssa asked.

"Uh.... ask Sabrina, we're following Sabrina's van," Vincent answered back.

"NOT YET!" Sabrina called out from Tyler's phone.

"Oh... okay..." Alyssa frowned, "Now?"

"How about you go admired the nice view outside?" Lizzy asked, her right eye twitching, "Time passes by when you admire stuff."

"It's rainy outside and all I see is cars," Alyssa groaned.

"Then why don't you keep in touch with your friends?" 

Alyssa nodded and got out her phone. There she noticed a notification on her lock screen.

'10 messages from Crazy Squad'

"What's going on in the group chat?" Alyssa asked Sienna, who was playing a cat game on her phone.

"Probably the others spamming the group chat with memes." Sienna shrugged, "You know them."

"Yeah," Alyssa then noticed Lily sitting next to Tyler, gazing out the window. The Aries female nudged her best friend next to her, "Hey, I was thinking.... we should invite Lily to the group chat as well, as a temporary member though. Like Sabrina."

"I think you should, but we need to talk over the other members about it."

Alyssa nodded, "You're right. Let's talk about it in the group chat. Hope the others will agree."

"I hope so too," Sienna replied. 

The two girls then hopped onto the group chat, and of course, the expected happened:

After a long drive, the zodiacs finally arrived at the restaurant. The restaurant was near a popular beachside with a magnificent view of the ocean. From what Phoebe told them the restaurant had a large deck looking with a view of the ocean, a stage for rehearsals, and even access to the beach nearby. There was also karaoke, which Vincent told the others not to do since no one is prepared for it.

The zodiacs booked their tables which were all on the deck. To some of the zodiacs relief, the deck had roofing to protect everyone from any possible rain. There were three large window panes which acted like walls and fairy lights were hung from one side of the deck to the other.

Everyone split up into their tables. The fire signs sat together at a table for six and so did the earth signs and the water signs. The air signs, however, have two tables; a table for four for Levin, Lizzy, Aika and Gilbert and a table for two for Arlen and Giselle After settling at their tables, the zodiacs were given cloth napkins and menus. They were also given time to order to food.

Arlen whistled to himself as he looked over the menu in front of him. He then turned to the fire sign table to find them still ordering their food.

Giselle was also looking over the menu in front of her while picking her foo choices. She then raised an eyebrow when she saw Arlen looking over at the fire signs table, "Arlen, why are you staring at the fire sign table?"

No response. Giselle sighed and reached over, tugging the male's sleeve, "It's about Lily isn't it?"

"How do you know?"

"Um... you have a crush on her and so does Levin. And that also explains why we didn't get a table for six."

"I gained a crush on her first," Arlen grumbled.

"I know that as well, but can't you guys talk it over?"

"Can we just... change the topic of this conversation?" Arlen asked.

"Fine," Giselle nodded back, "Isn't the view nice today?"

"Despite the clouds."

"Just ignore the clouds."

"Oh. Yeah the view is nice."

"Ahem," both zodiacs turned to find a waitress with shoulder-length crimson red hair and green eyes, "Your order?"

"Ah yes!" Giselle replied, "I would like to take the... I guess the salad special."

"Uh... I'll just take the lobster special," Arlen ordered.

"Okay.... any drinks?" the waitress asked, writing down the order on a notepad.

"Just water please," Giselle replied.

"Same here, water for me please." Arlen quickly added to the order.

"Alright," the waitress smiled before taking the menus off the two zodiacs, "Your food will come later but I hope you two enjoy your date."

"We're not on a date," Giselle pointed out, "He likes someone else."

"Oh, sorry." the waitress replied before turning to Arlen, "I hope you get the girl or guy."

"Well thank you I guess." Arlen nodded politely, watching as the waitress walked away. Giselle raised an eyebrow at the male.

"That was something."

"Yeah, it was."

The two then burst into laughter. Giselle then adjusted her ponytail, which Arlen is confused about, "Hey Giselle? I have a question"

"Ask away."

"Not to be rude or anything, but why do you always wear your hair in a ponytail. I mean, I haven't seen you with your hair out, not sure if you did but, how come your common hairstyle is a ponytail."

Giselle looked down sadly in response before looking up at Arlen, "Promise you won't tell anyone. But there's a reason why."

