In the last chapter the zodiacs selected names for Secret Santa, so here are the assigned people they are giving their presents to (left side is the present giver while the right side is the present receiver)

Also, I planned some chapters, but it may take a while since my family and I may go on holiday for 5 days and 4 nights.

Days past and the weather got cooler. During that time the zodiacs had finished school and are currently on their break. They have also managed to buy presents for Secret Santa (except for Phoebe who still needs to find one).

It is another ordinary cold day in Zodiac Street. Sam and Cleo were both in Sam's room looking over their devices.

Cleo is scrolling through her phone while she was lying down on her stomach. As for Sam, he was typing away on his laptop. He then paused and turned to Cleo.

"Ok Cleo, what would  three explorers do if they encounter a majestic looking area?" Sam asked the female.

"Huh?" Cleo asked turning to the male. Sam sighed.

"That didn't make any sense, didn't it. Ok, if you are one of the three explorers in my story and you encounter this utopian and majestic like area, what would you do?"

"Hm... explore?" Cleo then laughed, "I'm serious. There would be amazing wildlife there and we got to respect their homes."

"Fair point," Sam replied, "Sort of reminded me of Zodiac Street."

"Hm? What do you mean?"

"Have you seen the crazy squad lately?"

"Oh."

"Oh indeed."

"Anyways I have a question for you," Cleo caught Sam's attention, "Would you rather encounter 100 mouse-sized elephants or one elephant-sized mouse?"

"What sort of question is that Cleo?" Sam laughed.

"A question! But I am desperate for your answer."

"If you put it that way, I'd say..... one elephant-sized mouse," Sam replied with a laugh.

Cleo chuckled, "I see. But imagine mouse size elephants! That would be cute!"

"But a hundred of them? One's enough."

The two burst into laughter again. An awkward silence followed but the two didn't mind. Sam continued writing on his laptop while Cleo continued scrolling through her phone.

The two were interrupted by a knock on the closed door. Both Cleo and Sam turned to the door.

"Who is it?" Sam called out.

"It's a me, the one and only fabulo-"

"Ok Leo, you can  come in."

The door opened and Leo peeked inside the room, "How did you know it was me?"

"Your voice says otherwise."

"..... oh."

"Hey Leo, is there something you need to tell us?" Cleo greeted with a wave.

"Yes. Alex told me to ask you two if you want to go ice-skating. Carol and Skyler had arranged the ice-skating thing and Alex is on the phone with Carol right now."

"Well I'm going," Cleo nodded, getting off the bed.

"Same," Sam agreed, "Anyone else coming with us?"

"Everyone in zodiac street is coming, just you two need to come and you agreed to come," Leo replied. The male then turned away from the two and yelled, "ALEX! CLEO AND SAM ARE ALSO COMING!"

"Cool." came Alex's voice from downstairs. Cleo and Sam laughed.

"So when are we leaving?" Cleo asked Leo.

"I think half-an-hour. But you two should get ready and so will I."

"Right, thanks for that Leo," Cleo nodded. She then turned to Sam and pecked him on the cheek, "I'll see you at the rink."

The female then left the bedroom. Sam slowly touched the cheek where Cleo gave a peck on and smiled giddily. The male did not notice Leo smirking. All was silent until the two boys heard the front door close.

"So why was Cleo in your bedroom?" Leo question as he wriggled his eyebrows.

"What?" Sam asked, snapping back to reality.

"I said why was Cleo in your bedroom. What did you guys do?"

Sam's eyes widened after Leo's statement. He then turned to his laptop making sure to save his work, "All we did was going on our electronic devices. Cleo was scrolling through her phone while I was typing up a story."

"Are you sure~?" Leo teased in a sing-song voice. Sam facepalmed.

"Dude. Me and Cleo got together in August. It's been like what? Four or five months? Calm down."

"And?" Leo smirked.

"And you need to get out."

"Wow. Rude." Leo frowned, stepping away from the door into the hallway.

