"Listen, if you'd like, I can create a clone of you. Nobody has ever distinguished my clones from the real thing, even down to the vision." Nilou said, with a rather suspicious smile.

"Is that so, Nilou? Then, create one for me as I return to Fontaine to get some of my belongings."

"I got it."

Days later, the trio consisting of Lyney, Lynette and Freminet went back to their home in the Court of Fontaine, although both of the boys didn't notice Lynette pretending to unpack her belongings in her room.

"I'm sorry, Lyney. But this is for our safety..."

Lynette looked at the adeptus artifact that she is holding, which she can use to travel to the Serenitea Pot, but before she leaves, she overheard a conversation in the hallway outside of her room.

"Are you telling me that the Maid-Knight happened to spot you chasing after Lynette? Where are the rest of your men?" The Knave's voice is heard, asking a question to someone.

"She... she wiped them all out, milady. Only I survived... I left them behind."

Lynette widened her eyes, and her ears perk up in surprise.

"What!?"

"Do not lie. I have met with the Maid-Knight myself, and she will only wipe you out, if you provoke her too much."

"B-but that's the truth! Her devilish eyes... Those red orbs! I just want to go home!"

"Red? Wait, you are not telling the entire story!"

The Knave's footsteps were heard as she chased after the survivor.

"There is another Maid-Knight?" Lynette whispered.

An adeptus portal opens in front of the Knights of Favonius' HQ, followed by Noelle and Aether walked out of the portal to enter the building. Inside, the two of them went to the library and met Lisa, who is sitting down on her librarian chair.

"Ara, welcome back, Noelle. Are you feeling rather homesick, or are you out on a nostalgia trip with cutie here to study in the library again?"

"Actually, we were just passing by, and wanted to visit." Paimon said, as she pops out of her pocket dimension.

"Ah, that reminds me. Noelle, Albedo is looking for you in his lab."

"Mm? What for?"

"He wouldn't tell. But I can tell from the look of his eyes that he is rather scared."

"Scared?"

"I think you will find what the problem is if you speak to him directly. Go on now, we will meet by the east coast of the Cider Lake, the one with the small pier."

"Understood, Miss Lisa."

Noelle then went to Albedo's lab, slowly remembering about the testing tank where she has her accumulated karma drained from her body.

"Could it be that he discovered something within the karma?"

Upon reaching the lab, Albedo quickly pulled Noelle inside, and shut the door.

"Noelle, I need to tell you something urgent."

"What is it, Master Albedo? Is there something wrong about the karma energy that you have drained from my body?"

"That's exactly the thing that I want to talk to you about."

Albedo then conjured a lit candle, and to Noelle's shock she sees the testing tank has been shattered into million pieces, not even a single drop of the karma energy remains inside it.

"It happened a few nights ago, and I fear what will happen in these next few days if we don't discover where the energy escaped to."

"Can you tell me more on what happened when you were analyzing it?"

"Well, I did get some sounds... human-like sounds coming out of that tank. I noted it down here."

Albedo tossed a scroll towards Noelle, who caught it and unfolded it to read it's contents.

"Eliminate all life, eliminate all time" is written repeatedly all over the scroll, from top to bottom.

"That reminds me... Where is Master Kaeya and Lady Amber?"

"They took Mika out on a leisure trip to Falcon coast not to long ago."

"I have a bad feeling about this, Master Albedo. If you meet Aether outside, please tell him that I'm out to apprehend a disturbance."

"Got it, and be careful Noelle."

Noelle opens an adeptus portal, and teleported to a cliff overlooking Falcon coast, and looked to see explosions rocking the beaches.

"I knew it."

Noelle then quickly descended from the cliffs, and reached the beach just as Mika is sent flying towards him from a pyro infused slash. Out of reflex, Noelle caught Mika, and sets him down on the sand gently.

"Are you alright?!"

"N-Noelle... That thing... That thing is a monster..."

Noelle then looked to the direction Mika pointed at, to see Kaeya getting knocked down to the ground after the attacker punched him in the gut before kicking him. Amber shoots a charged arrow shot to the attacker, only for the attacker to slash the arrow away.

"Noelle!"

"Lady Amber, Master Kaeya!"

"I hate to say this, but can you deal with that thing!?"

The attacker then reveals itself, as the dust settles.

A lavender haired figure, clad in an armor colored with the colors of a crimson rose. Her glowing red eyes are seen through the slits of her helmet, which also has a pair of horns sticking out of them. A crimson colored cape fluttered in the winds, and her armor is adorned with glowing jade.

"She introduced herself as Omega... She is out of our league... Archons above, I think she defies reality itself!"

"Omega, huh? So you were the one who is possessed by the karmic energy?"

"Eliminate... all life... all time..."

