Zane's POV

My eyes shot open at the word 'Timber' as a nearby tree came crashing towards us.
Luckily it missed me but flattened Kronos as I looked up to see Travis
"There all done"
He stated as I randomly growled causing him to look at me confusion on his face.
My claws drew open as I notice Vylad and Gene behind him
"Zane? You OK there?"
Gene asked as I glared at Vylad.
Something felt different about him, something felt tastier about him.
"I-i t-think you sho-uld ru-n"
I warned
Vylad then noticed my glared and seemed to start panicking before dashing away leaving Gene and Travis extremely confused.
I ran after him before he suddenly disappeared out of my sight.
Tree's surrounded me as though challenging me with their spiky branches and the lumps of roots trailing behind them
"Garroth!"
Vylad's voice yelled as I felt something collide with my chest knocking me to the ground.
I looked up to see
What in the?!
Vylad was there with
Goat f-feet
Horns?!
Tail?!
I didn't freeze instead I leaped at him catching his left hoof making him shake it in the attempts to break free
"Garroth help!"
He yelled as he frantically clawed at a tree before I pulled his legs away from the ground.
"HEY!"
A voice yelled causing me to look to my left Vylad's foot still in my mouth
"GET OFF MY BROTHER"
He ordered
I didn't let go instead I violently shook Vylad's leg causing him to whimper
"FINE DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU"
He finished before vanishing.
I simply ignored him and bit down on Vylad's leg harder
"Ah please Zane stop!"
He begged before I felt something seize my neck from behind causing me to fly backwards.
"VYLAD GET OUT OF HERE!"
Garroth ordered causing Vylad to quickly limp away.
That was my lunch you idiot!
A voice spoke as i growled viciously at Garroth
"YOU MIGHT BE A ZVINX BUT YOUR STILL MY BROTHER!
NOW SNAP OUT OF IT!"
He ordered as he balanced himself on my back.
I suddenly grabbed Garroth's side and threw him off me to the ground making him roll to a skid.
He looked up at me with his deep red eyes.

Vylad's POV

I breathed heavy as I cling to the tree's fear running through my mind
Why can't I turn back?!
I thought as I noticed my torn pants now looking like shorts.
Oh if ya don't know I'm kinda part saytr so heh.
I clutched my left foot before hearing a voice suddenly yell
"Garroth! Vylad! You OK?!"
It yelled before I recognized the voice as Laurence's
"Uh yeah"
I replied as I hid behind a tree
"Vylad where are you?"
Aph's voice asked
"Uh...ok please, please, please, please promise me you guys won't freak out"
I pleaded
"...Ok?"
She replied as I took in a deep breath before stepping out and slamming my eyes shut
"Holy!-"
I heard Katelyn start before I slowly re-opened my eyes to see Dante's hand placed over katelyn's mouth as they starred at me
"Please don't stare"
I begged causing them to look away aside from Dante
"Your leg!"
He yelled as I could feel the blood dripping down it and onto the shaded green grass below
"Heh yeah I guess Zane felt a bit... hungry"
I chuckled as I limped over to a bench before analysing my leg
"Where's Garroth?"
Laurence asked
"He's dealing with Zane"
I replied as I removed the scarf from my neck and began wrapping it around my leg
"How?"
Travis asked before Zane's body came flying past us and plummeted to the ground
"Did that answer your question"
I replied as Garroth stomped past us letting me notice his red eyes
"Woah Garroth"
I spoke as he picked Zane up
"YOU HURT MY BROTHER AGAIN AND YOUR DEAD!"
He growled
"GOT IT!....Z"
He finished as Zane let out a chuckle
"Is that a threat"
He laughed
"NOT AT ALL"
Garroth started
"IT'S A PROMISE"
He finished glaring deep into his eyes
"...I must admit though Vylad you were extremely tasty "
He spoke making a shudder run down my spine.
Suddenly Garroth seized his neck causing 'Z' to freeze up.
His hand then began to gain a green substance that engulfed his hand making Zane's body go limp before falling to the ground
"THE LITTLE DEVIL"
He spoke before spawning a sacred, diamond sword and stabbing the substance making it disappear with a
Puff
"YOU OK VYLAD?"
He asked looking at me allowing his eyes to return to normal
"Uh I think so?"
I replied
"But I can't turn back to normal for some reason"
I finished before he grabbed my leg and held it to his ear making me slightly confused
"Nop-"
He suddenly cut himself off with a gasp before slamming his fist into my leg making a huge yelp escape my mouth before suddenly a
Black fur ball!?
It spat out my mouth and fell to its back letting its spider-like
Legs?!