Sam closed his laptop and got off the bed. The Sagittarius male then pushed the door to close it, "I need to get changed. Bye! And thanks for the announcement!"

SLAM!

Sam sighed as he turned his back towards the door. He rolled his eyes when he heard Leo's voice outside.

"Okay! I should get ready too!"

"Good to know Leo."

After his nice quick conversation with Leo, Sam walked over to his closet opening it to find a perfect outfit for ice-skating. He ended up picking a brown parka jacket with black coloured pants and a white top. The male also got out black gloves and brown coloured winter boots. Sam smiled at the selection he picked.

"Perfect."

The zodiacs are at the ice-skating rink. An indoor ice-skating rink that is.

The group of 24 watched as random people, young and old, skated around the rink either alone or with others. Christmas music played in the background as people skated around. The group have already rented their ice-skates to be used for their time at the rink.

The zodiacs have already put on their ice-skates and are currently on the rink..... well, except for Sam, Cameron and Vincent. He decided to join them later and instead sit on the seats writing on his notepad (which he brought along with his backpack). As for the other two, they were nowhere to be found.

Anyways, the water signs were gliding around the rink gracefully. The air signs were average with ice-skating but managed to have a few trips (except Giselle who tripped a lot).

As for the fire and earth signs, they were on a whole different level. The earth signs didn't skate much and stood near the edge, their legs shaking. As for the fire signs, well.... they were having a lot of falls  (Alyssa, however, did it purposely). They were falling over so much, the air signs had to swoop in to help them and Colin and Pete.

Giselle yelped as she fell over on the ice for the 123456th time. The Gemini female sighed and then sat up, annoyed. At the same time, Arlen skated over to the girl.

"You okay Giselle?"

"No!" Giselle cried out, "Ice-skating is so hard. How on earth did you skate so perfectly???"

"For starters, I did not skate perfectly. That's Colin, Skyler, Pete, Carol, Sabrina and Phoebe. I mean LOOK at them." Arlen pointed out in a matter-of-fact tone, "Also, you're not the only one struggling. Look at the fire signs!"

Giselle turned to find Alex and Lily skating a little bit better than before with Lizzy and Levin's help, "Alex and Lily are doing better than me. And Sam is just writing in his notebook."

"Not that." Arlen shook his head. He then pointed to Alyssa, Leo and Sienna sliding across the ice in a sitting down position, "Them."

"They're not even doing it the right way! Plus, Alyssa only tripping over for FUN."

Arlen noticed Gilbert, Colin, Pete and Sabrina skating over to the three fire signs sliding around. Gilbert, Pete and Colin helped Leo up with skating while Sabrina was teaching Sienna to balance. As for Alyssa, she got up by herself and skated around perfectly. "Now they are."

"Either way. The others are helping them."

"And? Tyler, Tahlia, Vivian and Cleo aren't skating that much. They are near the rink edge."

"Fair point," Giselle bit her lip. "But where's Cameron and Vincent?"

"Who knows?" Arlen shrugged. He noticed Levin skating over to Lily and helped her glide across the ice, "How about this, I can help you skate on the ice."

"R E A L L Y?" Giselle then coughed, "You don't have to do that.."

"Well I want to," the blue-haired male then held out his gloved hand, "Take my hand."

Giselle hesitantly held Arlen's hand. She then yelped when Arlen skated around the rink, holding her hand.

"ARLEN! SLOW DOWN!"

"At least you're gliding."

Giselle looked down at the skates she is wearing and smiled to herself. She then made her feet do gliding moves as she and Arlen guided around the ice, "This is fun!"

"Oh yeah? Here's more fun."

"More fun? What do you mean by th- WHOA!" Giselle found herself being spun around by Arlen's hand. The girl then giggled, "Ok, now I get what you mean by 'more fun'."

Arlen chuckled as he spun Giselle around, holding her hand as he did so. He did not feel her hand anymore after he spotted a glimpse of Levin and Lily talking to each other. Arlen watched the two wistfully, as the two skated around.

"ARLEN!"

