Caitlin crawled over to the unconscious body, seeing he was wearing a guard suit, specifically Sullivan's guard suit. She brought two fingers to the man's neck, gasping as she didn't find a pulse. She moved away in fear, until she felt her back come in contact with something hard and cold, having reached the wall. She almost failed to notice the pool of blood around his stomach.
"Fucking brutal."
Caitlin let out a gasp as she looked to her side, seeing a boy standing on the other side of the cell. He was leaned up against the brick wall with crossed arms, an unamused look crossed over his face. He had pitch black hair and dark eyes, along with mostly black clothes.
"W-who are you?" Caitlin asked. The guy stood up from his previous position, walking over to Caitlin's cell and grabbing a hold of one of the bars. A smirk stretched across his face as he looked down at Caitlin.
"I'm the guy that's gonna get you out."

Penny, Sam and Emilia waited anxiously as a ringing noise could be heard from Emilia's phone. They waited, until a "hello" was heard through the phone. Emilia brought the phone up to her face, replying with a "hello".
"Found anything interesting?" Sullivan asked.
"No, but I have a problem..." Emilia lied. "Margaret found out about me..."
"What?!"
"A-and she's gonna kill me if you don't hand back Caitlin..." Emilia continued, faking her sadness to trick Sullivan. Emilia looked over at Penny and Sam, seeing Penny giving her a thumbs up.
"Is she in the room with you right now?" Sullivan asked.
"Yeah."
"Put me on speaker."
Emilia looked over at the Water Sign girls, before putting the speaker on and placing her phone on the coffee table.
"Kill her."
Everyone's expressions instantly dropped in shock.
"W-wait--!" Emilia was cut off as a loud beep was heard, meaning Sullivan had hung up. Everyone was quiet for a moment, consumed by shock. Emilia stood up in anger, balling her fists.
"He was just gonna leave me here to die!" She yelled. "I can't believe it...!"
"Well, it is Sullivan..." Sam pointed out.
"Screw him," Emilia spat, before sitting back down and looking at Penny and Sam determinedly. "I'll help you get Caitlin back."
--
"Why do you want to help me?" Caitlin asked.
"That's a story for another time, for now I need you to check the guard for keys," the mystery boy replied.
"Are you crazy?!" Caitlin exclaimed. "I'm not touching him!"
"You wanna get out, don't you?"
Caitlin let out a "hmph", before moving over to the dead guard. She internally gagged as she started checking his clothes for keys. She breathed out in relief as she found them in his pants pocket.
"Great, now hand them to me!" The boy said, hanging out his hand through the bars for Caitlin to place them in.
"Why should I do that?" Caitlin asked suspiciously. "Why should I trust you?"
"What other choice do you have?" The boy asked. Caitlin stayed silent, causing him to sigh. "Look, my name is Lance, I'm 16 years old and I'm from Zodiac. Now do you trust me?" Caitlin continued to eye him, before standing up and placing the keys in his hand.
"Thank you," he muttered as he placed the key in the key hole. He turned it to the side, hearing a click, causing a grin to cross Caitlin's face as the door opened. She walked out, breathing out in relief as she was finally free.
Caitlin put out her hand, seeing a ball of water floating above her hand. She couldn't help but smile; she finally had her powers back. She turned to where Lance was, seeing he wasn't there anymore.
She turned around, seeing Lance was inside the cell investigating the dead body. He walked out once he found what he was looking for; a gun.
"What do you need a gun for...?" Caitlin asked, watching Lance as she felt a bit intimidated.
He loaded his gun. "Not everyone is blessed with magic like you," he said, before looking back at Caitlin. "Let's go." He grabbed her hand, pulling her out of the dungeon.
They came out to a staircase, as both ran up it. There was a door at the staircase, and Lance quietly opened it slightly to peek through it. He continued his way out after not seeing anyone, Caitlin following behind as they ran down the hallway.
Caitlin recognized the rooms by the sides of the hallway as the dorms she was so acquainted with. Caitlin and Lance were nearing the end of the hallway, but was stopped as a forcefield suddenly appeared, blocking the way.
"What the hell..." Lance muttered confused, before a girl walked out from the forcefield. Caitlin recognized her as none other than Olivia.
"What do you want?" Caitlin asked, getting a ball of water ready in her hand.
Olivia used her telekinesis to cover their mouths with a cloth, before using her magic to push them into a nearby room and close the door behind them.
The forcefield behind her disappeared and Olivia hid in a room across from the room Caitlin and Lance was in as multiple guards came up the stairs and into the hallway. Seeing the hallway was clear, the guards walked off, causing Olivia to step out of hiding and stopped her telekinesis, letting Caitlin and Lance come out.
"There was guards coming," Olivia explained before any of them had the chance to snap at her. "Follow me," she continued before walking to the staircase.
"Why should we trust you?" Lance asked, keeping his suspicious glare locked on the violet-eyed girl.
"Because I want to escape too," she replied, looking over at Lance and Caitlin. Caitlin nodded, seeing Olivia was being completely honest. She followed Olivia, causing Lance to let out a sigh and follow as well.
Olivia led them down the stairway to the first floor, ending up in the lobby. She held the door open for Caitlin and Lance, before walking out and closing the door behind her. They ended up outside, but Olivia stopped them from walking any farther.
"We're gonna have to run like heck until we reach the woods, the guards and my father will notice instantly," she explained. Caitlin and Lance nodded in response, Lance got his gun ready as the three of them started running.
"Halt!"
They kept running as they heard guards running after them. The guards started shooting, aiming for the ground near the three to scare them. A bullet landed right next to Caitlin's foot, causing her to lose her balance and fall to the ground.
Olivia and Lance stopped, as Lance helped her up.
"I-I think I twisted my ankle!" Caitlin exclaimed, a look of panic spreading across her face as guards started nearing.
"We're almost there!" Olivia explained, looking back to see they were close to the gate of Zodiac High. Past that was the forest, past that was freedom.
Lance picked Caitlin up, carrying her over his shoulders as he continued to run. He stopped once he noticed Olivia had stopped.
"What are you doing?!" He asked, noticing at least 20 guards were nearing.
"Get out, I'll stall them," Olivia said as she threw a ball of lightning at the guards, causing a few to get knocked out as they fell over.
"Are you crazy?!" Caitlin yelled.
Olivia threw another ball of lightning, before looking back at Lance and Caitlin with a small smile. "They won't hurt my father's sweetheart." Olivia threw one last ball of lightning, before running to the side.
"Come find me, ok?" Olivia yelled, as all the guards followed her, before Lance ran away with Caitlin. They past the gate, reaching the forest.
The last thing Caitlin saw before seeing nothing but trees, was Olivia falling to the ground and Sullivan walking out of Zodiac High and towards his daughter.
