Today it was finally sunny outside. As soon as he woke up, Scorpio screamed "BEACH DAY!!!" He loved the beach. Scorpio always made everyone accompany him to the beach, because he was too shy to go alone. His beach bag was always fully packed and ready.

He ran down to the living room, and blasted rock music to wake everyone up.

"Why was I woken up to loud music?" Libra glared at Scorpio who danced in the living room.

"We're going to the beach today."

Libra yawned and sat on the couch. "Let's see if Aries approves."

"She always approves trips to the beach."

"My ears!" Leo ran downstairs covering his ears, followed by Aquarius and Taurus.

"Scorpio, you're going to bust my eardrums!" Aquarius turned the music off.

"I'm surprised to see that Scorpio's the one waking us up." Taurus walked into the kitchen to make coffee.

"Is it normal to be woken up this way?" Pisces walked downstairs.

"Sometimes," replied Libra.

Aquarius sighed. "It's better than the time Leo woke us all up by screaming."

Leo crossed his arms. "I don't remember that."

Libra twisted Leo's ear. "You never remember anything."

Cancer walked downstairs. "Beach day!"

"See? He gets it." Scorpio high-fived Cancer.

Aries and Sagittarius walked into the living room.

"I was having a good dream," pouted Sagittarius.

Aries walked over to Leo. "I'm going to kill you."

"It wasn't me! It was Scorpio!"

Scorpio looked at Aries with an innocent expression. "Why would I wake everyone up."

Aquarius nodded. "It was Leo."

Aries turned to face Pisces. Pisces couldn't lie very well.

"Uh... uh... yeah it was Leo!" Pisces' face turned red.

Aries faced Scorpio. "So it was you! Tackle!"

Libra, Aquarius and Sagittarius all tackled Scorpio.

Pisces' eyes widened. "What's going on?"

"He's being punished for waking them up." Cancer stretched out in the couch and blocked his ears with earplugs. "You should always have a pair of earplugs in this house."

"This is what we do to people who wake us up." Aries began tickling Scorpio with the three other girls.

"NO.... AHAHAHAHA STOP... AHHAHAHAHAHA HELP!"

"Nothing says Zodiac mansion like a bunch of chaos in the morning." Virgo sat on the couch, her hair pinned back into a long, thick ponytail. She already wore her swimsuit under her tank top and shorts, already knowing Scorpio was going to want to go to the beach today.

"Who are we waiting on?" asked Sagittarius.

"Gemini and Capricorn," replied Taurus who walked back into the living room with his coffee.

"I'll go wake Cappy!" Leo excitedly jumped up and almost fell as he ran upstairs.

"I know how to summon Gemini." Virgo walked to the stairs. "ARIES! THERE'S A BOY AT THE DOOR WHO WANTS TO ASK YOU SOMETHING! HE'S HOLDING FLOWERS AND CHOCOLATES!"

Aries rolled her eyes. "As if he'll come downstairs because if that."

"LEO! GET OUT OF MY ROOM!"

"WHEEEEEE!"

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

The zodiacs watched as Leo ran downstairs and hid in the closet.

Capricorn stomped downstairs. "Where is he?"

Libra shrugged. "He disappeared. Come help us tickle Scorpio."

"NO... AHAHAHAHAHA... STOP!"

"He's had enough." Capricorn pulled everyone away from Scorpio. "Let me guess, you want to go to the beach."

Pisces opened up the front door. "It's a perfect day for the beach. It's really hot outside."

Gemini walked downstairs. Her hair was neatly slicked back while he was nicely dressed. He noticed Pisces standing in front of the open door and tried to subtly look outside.

"What are you doing?" asked Cancer who removed his earplugs.

"Nothing. I just woke up." Pisces closed the door before Gemini looked outside. "So... there was somebody at the door or something?"

"No?" replied Taurus.

"Oh. I thought I heard something about someone at the door. And it looked like Pisces was talking to somebody."

"Gemini you idiot." Aries threw a pillow at him.

"Ow... why are you throwing things at me so early in the morning?"

"Why are you so nicely dressed this morning?"