"Is it because you like ponytails?" Arlen laughed.

Giselle rolled her eyes and chuckled, "Maybe, but that's not it." The girl then frowned, "It's regarding my hairtie actually."

Arlen examined Giselle's hairtie and noticed a light pink hairtie that isn't a scrunchie yet it is thick, "You mean the pink one."

"No," Giselle replied shaking her head, "There's another hairtie underneath."

The girl took off the light pink hairtie and slid it on her wrist. Arlen noticed the girl's hair was tied up by a black hairtie.

"You mean that hairtie?"

"Yeah," Giselle nodded, "It was a present from my great aunt. Well, she gave me a pack of hairties in different colours for my twelfth birthday but I lost the others and this black one was the only one remaining."

"I loved my great aunt. She was the one who would give me a lot of advice and talks to me a lot." her voice then trailed off and Arlen could sense tears forming in the girl's eyes, "That's when something bad happened. I never got to.... talk to her again... or even.."

"Giselle..." Arlen rubbed the girl's arm in sympathy, "You can cry it out, but I understand."

"No, no it's fine," Giselle replied wiping her eyes, "So I always wear this hairtie. It's old but it's special and lucky to me."

"I understand, but not to be a bother but... I really want to see you with your hair out."

Giselle hesitated back in response. She then looked down before glancing up at Arlen, "Don't judge okay?"

"No judgments," Arlen replied. Giselle sighed and gently pulled the hairtie out allowing her hair to be free. She then slid the hairtie on her wrist. Arlen's mouth dropped open, "Wow."

"Is it bad?"

"No! Not at all," Arlen then smiled, "It suits you. Can you leave it out for the day?"

"I can try..." Giselle blushed profusely, "Anyways, let's talk about something else."

"Let's." Arlen nodded in agreement.

"Never have I ever drew on the wall as a toddler," Vivian announced.

Cameron, Cleo, Tahlia and Tyler put one of their fingers down. The earth signs were all playing 'Never Have I Ever' while waiting for their order. (A/N: For those who don't know the game it's where the players have ten fingers out and put down a finger if they did something one person never did. The winner has fingers still up.) 

So far, Tyler has 5 remaining, Tahlia had 7 remaining, Vincent and Vivian are tied at 6, Cameron has 4 and Cleo has 9. 

"And Cleo is still in the lead." Vincent laughed, "Alright my go. Never have I ever went overseas."

Only Vivian put down a finger, "Oh wow Vincent. You're only doing that to break the tie."

"What if I wasn't?" Vincent then poked his tongue out in response.

"If I were to be honest, this is a really nice restaurant." Tahlia interrupted, "We really need to thank House 8 for taking us here."

"Yeah, everyone is so well behaved," Tyler looked around before locking eyes with Phoebe and waving at her, "Even the crazy squad are behaving well."

"Don't jinx it." Cleo scolded, "We'll never know what they would do."

"Hehe," Cameron cackled. The other earth signs shuddered.

"Anyways, let's continue with our game," Vincent interrupted. He got interrupted by the waiters and waitresses walking over with their orders.

"No need to, our order is already here," Tahlia pointed out, "Let's just enjoy what we have now and continue the game later."

"Or we can say Cleo won, AGAIN."

"Or that." Tahlia laughed, watching as their orders were placed in front of them, "or that."

Soon the zodiacs have all got their meals and they are halfway finished. So far everyone was enjoying the experience.

Except for some people.

Lily jabbed her fork into her salad, getting certain bits. She then turned to find Alyssa scavenging through her spaghett(i) and meatballs. Lily raised an eyebrow at the girl.

"Alyssa, you looked so bored."

"That's because I am bored. I want to move around and have some fun."

"But restaurants ARE fun! Look! You can make faces with your food." Leo interrupted.

"Stop playing with your food Leo," Alex sighed in an annoyed tone. Leo huffed and continued having his meal.

Alyssa bit her lip. She then got out her phone and texted the group chat since it was the only thing she can do.

Alyssaaa: I'm so bored.

Gilberta: Same.

