The next few days went okay as anika for to know a lot about the family and their expectations of the wedding,  she realised that there were many problems in the atmosphere and decided to solve some of the them as she could not see the beautiful family being ruined by misunderstanding. In a week's time she bonded well with om , ru and Prinku.  Shiv and ani mostly avoided  each other as they would end up with arguments and could never agree with each other.
Shivaay's engagement went really well the event was well managed and everyone enjoyed. After the engagement  everyone congratulated ani and she went with om ru to help them, while doing this Shivaay was admiring her and began to think how much of a jerk he had been in showing attitude and how nice of a friend ani was. The thought of just being a friend wasn't  easily acceptable to his mind and this annoyed him . Shivaay now put all his thoughts on the back seat of his mind and his egoistic self took over and suppressed all the new feelings.
Anika was now treated like a special family member and loved by all,
Anika the began preparations for the other functions  and with this she tried to talk  jhanvi aunty out of the alcohol addiction  with help of bhav 's    health and nutrition expertise. Gradually  being able to help jhanvi  she solved the differences between punky and jhanvi.
Like Every evening once she got home she would call veer and bhav and talk to them about her day , veer and bhav were always excited to hear her speak as the saw something special in her talks that made her happy they both secretly wished they get their jiju soon and it should be Shivaay as he makes anika bring put different shades of herself. Leaving all these thought They send ani to sleep as she would never stop.
The next day at Oberon mansion ani banged into someone and he was sweet to her and she mistook his identity and order him to help her out, he willing did as he seemed to have fallen for her. When Shivaay came he introduced the stranger as his childhood  friend daksh whom he met after like 15 years.  Anika was slight embarrassed and apologised and left to do her work.
Daksh followed her and tried talking to her, this left ani with a michmichi feeling about daksh.  she had been feeling that she was being followed. So she became more alert  and that's when she saw a tattoo of  the letter d on daksh' s wrist exactly how sahil had drawn when describing Nick's murderer, she then brought all links together and concluded that she felt that someone was following her  since she met daksh,  she decided to get all information and proofs against  him.
A day before Shivaay Sangeet ani got and late so daksh had offered to drop her home she was going to refuse but everyone was okay with it so she agreed.  She ask him to drop her of on a lane before as his car wouldn't enter and he obey. Ani walked away while daksh signal a few men to attack on ani . Ani starts fighting back and he too helps her after which he safely drops her home and apply ointment on ani's  hand and leaves.
The next day during the sangeet he to proposes to ani everyone else is asking her to say yes as they tell her daksh is a nice guy and would be great for her.
Shivaay is fuming on the inside and is himself confused as to why and silently prays she will say no.
Ani on the other hand says no and is about to walk off when daksh say he will wait and as of now proposes an offer of being just friends.ani say no and just walk out and leaves every one shocked at her behaviour.
She goes home and receives the details of daksh and this proves her suspicions right she was determined to punish daksh but will do it legally so sends the information to the police station and prepares a plan to completely trap daksh.
But soon she hear a knock on the door and a man come inand attacks her,  she struggles to fight simultaneously Shivaay is seen to be feeling weird and thinks something bad is happening to someone close but doesn't know who, anika free herself and grab her phone and calls Shivaay ( he was the first person who came to her mind) when picks up she just screams as the attacked got hold of her and she got cut on her neck area . She now run and locks herself in a room  while the attacked runs of as he thinks he scared her enough.
Ani faints due to the lights being off and darkness around as she is afraid of the dark.
Shivaay heard the screams and felt the pain  like someone had hurt him and not ani, he quickly rushed to anika 's house and see her state he was broken he lifted her and treated her wound soon she got up and saw Shivaay,  she thanked him and asked him to go as his family would be worried about him. He was reluctant but left , on to be sitting in the car outside ensuring she is safe.
The next morning she got ready and left for OM  Shivaay had woken and pretend to be there to pick her up, and when she asks why he taunts her that   she is injured and should be resting but she can't take care of herself and he needs his wedding to be organised perfectly so is taking care of her.
She doesn't argue and goes with him.at OM everyone ask her about the injury and she say she was attacked by someone,  dadi  now asks her to stay in OM as she is not safe alone. She agrees and moves to the guest room. Daksh , Shivaay on and ru  at the same time ask her if she needs help and they over hear her convo with veer and bhav where she is explaining that she is fine and while explaining she uses the words jaan, my baby, and I love you and also says  will never live you many times, both Shivaay  and daksh are fuming in jealousy and leave from there,  om and ru now help anika as she plans for  the  wedding.

Next update will show daksh punished and also bring Tia' s truth out to anika.
