Taurus crawled out of bed and shut off the alarm clock. Then he walked downstairs like a zombie. Sagittarius, Aries, Leo, Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces were already in the living room waiting. They wore Santa hats. Leo was trying to guess what he got. Virgo made a rule where you're not allowed to open any gifts before everyone gets downstairs.

"When did you guys wake up?" asked Taurus.

"Merry Christmas!" cheered Pisces.

"An hour ago," replied Scorpio.

Pisces grinned. "I didn't sleep!"

Libra and Aquarius walked into the living room as Sagittarius walked up the stairs. Virgo came downstairs whining about how it was too early in the morning. Gemini came downstairs excitedly. Sagittarius dragged Capricorn into the living room.

"Everyone's here!" announced Cancer. Then everyone started unwrapping presents. Some zodiacs took their time and carefully unwrapped their presents, while others tore through the wrapping paper. Everyone had a pile where they put their stuff.

After a while, everyone gave each other hugs and said thank you for the gifts. Most of the zodiacs went to their rooms to put their new stuff away forgetting about breakfast. Others remembered to eat and were making toast or pancakes.

Pisces sat on the couch drawing with her new art book.

Scorpio walked out of the kitchen and sat beside her. "You're really good!" Scorpio was amazed at her drawing.

"Oh no, it's just-"

"Pisces you're really good at art. It's not just an ordinary drawing."

Pisces laughed. "I know you and Cancer were pretending to be as excited as me for Christmas. That's why I made you guys sing all those songs, watch all those movies and do those ridiculous dances."

"Was it that obvious?"

"Yeah. So why were you pretending?"

"Uh... Well... I-I guess I like-"

Cancer walked in the living room interrupting Scorpio.

"What?" asked Pisces.

"Never mind," said Scorpio who was seriously annoyed.

"Am I interrupting something?" asked Cancer.

"Not at all," said Pisces cheerfully. Go away Cancer! thought Scorpio. Then Cancer sat down beside Pisces and started talking to them.

Gemini and Taurus were playing a new video game that they got. Then Aries and Virgo walked downstairs.

"Can we play?" asked Aries.

"Sure," replied Gemini. Then Aries and Virgo started playing. They teamed up against Gemini and Taurus and kept beating them.

"Okay I want to do something else now," said Taurus.

"Tired of losing?" asked Aries.

"Yeah," said Gemini and Taurus at the same time.

"So, what should we do now?" asked Aries.

"I don't know about you, but I'm hungry. Let's go cook some eggs or something," replied Virgo. Aries and Gemini walked upstairs. Taurus pulled on Virgo's arm and told her to wait. "What?"

"I made a reservation for us at your favourite restaurant," said Taurus. "It'll open later on tonight."

"Really! Thanks Taurus!" said Virgo excitedly.

"We're officially loners," said Libra.

"Yep," agreed Leo.

"We have each other," said Aquarius. All three of them sat on the couch in the living room.

Leo shrugged. "What do you guys want to do?"

"Let's paint each other's nails," suggested Libra for a joke. Aquarius looked at Leo as if it were a dare.

"Why not?" replied Leo.

"Seriously?" asked Aquarius.

"Yeah. Paint my nails the brightest pink with the most glittery sparkles," said Leo. Then all three of them walked up to Libra's room.

"I might as well get mine done too," said Aquarius.

Libra sorted through her nail polish bag. "What colour?"

"Rainbow," replied Aquarius. Libra picked out some nail polish and started painting Aquarius' nails.

Leo picked out a few shades of pink. "When do I get my nails done?"

"After she's done with me," replied Aquarius.

"You should go get us some hot chocolate," suggested Libra.

Ignoring Libra, Leo looked around her room. Then he smiled. "The boys' rooms are bigger than the girls rooms."

"Yeah, by a few centimetres probably," said Libra.

"Probably fifty centimetres bigger," said Leo.

"Probably not," said Aquarius.

