Libra: Is the one talking to a complete stranger sitting next to them and befriending them while listening to them tell about their sickness.

Scorpio: Is the one running around in the waiting room pretending to be an airplane

Sagittarius: Is the one watching the TV channel that is on and actually paying attention

Capricorn: Is the doctor. 

Aquarius: Is the one who dragged their best friend and/or parent with them because they were too anxious to go by themselves.