To Noelle's surprise, she pulls out a greatsword akin to that of a Favonius greatsword, albeit with a shining, golden blade that is imbued with a blazing, crimson colored pyro energy.

"What is with the roses, as well as the claymore? Is she trying to impersonate me? If so... Then it might be obvious, since the karma that is controlling her is basically the tainted parts of my spirit."

The Unforged flies out of an adeptus portal, and Noelle catches it effortlessly, before she and Omega began to walk in slow circles around the patch of sand they were standing on, looking for an opening to attack.

"I'll get captain Kaeya and Mika back to safety, make sure she does not reach the city!"

"Understood, Lady Amber!"

Omega dashes towards Noelle, and attempted to make an overhead slash, to which Noelle dodged by stepping to the side, and countered with her own slash, only for Omega to inhumanly turn around mid-dash, and parry her counter attack. Noelle is then pushed back, as the visually light parry that she did make her recoil heavily.

"What strength... To think this is how strong all that accumulated karmic energy is..."

The two of them then clashed their blades against each other a few more times, both never hitting their targets, and the impact of their blades caused heavy tremors all around the coast, resulting in heavy waves crashing to the cliffs.

"You just won't surrender, do you?"

"..."

Both of their bodies then glowed, Noelle in a golden light while Omega in a crimson one, and Noelle appeared in her arch-transcended form whereas Omega remained the same, albeit covered in crimson aura.

Gripping the hilt of The Unforged firmly, Noelle readied herself as Omega dashes towards Noelle, and executed 7 quick slashes imbued with pyro which Noelle herself is able to parry, however Omega doesn't flinch from the recoil caused from each parry, and after the seventh slash, Omega performs a jumping upwards slash, sending Noelle flying above her.

Noelle recovers midair, and absorbed a bit of hydro from the leftover fight with the mirror maiden during that encounter a few days ago. She falls down and upon reaching the same level as Omega, she performed a 360 degree, hydro imbued circular slash which in turn knocked Omega down to the beach below, causing a big crater to be made in the patch of sand. Omega emerges from the crater, however there is still not even a single scratch or dent is seen on her armor.

Noelle then plunged down from above, trying to crush Omega with the blunt force of the Unforged, only for Omega to look up in time, and blocked the attack with her own greatsword, the force of both attacks meeting each other caused the ground beneath them to give away, and a storm of sand erupts as a shockwave caused a miniature earthquake surrounding the coast.

Breathing heavily, Noelle widened her eyes as the dust settled to see that Omega still appears unscathed. Omega slowly walks towards Noelle, only for her to be met with a blast of hydro that is shot from behind Noelle. She turns around to see Furina, with the Serenitea pot behind her.

"Maid! Are you alright!?"

"I am fine, Lady Furina. But this foe... This is probably the strongest foe that I have ever met to date."

"Lynette told me that another Maid-Knight has wiped out the group that chased her that time. I got confused, and then when I learned that you are visiting Mondstadt with Aether I tried to find you to get some answers. Looks like the answer lies in front of us now."

"..." Omega remain silent, as she then opens a crimson portal behind her, and she stepped backward inside it before it closes.

"We'll encounter her again... And I fear that in the next one, she will not go easy on us."

"We'll be ready, Maid. We'll be ready."

The two then returned into their normal forms, before they headed to the east coast of the Cider Lake, where it turns out the errand that Lisa had Aether and Paimon attend to, is a potion shop.

"Here you go, Noelle. Something to restore your energy and strength." Aether said, handing her a diamond shaped potion bottle, with red liquid inside it.

"Thank you, Aether..."

"So, about what happened to Amber, Kaeya and Mika..."

"The attacker escaped after Lady Furina came to assist me."

"Don't look so down like that. We'll probably get the attacker down next time."

"It's not that, Aether. It's the fact that..." Noelle then froze, as she realized she was about to spill the details on what Omega is.

"If you are keeping it a secret, we'll never know, Noelle. It's best that you tell me first."

"It's a secret that Master Albedo doesn't want anyone to know. And you know me, Aether, I can't break it." 

"Noelle..."

"There you are, cutie-- oh, I hope I'm not barging into your private matters here~" Lisa suddenly said, as she went into the tent where Aether stayed for the night during his time tending to the potion shop.

"It's fine, Lisa. Noelle isn't going to talk about it anyway..."

Aether said as Lisa then left the tent, however he gave a worried look as Noelle frowned more, as if she is feeling a massive amount of guilt. Without further ado, he then pulled Noelle in for a hug, and patted the back of her head a few times to comfort her. Slowly, Noelle falls asleep, and Aether gently sets her down so she can lay her head on his lap.

"Just... who on Teyvat did she encounter?"