Libra finished painting Aquarius' nails. "Okay I'll paint Leo's nails while you let yours dry."

Leo sat down and Libra painted his nails a pretty pink.

Sagittarius walked in her room. There was a note on her bed. Turn around... Sagittarius turned around. Capricorn stood outside her door with a vase full of roses.

She ran over to him. "Capricorn... You're the best! Wait there." She closed her door and grabbed an extra present she had for Capricorn. Then she opened her door and gave him the box. Capricorn smiled and opened it. Inside was a new expensive watch.

"Sagittarius, I love you so much."

"I love you too Capricorn."

"Want to go get some smoothies?" asked Capricorn.

"Sure," replied Sagittarius. "But is the smoothie place even open today?"

"Yeah, a few local businesses are."

"Then let's go!"

Pisces was in the art room painting.

Cancer walked in and looked at her painting. "You're an amazing artist." Pisces smiled. She was painting a photo of her, Cancer and Scorpio on Christmas Eve. "My shirt wasn't orange."

"Yeah, but I think the colour orange suits you better."

Cancer smiled nervously. "Hey, Pisces do you want to-"

Scorpio walked in the room. Cancer tried to keep Scorpio from seeing how annoyed he was.

Scorpio smiled. "What a lovely painting."

"Why are you here?" asked Cancer.

"I could ask you the same thing."

"What's going on?" asked Pisces.

"Nothing, I just need to talk to my best friend Scorpio for a second." Cancer pulled Scorpio outside the room. Pisces continued painting. "What the hell are you doing?"

"She's mine."

"I liked her first."

"I saw her first."

"I was about to ask her out."

"I wanted to ask her out earlier!"

"Yeah well-"

Pisces opened the door and walked out of the art room. "Something's going on."

"Uh..."

"Ummm..."

Pisces crossed her arms. "Tell me."

Leo, Libra and Aquarius walked downstairs. Aries and Gemini were watching a movie. Then Leo walked over to show off his fabulous nails.

"He let you paint his nails pink?" asked Gemini.

"Yes," replied Libra and Aquarius at the same time.

Pisces stomped upstairs. Scorpio and Cancer followed her.

"Just talk to us!" pleaded Scorpio.

"Pisces!" whined Cancer.

Pisces crossed her arms. "Tell them I'm not talking to either of them until they tell me what's going on."

"We would..." said Cancer.

"But now's not the right time," said Scorpio.

Pisces glared at both of them. "JUST TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON!"

"You'd better tell her," said Aries.

"W-Well..."

"I LIKE YOU!" yelled Cancer quickly.

Everyone froze.

"I-I umm... I ugh... I l-like you too!" said Scorpio nervously.

Pisces' eyes widened with shock. "W-what?!?"

"That explains why they tried to impress her," said Libra.

Aquarius looked from Cancer to Scorpio. "But that means eventually Pisces is going to have to choose who to love."

Pisces slid her hands into her hair. "I-I CAN'T DO THAT!"

"No one said you had to choose now," said Aries.

"Where's Virgo, Taurus, Capricorn and Sagittarius?" asked Leo.

"Two of our cars are gone," replied Gemini.

Pisces grabbed her coat and ran into the garage.

"Where are you going?" asked Scorpio.

"I think she needs space to think about some things," said Libra.

"Why did you have to do this on Christmas?" asked Aquarius. No one answered. Everyone sat down and watched the movie Gemini and Aries were watching. Leo and Libra were trying to cheer Scorpio and Cancer up because they were worried about Pisces.

Pisces walked around the park. She didn't know what to do. I-I can't choose between them! They're both my best friends! If I choose one I lose the other. If I choose neither I lose them both. Why did this happen to me? Ugh... I'm giving myself a headache.

After a few more minutes, she started to get cold. Maybe I should just go back and draw. I usually feel better after drawing. Scorpio and Cancer are probably really upset right now... I better go back and cheer them up! It's Christmas after all! Pisces ran back to the car and drove home.
