Tyler is late for school... yes you heard the author, LATE. He had just arrived at the school building after sleeping in and missing the bus. The boy ended up getting ready quickly, having a small breakfast and catching a public bus to get to the school building.

Now Tyler is running through the school hallways, his black backpack on his back. He was confused why the hallways were empty. Tyler checked in most of the classrooms and noticed they were empty as well.

'That's odd...' Tyler thought to himself, 'The classrooms are never empty on a school dayy. Is today.... a field trip or a holiday?'

He then shook his head.

'No... it can't be a whole school field trip....' Tyler thought again, 'Or even a holiday. If it is, the others would have told me.'

His thoughts were interrupted by a ding from his phone. Tyler got his phone out and noticed a message from Vincent. Tyler clicked on the message and read what Vincent sent. He then replied back.

VinnyBoi: Dude, where are you?

At school. No one is in the classrooms. :Tyger

VinnyBoi: That's because the entire school is in the auditorium for an announcement. They say it is very important.

Ok, on the way. Thanks Vinny. :Tyger

He turned off his phone, places it on silent and tucks it in his pocket. Tyler then breathed a sigh of relief and stared into space.

"Wait... where's the autditorium again?"

(Meanwhile)

"HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Alyssa cheered into the microphone, "GUESS WHO IS SPEAKING TO YOU ALL RIGHT NOW????? THAT'S RIGHT, YOUR FAVOURITE GIRL: ALYSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

The girl was standing on the stage near the podium. The two storey high auditorium was packed with students from freshmen, sophormores, juniors and seniors. The fours groups were seated at each of the four sections (three sections of seats at the bottom, and one section at the top row). The freshmen were at seated at the section of the left at the bottom row, the sophormores were seated at the middle section and the juniors were seated at the right section of the bottom floor. The seniors however were seatedatthe seats of the top floor.
As for the teachers, there were two rows of each bottom section left for them.

Anyways, the whole auditorium broke into an applause. The only people not applauding were the zodiacs (minus Sienna, Gilbert and Leo) and the teachers.

Alex, Tahlia, Gilbert, Giselle, Colin, Carol, Leo, Lily, Vincent, Levin, Lizzy, Skyler, Sabrina, Sienna, Arlen, Aika, Pete and Phoebe were seated at the first row of the senior section. Cleo and Sam were seated with the juniors while Vivian and Cameron were hiding behind the curtain of the stage. Tyler has not arrived at the auditorium yet.

"Someone tell me why Alyssa is making an announcement." Lizzy sighed.

"She volunteered to make an announcement, but I am concerned what it is..." Pete replied, biting his lip.

"Me too, but at least almost the entire school enjoys it." Phoebe pointed out.

"OK!!!!!! EVERYONE! YES IT'S ME. WHAT'S MY NAME?" Alyssa cheered from the stage.

"ALYSSA!" the students chanted back.

"What was that?"

"ALYSSA!"

"I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"

"ALYSSAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!"

Alyssa smiled and did fist pump in the air. The students began chanting.

"ALYSSA! ALYSSA! ALYSSA! ALYSSA!"

"THANK YOU! THANK YOU ALL! NOW WHAT IS THAT CHANT I'VE TAUGHT YOU?"

"NO HOMEWORK! NO HOMEWORK! NO HOMEWORK!"

"Why am I not surprised?" Giselle sighed, "Why am I not surprised the entire school will be chanting 'No Homework'?"

The chanting stopped when Vivian and Cameron walked on tage along with the female school captain and the male voice captain. Vivian glared at Alyssa, making the ginger haired female step back from the podium. The Virgo female then stepped up to the podium.

"Thank you Alyssa for that....announcement." Vivian smiled through gritted teeth. She then did a real smile, "Now, students and teachers of Astro High School, please give it up to the principal of this school. Principal Ursa!"

The entire school applauded as Vivian stepped back from the podium. The applauding got louder when a female with chin length black hair and emerald green eyes weaing a white pencil skirt with a white blazer with a black top underneath. She also wore white heels and pearl dangly earrings.
This is Principal Ursa.

The principal tapped the microphone making the applauding stop. The principal took a deep breath and smiled.

"Thank you Vivian, and thank you to you as well Alyssa for making the school feel its spirit."

