Life was never in favor of Arnav, who lost his childhood when he was just a mere age of 14. His father betrayal and his mother's suicide, followed by his father getting himself shot bought him nightmares till today. The Arnav who used to dream about the princess, whom his mother fondly read him was just became a dream and the commitment became his phobia. At the age of 14 he took responsibility of a depressed sister, who has woven a dream for her new family and a 6 year old child who was confused with all the happenings. He and his sisters were thrown out immediately as soon as their parent's funeral was end. His chacha thrown them out of their own house was last nail on the coffin. He along with his Mama worked there ass off to bring Raizada cloth emporium from a small shop to now AR group of corporations. He became a father for both his sisters. He topped his university and was sponsored to be studied in a world class institution. He was a man with a mission; He was determined to bring himself to that position where a person should think before doing anything to him or his families. He became a topmost industrialist with numerous enemies and a daily threat. But he never forget the actual enemy of his life Mr.Arvind Malik, his chacha to be precise. He bought Sheesh Mahal when he signed a million dollar deal and made sure his chacha has 24/7 supply of jail food with handful of torturous life. The only regret was his, Dadi being escaped from this act. His Dadi was vile and cunning as fox, she appeared to selfless and humble but he knew the torture she inflected on his mother, though his Di may have supported her unknown to his Dadi's crimes, but he will make sure she taste the dust someday.

He will never forget the day, he met his guide his jiju Shyam Manohar Jha. Shyam was an upcoming lawyer who just took his degree and was on his peak of the carrier when he got his chacha trying to get the custody of his little sis Aradhya, just because she was sole owner of millions of property, it was Shyam who made sure, that Aradhya will be with them and will never be handed over to a bastard like his chacha.

Shyam not only helped him with his little sister but also bought his elder sis out of depression and married her. Now when he looks behind the day he met Shyam, there was not even a single moment he felt, his decision was wrong. On his request he was even ready to build a house nearby Shantivan, so that his di will always be in front of his eyes.

Their daughter 3 year old Sanjana was miracle in their life. Anjali due to her condition (Polio) she had complications in conceiving. But, Shyam never left her behind and always was with Anjali. When Anjali was in her 7th month she was met with an accident where she endangered her and her baby's life in her stubbornness. He will never forget the day and till now he can't even talk to his jiju about that incident without looking into his eyes.

It was miracle she was saved and that was also the day he cursed himself for being Diabetic, because of which he couldn't donate his blood to save his Di and niece. But the day fate was so merciful that the person who saved his di was of same group, he and his daughter helped them and saved that they are alive today. From that day ASR decided that he will be immune to his Di's blackmail and be strict to his family.He will never forget the favors done by his Nani's family; he took three orphaned children's without any word. Though he will never say but for him, they are living God's.

Akash was silent cousin, for him his brother's words are carved on stone. He can never be wrong. He was his idol and inspiration. His bhai always was with him, when he was bullied in school, it was his bhai who made sure that those boys never got to study in the same city. When he was bombed by some rivals, ASR made sure that the rival company was bought to streets. Akash doesn't need to say anything, his every wants was taken care by ASR and same goes to NK aka Nandakishore Raizada, he was the only son of his Nana's cousin's son who was married to Manorama's sister. NK may be distant relative for him. But ASR was protective for his siblings. He may scold NK, but he was always Nk's Nannav who is a protective wall. NK was almost kidnapped if not for ASR's interference. Nk's mama asked ASR a favor to protect him and he will protect him till his last breath.

Nani was the strongest and her words are final. No, one can oppose her and point a figure. She was equally stubborn as ASR. She can do anything for her family. She never fails to give the reality check who thinks it is easy to target her DIL for being illiterate. She has strong hand in keeping the girls who throw themselves on her grandson's. she can always say who is better and who is gold-digger.

She wants a DIL who can understand her grandson, and make him a family man. An ardent devotee but not a blind follower. She is strong on her believes and thinks about her family before deciding anything.