Colin: Same

Peterpan: Same

CamCamDancer: I'm not bored, I played 'Never Have I Ever' with the other earth signs

Gilberta: Wow I'm jealous -_-

Gilberta: Where's Sabrina, Leo, Lily and Sienna

Alyssaaa: Probably eating. 

Sienna: I'm eating and texting.

Colin: What are you having anyways?

Sienna: Burger with fries as a side.

Colin: ...

Sienna: ...

Peterpan: Ok, that makes sense.

Alyssaaa: There's nothing fun to do here. Besides karaoke but that's currently being used by a couple.

Gilberta: Uh, we're not allowed to do karaoke.

Alyssaaa: WHATEVER. If I were to be honest, I am up to some trouble.

CamCamDancer: Food fight?

Gilberta: Maybe.

Alyssaaa: I'm up for it.

LeoDaLion: Wait I actually got a better idea.

LeoDaLion: And yes it includes a food fight. 

LeoDaLion: And lots of chaos.

Lilypad: I don't like the sound of this.

Alyssaaa: I do, let's make some trouble.

"So how are we going to do this?" Sienna whispered to Leo. She noticed Alex had went off to check something inside the restaurant while Sam was busy checking his phone..

Leo bit his lip. He then snatched a fry from Sienna's plate before throwing it to the air sign table. The fry landed on Lizzy's shoulder making Leo grab the fries and dump them on Sam's plate.

Lizzy turned to the fire signs table and narrowed her eyes, "Who threw that?"

"It was Sam!" Leo, Alyssa and Sienna 'tattled'. Sam looked up and blinked.

"Wait... what. I swear it w-" he ended up having the fry thrown back, "OH IT'S ON!"

The crazy squad's idea of having a food fight worked. It extended to the earth signs then the water signs. Everyone was involved except Giselle, Alex, Vivian, Tahlia and Pete. People were either rooting or hiding from the flying bits of food. One woman stormed into the restaurant building to get away from what was happening. 

The chaos ended when the head chef stormed onto the deck with the woman who ran inside, "WHAT HAPPENED HERE? WHO DID THIS TO THE FOOD?"

"It was those pesky teenagers. They're throwing food everywhere, disrupting others." the woman with him huffed, "They need to be kicked out!"

"WHAT?!" the zodiacs gasped.

"Wait Mr Chef, please give us another chance. The scenario is probably a misunderstanding."

"I don't give second chances. I need you teens to pay for your food and LEAVE."

"YOU CAN'T KICK US OUT!" Vincent slammed his fist on the table. The chef noticed this and frowned.

"And for speaking back, you teens are not allowed back here."

"WAIT THAT AS WEL-"

"Let's just do what he says," Carol sighed turning to Vincent. Vincent nodded back before glaring at the chef.

In the end, the zodiacs paid for the food and left the restaurant without dessert. Vivian apologised over and over again about what happened, but the chef would not forgive her. ("That chef is a jerk" Alyssa pointed out, comforting her friend. Of course, Vivian didn't reply back.)

On the way to the vans, Lily stayed close with the crazy squad.

"You guys are such troublemakers," Lily whispered to the crazy squad.

"That's just who we are. That's what we do," Leo replied back with a wink. Lily chuckled quietly before she parted ways to get into Vincent's van.

"Of course you do."

The drive back to Zodiac Street was a quiet one. No one uttered a word about what happened back at the restaurant and everyone remained silent through the drive.

Wait, that was a lie. Some zodiacs (mainly Aika, Leo, Gilbert, Alyssa, Sienna, Phoebe, Levin and Tyler) were talking either through calls or in person. Everyone else was admiring the scenery. And oh yeah, everyone had smudges of food on them, but they all managed to clean some off.

Aika was busy face-timing Leo. The two were talking about a lot of topics such as new releases of songs, TV shows and even how their houses are going. They also talked about the restaurant scenario which the two enjoyed talking about.

"If I were to be honest, that was fun," Aika admitted, "Even though we got kicked out."

"Yeah. That restaurant was really boring. We never got a chance at karaoke."

"We were not any way prepared for karaoke, what do you mean?"

"Oh right, but that restaurant was boring."

"Yeah, until Sam started the food fight."

"That wasn't Sam who started it," Leo laughed. The male then pointed to himself, "That was me." 

Aika's mouth dropped open to an 'o'. The girl then chuckled, "That was you?!"