Alyssa puffed her chest in pride, but she ended up getting nudged by Vivian.

"Dear students of Astro High, from the young freshmen to the experienced seniors, you are all probabl wondering why we are all gathered here today instead of beig in your classes. You are probably all wondering what this important announcement I am going to tell you about. Don't worry, it is not bad."

The students all breathed a sigh of relief. The principal smiled at each of them again.

"Instead, this announcement is good news. The announcement i-"

The principal got interrupted by the doors getting open by a BANG. The freshmen, sophormores and juniors turned to whoever was at the door. The seniors were starting to silently panic.

"SORRY I'M LATE!" came a voice that sounds like Tyler's. The seniors all breathed a sigh of relief while the younger years (but Cleo and Sam) giggled.

"Great to see you again Mr Anderson. Late as expected." the principal smiled, "Go take a seat with the seniors. You haven't missed anything yet."

Tyler nodded and ran up the stairs to the senior section. After getting to the section, he sat down next to Vincent.

"Slept in again..." Tyler sighed to himself.

"As expected." Vincent whispered.

"Did I miss anything?"

"No... just Alyssa and her fan club chanting 'No Homework'."

"I would join in the chant, not gonna lie."

"Now... as I was just saying," the principal announced, "The announcement isn't bad news. In fact it is traditional news of Astro High. The Sky-high games against Inlustris High!"

(Yes I may of made a reference :))

This of course made the students chatter among each other excitedly. The zodiacs have never heard of the Sky-high games before, so this made them curious.

"Every four years, Astro High and their partner school Inlustris High would host the games including basketball, baseball, swimming, track and football. It would held at one of the schools. Last time, the games were held at Inlustris and selected students of our school will have to go there while the remaining would watch the games from their devices and the school TVs." the principal explained, "This year, it is OUR turn to host the games."

The students chattered among each other excitedly, hardly believing the good news.

"I didn't know Astro had a partner school." Carol whispered to her friends.

"We didn't either, but it's already exciting to hear that some representatives of Inlustris are coming here to Astro."

"Inlustris High has always won the games, now I reckon we can win this one. With determinaion of who we are as a school. We can finally win the games." the principal smiled. She turned to Alyssa, "Ms Brookbanks, would you do the honors?"

Alyssa nodded and ran to the podium, "ASTRO HIGH SCHOOL, ARE YOU READY TO WIN THE GAMES??????"

"YEAH!" the school replied.

"I CAN'T HEAR YOU!"

"YEEAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Then everone stood up and starting cheering loudly. Vivian and Cameron smiled at their Aries female friend, then they clapped their hands silencing the entire school.

"Thank you." the principal smiled, "Also another bunch of news. After the day of the Sky-high Games, the school would be hosting two school dances: Starlight and Starbright. The Starlight dance is only from freshmen to sophormores, while the Starbright dance is from juniors to seniors. The Starlight dance will be held on a Wednesday while the Starbright dance is held on a Thursday. Both of them will be held at night in the gymnasium."

Most of the students chattered among each other. Sabrina, Carol and Phoebe were confused. The senior zodiacs noticed.

"The dance always happens every single year. It's a school tradition." Tahlia explained to the three water sign girls.

"There are no rules on asking people out for the dnces. Boys can ask girls, girls can ask boys. Girls can ask girls and boy can ask boys. Or many more." the principal smiled, making sure to include the last statement for Alex and Lizzy, "And ladies, yes, it gives the female teachers a chance to feel young and have their hair out."

Most of the girls chattered among each other. Cameron clapped his hands again, making the school feel silent.

"More infomation would be given out about the dances and the games. Until then you should all head back to your classes. Have a fantastic day students."

The auditorium broke into chatter again. Alyssa walked up to the podium.

"LET'S GO ASTRO HIGH! GO BEARS!"

The students cheered again, and for once, Vivian was glad Alyssa mentioned that.

"I can't wait for the dance to happen..." Phoebe sighed happily, "All the ships, and the couples and more ships and more couples and slow dancing."

"But you would miss out, cause you are single." Lily pointed out.

The two girls along with the other zodiacs were sitting at their lunch table having a chat. They, like the other students were clearly excited over the announcement.

"But there's ships to sail."

