Flora POV

I lost.....

I cried on my knees while fire surrounded me. I was defeated by a Great fire wizard on earth that went on to the evil side.

I'm useless....

A weird machine with wheels stopped before me then a man came out of it and ran to me.

"Leave me alone human!" I screamed as the flames became stronger.

"I'm here to help....see I'm a cop" he smiled nervously.

"Cop?" I became confused.

"You are safe, I promise" he sighed, giving her my hand.

I stared at him as he helped her to stand. "Ouch!" I leaned against his chest and blushed.

"I got you" he smiled softly.

"I....need to get back home" I spoke softly.

"Like this?! I can't let you-"

I punched him in his stomach. "Shut up human, I'm trying to focus to make a portal out of the miserable place full of idiots like you" I muttered.

"Yes mam" he smiled nervously once again.

I closed my eyes and tried to make a portal but my powers were too weak.

"I'm stuck..here" I fell to my knees.

"It's not that bad" he patted my back.

Tears ran down my cheeks then fell to the ground. "I'm so scared" I shuttered.

"I'll take you into my home until you find out something" he kneeled before me.

"Really?" I wiped my tears.

"Yeah" he smirked.

I blushed extremely while giving him my hand, "Don't do anything to me" I mumbled.

"What kind of person you think I am?" he sighed carrying me in his arms.

We reached to his home and we t inside. He turned on the lights and guided me to the living room couch. He gave me a weird device in my hand. "Television helps after a long day" he chuckled.

"Television?" I blinked.

He took it from me then another device turned on in front of me. I screamed, hiding behind the cushions. "You want to kill me?!" I asked angrily.

"You're weird. You don't know technology" he said, leaning closer to me.

"Technology is magic here?" I asked, revealing myself from the cushions.

"Well....kinda" he laughed.

I glared at him. "Don't laugh at me. You are so pathetic like the rest of the humans here" I gritted my teeth.

"Nice looks, bad personality. I think I can change that" he smirked.

Huh?

He threw me some clothes. "Don't worry I washed them and that's the closest one I could find to your size and if I didn't mention my name it's Kenta Toski" he smiled softly.

I looked at the clothes then at him. "Thanks, just call me Flora" I scoffed.

"Nice name" he smiled seeming to be a bit uncomfortable.

He sat beside me and laughed at the persons on the device screen. I smiled a little, hugging a cushion.

Why is he so nice to me?

I woke up in his bed and saw him sleeping in the couch beside it. I crawled closer to him as my nose twitched when I smelt him.

Thank the gods my ears are not showing.

He woke up, smiling at me. "Are you some rabbit creature or something?" he asked.

"No!" I lied.

"Okay.....no need to shout" he laughed nervously.

I suddenly purred then covered my mouth put of course that doesn't help. Luckily, he didn't notice. He was talking on another weird device he pressed against his ear.

"I understand Nadia, I'll be there" he said then placed it in his pocket.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Highway chase, yes! I love doing these" he said with sparkling eyes.

"Huh?"

"I'll be back and please don't freak out over you know....my appliances actually anything with technology" he smiled and got dressed into his uniform....that he didn't care that I saw him shirtless.

He left me alone in this dangerous house with earth's weird magic. I started to explore the house and ate some carrots I found in his fridge.

An old woman came out of a room and froze staring at nibbling on a carrot.

"Why you doing in my house?!" she screamed with a weird accent then took up a knife.

"Sorry miss! Kenta carried me here" I trembled.

"Oh son is too kind to people" she sighed. She smiled weirdly and gave me her hand. "Konichiwa"

"Heh?"

"Hi"

"Oh hi" I smiled nervously.

She looked at me from head to toe and came closer to me. "Have he been doing anything to you? If he did, I give my blessings" she chuckled.

Humans....

"I would never do that with a human especially a pathetic one like him" I said angrily.

"My son us hot not pathetic" she glared at me. "In Japan he got girls" she whispered in my ear.

"Not impressed" I rolled my eyes.

She threw me outside and screamed something I didn't understand. I saw red and blue lights that were like on Kenta's machine with wheels. I ran to the scene and saw him with a girl in the same uniform as him but she was bleeding.

"Nadia!" he yelled, shaking her body.

A men were aiming guns at him. I ran to him and created a shield around us. He stared at me. "What are you?"

I avoided the bullets and controlled fire at the men. They ran away. He was still trying to make the girl speak. She opened her eyes and smiled at him. "Dude, this is the most awesome way to die since I saw some badass chick" she coughed.

"Nadia please don't do this to me. You are my partner" I saw him cry for the first time.

"Kenta"

"Yeah?"

"I broke your Play Station when we were younger"

"Break another one and don't-"

She closed her eyes and lost grip of his hand. He cried harder and I felt sorry for him but also a bit awkward as I slowly wrapped my arms around him. A another machine with wheels saying Ambulance came and her body went inside.

"I need to...go back home" I spoke softly.

"I see" he said with his hair covering his eyes. He came closer to me and I finally saw his brown eyes again. "Will I see you again, weirdo?" he chuckled, wiping his tears.

"No"

He walked off without saying a word and drove off in the machine.

I made him angry?

I saw a portal with Arlin beside it. "Let's go" he sighed.

"You can't tell me what to do but I'm going anyways" I glared at him.

He looked at Kenta looking at me through the machine window. "Who's that human?" he asked.

"I don't know" I shuttered then entered the portal. I stopped and ran back through it.

"Flora!-"

"I'll be back!" I ran after the machine.

I reached at a hospital and saw him sitting down with his eyes covered with his hands. He looked up at me then didn't look at me.

"What do you want?" he asked, sounding stuffy.

"To be your friend"

A smile grew on his face. "Me too" he did a toothy smile.

I sat beside him and he told me I can write letters to him every month. "You must visit too" he smiled proudly.

"Fine, Mr. Toski" I laughed.

He hugged me. I hugged him back and purred snuggling my head under his chin.

"Weird but I'll take it. You are cute" he laughed.

I blushed extremely. "Shut up!" I kicked his leg.

"You can't....take com-ple-ments" he groaned.
