The zodiacs were getting ready for their first day of school.

"But I don't wanna go!" whined Leo as he packed his lunch.

"But we have to," whined Aries.

"Hey guys, let's sneak out to the cars and drive away from here," whispered Sagittarius.

"Ahem," the fire signs turned around to see Capricorn in the doorway.

"Off to school we go," said Leo with fake enthusiasm.

"If you don't go then I'll tell Hydra," warned Capricorn.

"Is it possible to have a pen that you just click it and a knife pops out the other end?" asked Scorpio who was studying a pen and trying to determine if she could turn it into a switchblade.

"I'm kind of excited to check out the new school, but after a while I'll probably want to cry. By after a while I mean before recess," said Aquarius.

"I can't wait to meet all my new teachers. They'll be crying by the time I'm finished with them," said Gemini.

"I just hope the other students are nice. I'd hate to see bullies, especially since I'm small," said Cancer.

"Let's stick together so if they do come after the small ones it will be two againced one," said Pisces.

"Guys relax, it's not going to be that bad," said Libra.

"Yeah, listen to Lib-Lib he knows best," said Virgo while leaning an elbow on Libra's shoulder. Libra took Virgo's hand and twisted it. All of the sudden Virgo and Libra were wrestling.

"The bus should be here any minute now," said Taurus who ran out the door. The others followed.

The zodiacs walked off the bus.

"What the heck? This school is at least five floors high. Is it like a private school or something?" asked Aquarius.

"It probably is," said Taurus.

"That means less bullies right?" asked Cancer.

"Cancer, if anyone were to lay so much as a finger on you, my fist would go so far down their throat they wouldn't be able to breathe," said Sagittarius.

"Aww you're so sweet Saggi!" said Cancer.

"Where do we go?" asked Pisces.

"I don't know, what's everyone else doing?" asked Leo.

"Everyone else is walking inside the school," replied Gemini.

"All students check the sheets on the door to find your home room!" screamed a teacher that was standing outside. The zodiacs walked inside and pushed past a crowd of students.

"So long suckers!" screamed Aries as she took off after seeing what homeroom she was in.

"I can't find my name," said Virgo.

"They forgot about you because they don't want you here," said Libra.

"I see it," said Scorpio.

"Where?" asked Virgo.

"Somewhere on the sheet," replied Scorpio before walking away to her homeroom.

"Well, I'll see you guys later," announced Taurus who walked away.

"Oh no. I'm going to die!" said Capricorn after seeing who she shared a homeroom with. After a few minutes the bell rang.

"Excuse me, I can't find my name on the sheet," said Virgo who approached a teacher.

"Name?"

"Virgo."

"It's the last name," said the teacher before walking away. How'd I not see that? Thought Virgo.

Capricorn, Aries, Libra and Virgo were in one homeroom, Cancer, Gemini, Scorpio and Aquarius were in another homeroom while Pisces, Taurus, Sagittarius and Leo were in the last homeroom.

"Hey Cappy! We're in the same homeroom. Isn't that just great? Hey everyone this is my best friend Cappy! She's-" Capricorn put her hand over Virgo's mouth to shut him up.

Capricorn sighed. "This is going to be a long year."

"Heh. They put you in with the troubled teenagers," sand Aries.

"I'm not that troubled," said Libra. Everyone looked at him. "Fine, I am."

The teacher walked in the classroom. "Hello students!"

"Hello teacher!" shouted Virgo enthusiastically while everyone else groaned.

"Hey, I actually have a student that's awake and ready to learn," said the teacher with a smile on his face.

"Nah, I just drank too much coffee this morning," said Virgo.

"When do we get lunch?" asked Aries. Libra flinched at the word lunch and a worried expression appeared on his face.

"After your third class. Anyway my name is Mr. White and I'll teach those of you who signed up for calculus," announced Mr. White.

"Should we get our schedules now?" asked Capricorn.

"Oh right I forgot," then Mr. White passed the schedules around.

Gemini and Scorpio were playing Rock Paper Scissors, Cancer was lost in her own thoughts and Aquarius was imagining different scenarios where everyone had to get out of the school and never return.

"Good morning my precious students! My name is Mrs. Smith and this is my first year teaching," announced Mrs. Smith.

"This one is going to be fun to break," said Gemini while cracking her knuckles.

"How long do you predict it will take before she runs out of here screaming?" asked Scorpio.

"I'll give her two months," replied Gemini.

"What subjects so you teach?" asked Cancer.

