Backstory: Sypher kinda sorta almost died at a point in time. But because of his birth family's connections in New Eridu's criminal underworld he was made into a cyborg that can tap into any kind of technology. Though his family didn't survive what happened. Which he doesn't remember at all and nobody will tell him. After his procedure he was sent out on the street and picked up by Matrix (from before he joined Section 6). He then began working as a hacker for the commissions where Matrix has to go undercover to make sure no trace of him is left in the organizations he infiltrates. After Matrix joined Section 6 he kept up with the trace erasing but he also helped Lizzie with Hollow Zero data with the help of a mysterious AI named Youkai that appeared in his systems.