Arlen turned to find Giselle on the floor, sitting up and glaring at the male. Luckily, to his relief, she wasn't hurt. The male helped the female up from the ice. "Sorry about that, got distracted."

"Distracted? By wh-" the female then noticed Arlen looking over at Lily and Levin talking. She then frowned before patting Arlen on the back sympathetically. "That"

"Yeah, I like her but let's get back to sk-"

"Are you kidding me? You need to speak up if you like her. You can't get anyone if you don't speak up!"

"It's fine Giselle, let's GET back to skating."

Giselle huffed, "If you say so."

Tyler, Tahlia, Vivian and Cleo are balancing on the ice, holding onto the rink edge.

The four earth signs were watching everyone else skate around while balancing on the ice beneath them. Their hands gripped on the edge behind them and the four were trying their hardest to not fall.

Vivian ended up falling backwards anyways, "THIS IS SO HARD!"

"Tell me about it," Cleo muttered, "I don't get how the water signs find this super easy."

"Ice is frozen water," Tyler pointed out.

"Firstly, we know. Secondly, how does that link to this context Tyler?" Vivian turned to the Taurus male. Tyler bit his lip in response.

Cleo turned to Sam, who was sitting on the seats behind them, "Aren't you skating?"

"Later, I have to write this part." was the male's response.

"What part."

"Well, the ending. The three explorers arrived home and the leader needs something to cherish it."

"The leader needs to cherish his adventure if he has his two friends by his side to prove it."

Sam smiled at Cleo's suggestion, "You know? I may as well write that in."

Cleo smiled at the male. The girl then noticed Vincent, who had just entered the rink with his ice skates. To her surprise, the male was skating well, "Vincent! Where's Cameron."

"He's..." Vincent sighed hesitantly, "Coming but in a unique way."

"Huh? What do you mean?" the girl then noticed familiar music playing on the speakers.

"CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY 'MY HEART WILL GO ON' IS PLAYING ON THE SPEAKERS?" Vivian asked, looking around.

A recorder sound played from the speakers. Vivian groaned, "The recorder version as well?"

"Vincent!" a male's voice called out from behind him. Everyone turned to find Cameron skating towards them, "Vincent!"

The male then held out his hands, and Vincent skated behind him, wrapping his arms around the other male's waist. Everyone applauded when they saw the two do their unique entrance.

"This is embarrassing..." Tyler covered his face with his hand.

The others disagreed with him. To them, Vincent and Cameron's entrance was something they would talk about for a long time.

After the two had done their fabulous entrance, everyone cheered loudly and resumed what they were doing. Cameron bowed and blew air kisses to his audience before dragging Vincent around on the ice.

Aika, Sienna, Sabrina and Phoebe skated over to the Earth signs still balancing. Sienna skated forward to them and stopped, "Hey guys! Look! I am improving my skating skills!"

"That's impressive." Tyler smiled, "Wish the same thing can happen to me."

"Well, your wish just came true," Phoebe chuckled, before dragging Tyler's hand and dragging him away. "I can help you with that!"

"You don't really have to..." Tyler muttered, skating away with Phoebe holding his hand.

"Oh no, I insist."

The others chuckled as they watched Tybee skate away. Vivian sighed loudly.

"Soon Tyler would skate better than me. I mean look at the others, they are better than us."

"And so will you," Cleo mumbled, "And believe us. You can't get perfection on the first go. You have to try to perfect something."

"You know, that's the best word of advice from Cleo," Sienna smiled, "But they say practice makes perfect."

"That's why I do well in my hobbies." Cleo smiled as she had achieved something... which she did.

"You're right. But I may need help." Vivian nodded. Sienna stroked her own chin and then clicked her fingers.

"I know who can help you!"

"Who? Who?"

"You may know this person," Sienna then cleared her throat and sang out, "ALYSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!"

"YES?" a female's voice shouted back. Vivian blanched when she noticed Alyssa, Gilbert, Leo, Colin and Pete skating over.

"Them? Sienna are you nuts???" Vivian hissed to the Sagittarius female.