"I don't think we should talk about dances right now." Sabrina pointed out, "Mainly cause they still haven't thought of what date to put it on, and not all of us have dates."

"I have a date. In fact it was a nice relationship." Cameron smiled. He then got out a novel, "My book."

Everyone but Vivian applauded for Cameron and the book which is Cameron's..... date. Cameron simply hugged his book, while Vivian rolled hereyes.

"How can you dance with a book Cameron-  explain." Vivian muttered.

"I just twirl around with it." Cameron replied.

"But you don't kiss the book." Levin joked.

"Huh?"

"School dances are romantic. Romance means couples and there are couples there." Arlen pointed out.

"Couples kiss." Gilbert smirked, being logical (-Gilbert,2019).

"Well that is going to be awkward for Alyssa, Tyler, Gilbert, Giselle, Colin,Lily, Vincent, Levin, me, Sam, Sienna, Cameron, Cleo, Arlen, Pete and Phoebe." Sabrina listed. She coughed after saying the names, "Gosh why are we such a big group?"

"Sorry friends but I will be leaving the Singles Squad." Colin laughed, "I got myself a date."

"Wait...who?" Tahlia asked,"Who is the lucky girl?"

"Guy." Colin corrected, "My date is Pete."

Everyone but Pete's jaw dropped open. The were surprised Colin, the one who stays silent most of the time doing his artwork, just admitted he and Pete were dating. Gilbert stood up and heered loudly.

"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!" the male cheered, "I KNEW IT! I KNEW IT!"

"Wait Gilbert, explain." Carol cried out.

"I knew they are going to get together. I DIBS BEING THE FLOWER GIRL!" Gilbert cheered.

"You're a guy." Lily pointed out.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"FLOWER BOY THEN!"

"Anyways, I'm not looking forward for Drama class tomorrow. The teacher paired me up with Lila." Lily frowned as she snatched Gilbert's chicken nugget.

"EXCUSE ME- WHY ARE YOU STEALING MY CHICKEN NUG-"

"Who's Lila again?" Phoebe asked.

"You know... that girl  who made fun of your hair colour?" Lily asked.

"Oh.... still don't know who she is."

Lily sighed, "She labelled Vivian's dress tacky, called us weirdos, and is the daughter of the mayor  and a model."

"OHHHHHH THAT GIRL!" Phoebe gasped, "She's the one who said 'pink hair sucks' and I got extremely sad."

"Awww... does Phoe-bee-bee need a huggie wuggie uwu?" Cleo offered.

"..... yes." Phoebe replied. She smiled when Cleo gave her a hug.

"Can I join the hug?" Sienna asked.

"Sure! The more the merrier!" Cleo smiled. Sienna grinned at that statement and joined the hug with the Pisces female and the Capricorn female.

"Can I join?" Gilbert asked.

"Sure?" the three girls replied, only to get tackled into a hug. Sabrina rolled her eyes and chewed on her lunch (which was a chicken burger).

"You know, maybe it is time we arrange seating plans." Vivian pointed out in a monotone expression.

"NO! NOT THE SEATING PLANS!" she heard Cameron shout.

"I was joking, chill."

"That does not sound lke a joke, Vivi-"

"What class do you guys have next?" Carol asked.

"Physical Education." everyone else answered in sync.

"Oh right.... I forgot that." Carol smiled. She then snatched Skyler's french fry and then Gilbert's chicken nugget. Skyler smirked and snatched Carol's sushi roll. Carol did a dramatic gasp and stole another fry from Skyler. The two then exchanged a smile and stole a chicken nugget from Gilbert.

"As much as you two are cute, why do you always steal my chicken nuggets?" Gilbert pouted, noticing his chicken nuggets were getting  s n a t c h e d.

"Cause chicken nuggests." Skyler and Carol replied, popping the chicken nuggets in their mouths. Gilbert pouted.

"Guys, leave Gilbert's chicken nuggets alone, he need his food." Sabrina ordered.

"Ok....... 'mother'." Carol replied with a sigh as she played with her pigtails.

".... That sounds very familiar..."

"........Now that you mention it, it does, but when was the familarity?"

"I think I remember. Sabrina said the exact same thing to Carol when we moved into our house."

"Hmmm...." the three water girls mumbled, doing a thinking pose.