"Why are you only wearing pyjamas? I wanted to look nice today."

"Anyway!" announced Scorpio. "Let's all get ready for the beach.

Gemini furrowed his brow. "So nobody was at the door?"

Aquarius sighed. "No. There wasn't anybody at the door."

  At the beach, as soon as they got there Scorpio ran for the water, leaving everyone else to unpack. It didn't take long to spread out a few blankets and place everyone's bags next to their blankets. Of course they had a snack bag full of snacks for later.

Cancer, Aries, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Taurus joined Scorpio in the water. Virgo was reading on her blanket (as usual), Aquarius was burying Pisces in sand and carving out a mermaid tail. Leo and Libra were walking on the beach and talking while Gemini... was chasing little kids. Everyone was having fun... except for the little kids.

"Look at poor Virgo, she looks so lonely." Gemini who suddenly appeared behind the zodiacs in the water.

"Isn't it Leo's job to provoke others?" asked Cancer.

"He's not here, someone has to step in."

"Why are you here? Weren't you supposed to be tormenting and scaring little kids?" asked Scorpio.

"One little boy told his dad there's a monster chasing him and now he's looking for me. So I'll hide here until they leave."

A little boy on the beach pointed to Gemini and said "That's him dad." A tall muscular man ran in the water looking angry.

"GOT TO GO. LATER EVERYONE!" Gemini took off swimming away as fast as he could. Aries, Scorpio and Sagittarius started laughing as the man was catching up to Gemini. Taurus dove down and grabbed a rock to throw at the man to give Gemini time to get away.

The man slowly turned and faced Taurus. Everyone laughed harder as the man started chasing Taurus who swam all the way to the sand and ran as fast as he could.

Virgo laughed as Taurus ran by. She took a video of the man chasing Taurus and Gemini. Then she got up and walked over to Aquarius and Pisces who now had a sand tail.

"I'm a pretty mermaid!" said Pisces.

"Virgo can you bury me?" asked Aquarius.

"Watch this video first." Virgo showed them the video. All three of them couldn't stop laughing. Virgo played the video over again in slow motion.

Pisces wheezed. "The look on Gemini's face!"

"Make me a mermaid," Aquarius sat beside Pisces. Virgo pocketed her phone and began covering Aquarius with wet sand.

Leo and Libra decided to join their friends in the water. They ran in and noticed that Taurus wasn't there.

"Where's Taurus?" asked Leo.

"Hiding!" said everyone else at the same time.

Libra looked around the beach, the bull was nowhere in sight. "I don't think I want to know why."

"Who wants to race me?" asked Leo.

"Not in the mood," replied Aries.

"Aries you're just scared I'll beat you."

"Who has the most sports trophies in their room?"

"I have more swimming trophies!"

"I have more trophies of every other sport."

"Anyway," said Scorpio. "Sounds like an interesting race."

"Then why don't you join in?" asked Cancer.

"I'm not competing with those two," said Scorpio. Aries was the best athlete of the zodiacs, but Leo was the second best. Although, Leo was really good at swimming and basketball.

"Okay the first one to swim to the rock and back wins!" announced Libra. "Three.. Two... One... GO!"

"Wait I want to join- oh they're already gone," said Sagittarius. There was a rock in the deep part of the water. It stuck up enough for everyone to see it. At the same time, Aries and Leo touched the rock and swam back. They were tied until someone grabbed Aries by the ankle causing her to stop. Leo passed her and swam back to the others.

"I BEAT ARIES!!!"

"THATS NOT FAIR! Some idiot grabbed my ankle."

"I'm actually pretty smart." Gemini smirked behind Aries. Aries tried to punch him but he ducked under water. "Aries you're so predictable."

"Predict this." Before he could react, she kicked him.

"Aww look at the little lovebirds," tormented Libra. Then Aries and Gemini splashed her.

"Aww they're so cute together!" tormented Cancer.

"Who wants to see who can hold their breath for the longest?" asked Sagittarius.

"No!" shouted Capricorn. "Last time we did that Aries and Leo both almost drowned."

"Then how about only the smart people play?" asked Cancer. Aries and Leo splashed him.