I'm gonna throw up!
I thought as red eyes lit up before Garroth slowly picked it up.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small bottle of what seemed to be water before pouring some on it
"Drink some"
He ordered as he handed me the bottle.
I held it to my lips as Garroth rubbed the 'thing' together making a gold glow emerge from it
Water?
"Garroth? What are you doing?"
Aaron asked
"Proving a point you all need to learn"
He replied
"When you first saw this creature you probably thought it was a dangerous and disgusting. Correct?"
He continued as he waited for an answer
"Yeah?"
Kawaii-chan replied

"Not all thing creepy are dangerous"
Garroth started
"Believe it or not these are just corrupted nature creatures"
He explained as he revealed a small mouse within his hands before kneeling down and allowing it to scurry away
"Oh Irene Ross!"
He suddenly yelled causing me to jump
"He must have one of them in him too"
He gasped as he clutched his head
"How are you remembering this now Garroth!?"
Gene replied
"I usually don't let myself become all smart like Travis about these things but i realise I'm needed"
He stated as I began to shift back to normal.
My horns sank into my head as my ears reformed to humans before hearing two quiet snaps informing me my legs have completely reformed to normal.
I removed the scarf and sighed noticing the blood stained within it
Eh its mine
I thought as I swung it around my neck and stood up noticing them all heading to the car.
All but Zane.
"What about Zane?"
I asked as I noticed the children watching from afar
"We'll be back soon"
Laurence stated before I walked over to the children and asked them for a favour.
A very big favour.

Benjamin's POV

I sat in my workshop to notice my desk button frantically going off informing me that I was needed elsewhere
"Be back in a sec 'J'"
I spoke as I gained a bye in return from Jerome before making my way to Ross's office.
Why would he call me though he has Sky, Red and Barney right?
Not all of em's off... Are they?
I thought before finally reaching his office.
I gently knock on the door only to gain no response

"I'm coming in"
I informed him as I grabbed the door handle and creaked the door open.
"Oh Irene"
I gasped as I noticed claw marks stretching down the walls, paper scattered everywhere and the file cabinets thrown to the floor.
The only intact thing was the desk where Ross had a paw on his face and the other pressing my business button
"Ross?"
I spoke earning nothing from him in the process as he quietly remained seated.
I took a step forward as I slowly closed the door and picked up the other chair before setting it down in front of his desk
"Ross?"
I repeated as I placed a hand over the button causing him to freeze up.
He still remained silent as I looked down at him.
He then began mumbling some extremely odd words which ended up being compressed together making some sort of language I didn't inherit.
He suddenly seizing my jacket, starring into my eyes with his diamond ones
"One must follow their leader"
He growled before lifting me up high in the air before throwing me to the ground as I rolled to a holt.
When I looked up Ross had disappeared leaving me confused but also extremely grateful.
I stood up only to be knocked to the ground once more making me move with a crawl.
I eventually met his desk allowing me to pleadingly tap at all the buttons before Ross jumped down and onto my back.
He wrapped his arms around my neck, blocking my airpipe and causing me to stumble around.
I gasped for air before suddenly Sky smashed through the door with a taser held within his hand before oddly looking at us.
Sorry Ross
I thought as stamped on him tail making him release me almost instantly.
I ran behind Sky as Ross let out violent cough's before his entire body began to shake.
He knelt on the desk as he looked down at it letting heavy breaths escaping his mouth before suddenly something fell out his mouth causing him to glare up at us.
Red and Jerome then arrived as his claws grew out dramatically.
Random words began to escape his mouth like
"...Irene..."
"...Help..."
"...Me..."
All the rest was replaced with the unknown language before his body straitened out completely.
Sky shot the taser only for Ross to leap through the window dodging it completely
"What the hell?!"
Red yelled
"Hey he was freaking me out"
Sky whined
I then noticed the mysterious object had red glowing eyes.
I quickly seized it in my hands before grabbing a small glass container and plopping it inside.
Suddenly we heard the sound of a car skid to a Holt making me shove the container into my satchel that remained on the floor before rushing outside with it.
The moon filled the sky like a lantern within a cave as the stars where scattered everywhere across it.
And there in the head lights of Barney's van Ross grabbed the number plate and began tugging at it
"Hey get off!"
Barney yelled as he stepped out his van causing Ross to release the number plate and leap at him instead.
They hid behind the van as it violently shook before hearing a sudden yell from behind it.
Silence filled the air.
"Barney?"
I spoke as Ross jumped up onto the Van blood covering his mouth.
Suddenly a huge roar echoed throughout our ears as Ross jumped up onto a lamppost before the van flew at us.
Jerome quickly blocked the Van by grabbing it with his brown claws and lowering it to the ground.
Barney snarled as he glared at us with his diamond eyes that where identical to Ross's
"Uh Barney?"
Sky asked before we noticed a bite on his left shoulder
"No, Barney no"
He then whined as Ross let out a yell of the language earning Barney's full attention.
Ross then pointed down the street to an unknown area before leaping off the lamppost and crawling on all fours down it.
Barney then glared back at us before quickly running up to Ross
What?!
I thought as they dashed around the corner leaving us all speechless.
Jerome then simply lifted the van off its side and level once more before sitting on its bonnet
"OK what the hell just happened?"
Red asked before two familiar cars parked up.
Garroth then stepped out
"Where's Ross?"
He asked as I noticed concern and worry within his tone
"Why do you ask?"
Sky replied
"Wouldn't have anything to do with going completely nuts and infecting Barney...Right?"
Red questioned as Garroth sighed