"Enough thinking. We need to finish our lunches and get ready for class. We don't want to do sport on an empty stomach." Vivian instructed.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-ACK!" Pete screeched as he did a stretching moment to touch his toes while sitting. The male sighed, "Stretching hurts."

He and the zodiacs were all currenly in gym class, doing stretches in the corner. All of them were wearing the school sport uniform (which was a white shirt with blue shorts which had a white stripe at the side) and oh yeah, they also wore white socks and sneakers in their favourite colours.

The zodiacs were not the only ones stretching, in fact their entire class was stretching as well (except for Cleo who was countingthe amount of times Sabrina had punched a punching bag). Their gym teacher (which was a male) was too busy talking to another teacher to focus on the class........yes, we should all be concerned.

"Well you should of done more stretches then." Sienna pointed out, doing a high kick to stretch her legs.

"You guys make it look easy, also Lila." Pete sighed, lying down on the floor.

Everyone turned to Lila, an attractive looking female with light blonde wavy hair and glimmering blue eyes. The female had hair tied into a high ponytail. The female also had a a strand (from each front side of the head) let out and she wore diamond shaped diamond earrings. She also wore a thick blue headband on her hair and even had a fancy 'L' on her sports shirt. The girl was doing the splits while talking to her friends. Most of the boys (not the zodiac boys) were staring at her lovingly.

(I think Lila is a lovely name. But I had no idea what to name this character and my friends suggested 'Lila')

Lila noticed the zodiacs and gave them a cheesy fake smile. The zodiacs rolled their eyes and looked away.

"Well according to Lila, she has a personal trainer and exercises from that trainer. No wonder how she is good at sports."

"I'M GOOD AT SPORTS!" Alyssa pouted.

"SAME!" Sabrina cried, doing a hard punch on the punching bag. The bag ended up knocking Gilbert over. Luckily the male is A-OK!

"I'M OK!" the male smiled, catching the punching bag.

"I'm good at sports too!" Pete bragged.

"You struggle to do stretching though.." Gielle frowned.

"I can do pushups!" Pete replied back with confidence.

"Ok Pete, show us." Vincent dared, "Show us how you do your pushups. Do....hm......20 pushups."

"Ok fine then." Pete replied, "Deal!"

The male then got into a pushup stance and did 10. For the eleventh one, he he managed to go up, but not do the down stance.

"I GOT THIS!" Pete shouted, his arm shaking, "I GOT THIS! I GOT THIS!"

"Dude- do the pushup." Skyler muttered.

Pete flopped down on the floor, and breathed a sigh of relief. He then laid down on his back and looked at the others, "See? I can do pushups!"

"GOOD JOB!" Colin and Cleo cheered.

"FANTASTIC!" Cameron smiled.

"H O W?" Skyler and Alyssa asked, "That's not even 20!"

"And? At least Pete did his pushups." Colin smiled, hugging Pete. Everyone then chuckled.

They were all interrupted by a whistle from the gym teacher and the entire class turned to him.

"OK class! Listen up! We will be doing basketball this lesson, so go sit on the bleachers so we can get started." the teacher smiled. He then turned to Lila, "Lila, I want you to go to the storage room and grab the basketballs, got that?"

"Sure thing sir!" Lila replied in a cheery tone. Then she skipped away to get the basketballs.

"I would of got the basketballs myself, but eh." Alex muttered as they and their friends walked up to the bleachers to sit down as a group.

"It doesn't matter either way." Leo smiled, "Basketball will always be basketball."

And so the rest of the class went well. Other than Lila attempting to show off her moves (and complaining about her legs hurting), the zodiacs enjoyed playing basketball. And oh yeah, they were surprised at how Phoebe managed to get the basketball in the hoop from a far distance, depite typing up a Skybert shipping story on her phone.

But that doesn't need to go in too much context.

For some reason I have assigned the main characters of this book to colours. I feel like each character should have a colour that well describes them.

So here are the colours of each of the colours (their favourite colours in this story) (also big thank you to exotic-moons for helping me find some colours for some characters here)

TYLER- Forest green (it' a really dark green)

TAHLIA- Cream (yes, that is even a colour-)

CAROL- Light blue

LILLIAN (LILY)- Coral (that is also a colour)

VINCENT- Brown