"Nuts? She's not nuts. She's a human." Gilbert replied, a smirk shown on his face.

"NO! I DON'T MEAN TH- whatever." Vivian then turned to the others, "Please don't tell me you are joking."

"I am not joking," Sienna replied solemnly, "In fact, you are left in good hands. Colin and Pete are amazing skaters. Gilbert's good as well and Alyssa has done hockey. And besides, look what Leo is doing now."

"Wheee!" Leo smiled as he spun around and around and around and around and around.

Vivian sighed and skated over to the Crazy squad, "Don't do anything stupid."

"Do you think we would listen?" Alyssa laughed as she dragged Vivian across the ice. Gilbert, Pete and Colin followed behind the two girls.

Leo, however, skated over to the group near the edge. He then performed a pirouette, a fabulous one that is.

"Fabulous, I am jealous already," Cleo muttered. A crying little boy skated up to the group.

"H-H-Have you seen my big sissy?" the young boy stuttered, tears cascading down his pure cheeks.

Tahlia shook her head, "Sorry, we have seen your 'big sissy'. Would you want us to help you find her?"

"Y-Y-Yes please..."

"Right, I'm going to help this polite young child his big sister, but the thing is I don't know if I could skate properly to find her," Tahlia announced.

"I'll help as well, and also make sure Tahlia doesn't land on her face." Aika added.

"Hey!" Tahlia gasped, "I feel so offended. So offended yet I am about to laugh cause it's true."

"Please don't fall on your face," Sam said, turning to the Taurus female. Before skating away with Aika and the little boy, Tahlia turned to her concerned friend.

"I'll try my hardest not to."

"Thank you, I guess?" Cleo waved goodbye to Tahlia.

"While she's at it, I might as well skate around here for a while. When do we leave?" Sam replied.

"Not sure, but how about we skate around to pass the time?" Sienna offered.

"But I don't how to ska-" Cleo then yelped to find Sabrina dragging her left arm and Sienna dragging her right arm. The girl also noticed her ice skates gliding across the ice while Sam skated beside the girls.

"Allow us to help you with that." Sabrina chuckled.

"Thanks," Cleo chuckled and rolled her eyes. She then skated across the ice with her three friends by her side.

Time passed and the zodiacs finished skating for the day. Most of the group stayed inside their houses resting their legs from skating around too much. However, some zodiacs went off to different places (like the Crazy Squad heading out to an arcade.

Phoebe was among some heading out. She along with Lily and Levin decided to go for a trip to the mall for Secret Santa shopping.

Wait.... take that back, Phoebe is going Secret Santa shopping. Lily and Levin were joining her on her trip because the girl did not want to be lonely.

The three were walking down one of the corridors of the mall. Levin and Lily were chatting to each other while Phoebe was admiring the window displays of each store. The girl then clasped her hands and looked around.

"There's so much to see here, but not what I'm looking for for a Secret Santa present."

"Just let us know if you found a present, we haven't got enough time." Lily pointed out.

"Yeah, Christmas Eve is almost here, so you need to hurry."

"Yeah. But it needs to be perfect. Perfect for a kind and caring person named-"

"DON'T SAY IT!" Levin interrupted, "It's called Secret Santa for a reason."

"Oh right. I forgot about that." Phoebe mumbled.

The girl looked around and noticed an amazing item in one of the window displays of a shop. In fact, it was the perfect gift for Secret Santa.

"You guys stay here, I think I found the perfect item"

Lily and Levin nodded back and watched Phoebe run off into a store. Levin then turned to Lily, "So how did you find today?"

"Honestly, today's been really fun... besides the fact I kept on tripping over," Lily replied,  "How about you?"

"Today was fun. That includes helping you balance on the ice."

The two burst into laughter. They were interrupted by Phoebe who just came out of the store holding a white biodegradable bag with something inside.

"Ok, brought the present, lets head back to Zodiac Street." the girl smiled, hugging the bag.

"Good idea," the other agreed as the three signs walked off to head home.