"WAIT LEO, YOU WERE THE ONE WHO STARTED IT?" Lizzy yelled, since she was next to Aika.

"SEE, I TOLD YOU GUYS IT WASN'T ME!" Sam called out from the call.

"Ok Sam we believe you," Leo replied.

"I TOLD YOU SO."

"OK SAM WE GET IT." Leo then turned to Aika, "You aren't mad aren't you."

"No, I don't know about the others, but pretty sure they aren't mad." the girl replied.

"I'm kinda mad but not too much," Vincent admitted. The other zodiacs agreed with him.

"I mean, I can't believe we got kicked out but from the looks of things, we won't be going to a fancy restaurant as a group anytime soon." Carol giggled.

The zodiacs chatted with each other until they got to Zodiac Street. But as the vans steered into Zodiac Street, everyone noticed something od about it.

Well, mainly the mailboxes.

There, peeking out of the mailboxes were blue envelopes with a beach-themed sticker (I accidentally wrote 'stick stick') on the corner. Everyone hopped out of the vans and exchanged glances, confused about the envelopes.

That's when Tahlia walked up to House 6's letterbox and got the letter out, examining it immediately. Everyone else made their way to the female to see what the letter is about. Tahlia gasped when she saw who the envelope was from.

"Guys, the MAYOR sent us this letter. I fact all the blue enveloped letters here."

"Reginald sent the letters?' Vincent asked.

"Who's Reginald?' Sabrina questioned.

"The mayor of this town. But this doesn't make sense. Why on earth would an entitled person like THE MAYOR, send an envelope, actually no- ENVELOPES to us when all we do is crazy adventures with crazy people and chaos?" Levin asked.

"Oh my god, ARE WE GETTING KICKED OUT OF HERE?" Phoebe panicked.

"Um... I am pretty sure, the mayor who sent us blue envelopes with beach themed stickers would kick us out." Lizzy rolled her eyes.

"But we'll never know what could be inside. It could be all friendly and nice outside but the inside could be mean and nasty." Cameron pointed out, popping out of nowhere.

"I am pretty sure the mayor won't be sending anything mean EITHER."

"Tahlia, can you read out the letter for us?" Cleo asked her housemate, "Please?"

Tahlia nodded and opened the envelope, revealing a letter written on white lined paper. The girl got out the letter and read it aloud for the others:

Dear zodiacs,

Before I write any further (or for you guys, READ any further) I just want to say you are not in trouble. You're not getting kicked out of Zodiac Street or the town, so you can breathe a huge sigh of relief if you are thinking that.

(Everyone breathed out a sigh of relief)

Although, that's not what this letter is about. As hinted by the stickers, you may of noticed it is beach themed, and this letter is regarding that. Me, my daughter and her friends are going on a vacation to this tropical paradise island I forgot the name of but I know it's very popular and has a great fireworks show.

After talking with my daughter, we have both come to the conclusion that you amazing teens are going to join us on this special ocassion. It's going to last a week and it starts next week. We hope you would like to come, cause if you are please notify me immediately.

"Ok now I am really confused, why would the mayor invite us to spend vacation time with him?" Tyler asked after Tahlia read aloud the letter.

"And Lila. She's the daughter." Giselle added, "Part of me wants to not go, but it could be fun."

"Yeah, it could be fun, even if Lila is there. I'm certainly going." Phoebe chimed in. Everyone else agreed with her.

"But how are we going to travel there? I've heard that island which the mayor is talking about has a long drive." Levin asked.

"We drive there, in the vans. We can book some motel rooms for the halfway drive." Vincent answered.

"OOH! OOH! CAN WE RENT A BEACH-MANSION PRETTY PLEASE???" Sienna begged.

"I don't know if there are beach mansions but we'll see." Vivian did air quotes on the words 'beach mansions', "Anyways we still have time to plan this all out. It's next week and we have two days."

"That's not enough though, let's plan.... after we clean up about from what happened earlier." Giselle chuckled.

"Yeah, that's probably the wise option. We should clean the vans as well and buy new things, but I have a feeling this oppotunity would be fun!"

"Alright! Planning here we come!" Phoebe cheered as she and the others seperated to go into their own houses.