"Art," replied Mrs. Smith. Gemini grinned. She was taking art this year.

"Is there any way for us to not be here?" asked Aquarius.

"Yeah if you skip school," replied Cancer.

"I think I'm sick," said Aquarius.

Scorpio shrugged. "You'll live. But if you do throw up make sure it goes over there and not over here," said Scorpio while pointing away from her.

"Blehhhh," said Aquarius while leaning towards Scorpio.

"That's not funny it's gross!" shrieked Scorpio.

"What's gross?" asked Mrs. Smith. Cancer giggled.

"Nothing, just carry on talking about the rules and stuff," said Gemini.

Pisces, Taurus, Sagittarius and Leo were getting bored.

"Sorry I'm late," said the teacher as she ran in the classroom. "My name is Mrs. Seer and I'm your teacher."

"I'm going to fall asleep," muttered Leo. Then he started sleeping.

"LEO WAKE UP BEFORE THE TEACHER NOTICES THAT YOU'RE SLEEPING IN CLASS!" shouted Sagittarius. Everyone looked at Leo. Pisces shook Leo's shoulders and he woke up.

"What's going on?" mumbled Leo.

"Were you sleeping in MY class?" demanded Mrs. Seer.

"Yeah," said Leo.

"As a punishment you have to sing the national anthem in front of the class."

"Here, take some," said Taurus as she passed earplugs to Pisces and Sagittarius. Then Leo started singing.

"Stop! STOP!" screamed Mrs. Seer. Then she went back to teaching.

"Someone got in trouble on their first day," said Sagittarius.

"Leo please don't sing ever again," said Pisces.

"Ugh it's only been twenty minutes into class," complained Taurus.

"What? I thought it was at least fifty minutes," said Pisces.

"I hate this school already," muttered Sagittarius.

Later on the lunch bell rang and everyone ran out of class. Gemini pushed through the crowd of people and found Libra.

"Hi Libra. Ready for our lunch date?" asked Gemini with excitement written across her face.

"Oh right, uh sure," asks Libra. Then he glanced at Capricorn. Capricorn was already looking back at him. Libra blushed and looked away.

"Come on," then Gemini took his hand and pulled him out of the school.

Gemini and Libra were sitting in the restaurant eating their food. Gemini was extremely nervous but still happy to finally be on a date with Libra.

"So, are you enjoying your salad?" asked Libra. Capricorn would of ordered a hamburger. Thought Libra.

"Yes. Are you enjoying your poutine?" asked Gemini.

"Yeah," said Libra.

"How were your first three classes?" asked Gemini.

"Great," replied Libra. "How were yours?"

"Good."

After their date Libra and Gemini were walking back to school when Gemini stopped.

"Libra, can I tell you something?" asked Gemini.

"Sure," replied Libra.

"The truth is I really like you, a lot. I really want to keep going on dates with you," said Gemini.

"Oh," said Libra who didn't know what to say. Then Gemini started leaning in. Libra panicked and took a step back. Gemini sighed.

"I knew it."

"You knew what?" asked Libra.

Gemini looked at the ground. "You don't like me like that... you like Capricorn don't you?"

"What... why do you-"

"You stepped back when I tried to kiss you. You always look happier when you're around her and that's why I asked you out on a date. I was scared of losing you so I decided to make a move. I thought I could get you to like me but it didn't work," Gemini sniffled.

"Gem, I'm sorry. It's just... it just won't work out the way you want it to," said Libra.

Gemini wiped the tears from her eyes. "I know, I'm sorry."

"It's alright. Now go find someone that can love you as much as you love them," said Libra.

"I-I will," said Gemini. But Libra, the only one I want is you.

"Hey! Cappy!" said Libra. Then he ran away to talk to Capricorn. Gemini walked inside the school and tried to stop crying. She was walking towards the bathroom when someone grabbed her wrist. Gemini turned around and saw Pisces.

"Gemini? What's wrong? Are you alright?" asked Pisces with concern in his eyes.

"No Pisces I'm obviously NOT fine," snapped Gemini.

"Oh I'm sorry," said Pisces.

"No Pieces i'm sorry. I didn't mean to get mad at you," said Gemini.

"So, I take it your date with Libra didn't go as planned," said Pisces.

"No. He likes C- someone else," said Gemini.

"I know what it's like to be rejected like that. You should talk to Taurus she helped me get over Cancer," said Pisces.

"Thanks Pisces," said Gemini. Then Pisces walked away.