Libra gasped. "Something hit my leg!"

Sagittarius looked around. "Maybe it's a sea monster."

Scorpio's eyes widened for dramatic effect. "Did you hear the legend of the sea monster Libra? It lives in this lake."

Libra rolled her eyes. The she swallowed water as something pulled her under water.

"Libra!" Capricorn looked to where she was a second ago. "I can't see who grabbed her."

Seconds later, Libra surfaced beside Taurus. She spat water in his face.

"Ewwww!" Taurus splashed his face with water.

"When did you get back?" asked Scorpio.

"After the dad followed me into the forest and I lost him."

Scorpio chuckled. "I think I want to picture of your face at the exact moment the dad started chasing you. I'll turn it into a poster and hang it all over the house."

Leo mimicked his face. Everyone laughed.

Sagittarius noticed a bunch of kids running by on the beach, each holding ice cream. "Anyone else hungry?"

"I'm starving. Let's get something to eat," replied Capricorn. Then they walked back to the sand. Everyone else followed.

On the sand Capricorn ran over to Virgo, Aquarius and Pisces to see if they were hungry.

"LOOK AT US! WE ARE PRETTY MERMAIDS!" cheered Pisces. Pisces and Aquarius were buried up to their necks in sand with sand mermaid tails covered in designs.

"Last I checked mermaids don't have hearts and swirls on their tails," said Capricorn.

Virgo put her hands on her hips. "You don't know, you've never seen a mermaid before."

"Anyway, everyone else is going to eat now. Are you guys hungry?" asked Capricorn.

"I am!" Aquarius stood up and started brushing sand off her arms.

"With her blue hair Aquarius looked the most like a mermaid. I wish I had blue hair." Pisces also stood up and brushed sand away.

Virgo ate some blueberries and black berries that she packed. Capricorn and Sagittarius were eating their own bags of chips. Pisces was eating some strawberries that Virgo shared with her. Aries was eating a chocolate bar and she packed herself a slice of cheesecake (which Sagittarius secretly stole). Cancer was eating some candy he packed. Gemini ate a sandwich. Aquarius and Libra ate doughnuts. Leo ate a cupcake and Scorpio ate a few cookies. No one realized Taurus was missing until he walked back and took a container with a sandwich out of the snack bag.

After they were finished eating, Pisces jumped up.

"I wanna build a sandcastle!" She put her strawberry container in the bag and grabbed a bucket. Then she ran to where the sand was wet and started building a sandcastle. Cancer, Libra and Scorpio followed her.

After everyone else ate Sagittarius, Aries, Aquarius and Leo went to where the water got very deep while Gemini, Virgo, Capricorn and Taurus were relaxing on the warm sand.

"I wish everyday could be like this," said Taurus.

"I don't. I want to do other things then relax on the beach all day," said Virgo.

Gemini thought out loud. "I wish it could be like this for at least a week."

Capricorn's eyes widened. "What if we could do that?"

"What do you mean Capricorn?" asked Virgo.

"What if we could go to Florida? We could go to beaches and amusement parks! And we have enough money to go!!!"

"Capricorn, you just became my favourite person!" announced Taurus. Taurus and Capricorn fist bumped.

"Mine too." Gemini and Capricorn fist bumped.

Virgo thought for a second. "I don't know. It sounds nice but we can't just pack up and go to Florida!"

"Why not?" asked Capricorn.

"First of all, we need to ask Aries. Second of all, we need to plan it out better."

"I didn't say we had to leave tomorrow either. We can plan our vacation for two weeks from now."

"He's got a point," said Taurus.

"Alright." agreed Virgo. "Actually, I'd really like to go to Florida too."

Gemini ran off to tell everyone the good news, and ask Aries for permission. Aries agreed that a vacation to Florida sounded nice.

After the zodiacs in the water came onto the beach, they sat on their blankets and were discussing what they would do. Eventually they decided that they would rent a bus to the airport, then fly to Florida. They would stay in a hotel next to a beach and they would take a bus to the amusement parks. They planned to leave in two weeks and everyone was so excited. Then the sun started to set, so everyone drove back to their mansion.
