'D-dance?' Alexis stuttered. 'But... I don't know how to-'

  Yuya placed his finger on her lips, silencing her. 'Just follow my lead.'

  He led Alexis to the middle of the ballroom. He guided her hand and placed it on his shoulder while her other hand was intertwined in his. His free hand snaked around Alexis' waist making her tense up.

  It was clear she wasn't used to dancing slow dances but whatever. They started dancing to the music. 'Alex, please tell me you didn't hear that just now.' Yuya said quietly.

  Alexis shook her head quickly. 'N-no! O-of course not!'

  Yuya sighed. 'You are horrible at lying.'

  Alexis rolled her eyes. 'Shut it, Tomato-head.'

  Yuya pouted. 'Even you call me that.'

  Alexis smiled. 'You are one, aren't you?'

  'Certainly not!' Yuya huffed. Alexis giggled, then she realized that Yuya was looking at her. Well, she looked back at him. Blue eyes meeting crimson. They stopped dancing and Yuya caressed Alexis' cheek.

  That's when they both realized that....

  I love him/her...

They leaned in, almost closing the gap between each other.... When! When, Rin came running up and jerking Alexis away.

  'H-huh?'

  Rin looked at the two and blushed. 'Heh... Sorry for ruining the moment. But this is urgent! Alex, your parents were involved in an accident!  The doctor and police wants to see you!'

  Alexis looked at Rin alarmed. 'What?!'

  Alexis politely excused herself before running back into her room, not after grabbing her purse and ignoring all of Yuya and Rin's calls for her.

  Dark flew out of her purse. 'Alex! You need to see your parents!'

  Alexis looked up from her tears. 'But what about Yuya and the rest?'

  'Which is more important? Family? Or love?' Dark questioned.

  '... Family!'

  'Well?'

  'But I'm so puzzled and confused! I don't know which path to choose right now!' Alexis grabbed a handful of her hair and began tugging at it.

  Dark flew onto her shoulder and gave her a tiny pet hug. 'It's gonna be okay. You go back and see your parents and return back here.'

  'You think it'll work?' Alexis asked, feeling extremely grateful for her little pet. Dark nodded. 'But what if I lose my way?'

  'Leave it to me.' Dark smiled. Alexis hugged Dark. 

  'Thank you, Dark! I love you so much!' Alexis smiled and kissed the little guy on the head.

  'No, you don't. You love Yuya.' Dark said. Alexis blushed furiously.

  'Alright, enough talk about Yuya!' Alexis said and started packing. 

The next morning, Alexis came to breakfast with her bag. Yuzu looked up from her food. 'Are you leaving?'

  Alexis nodded and looked at Yuya. 'I'm sorry. I need to see my parents. It's very urgent.'

  Yuya nodded. 'I understand, Alex. But please return. I won't sleep well until you're back.' Then he spread his arms. 'We all won't.'

  'Thank you.'

  Berserk has hardly taken over Yuya anymore which pleases Alexis. She walked up to Yuya and hugged him. He returned the hug.

  'I'm going to miss you. Please return as soon as you can.' Yuya murmured into the crook of Alexis' neck.

  Alexis smiled and kissed Yuya's cheek. 'Don't you worry that little tomato head of yours. I'll be back as soon as I can.'

  After giving hugs from everyone, Alexis picked up her bag. Yuya got up and escorted her to the entrance of the castle.

  'Goodbye, Yuya.' Alexis smiled, giving Yuya one last hug which Yuya returned. 

  'Goodbye, Alex.' Yuya said. Alexis turned and walked down the path to the gates. She could've sworn she heard Yuya mutter 'I love you' but she shook it off.

  She left the castle which she had made so many wonderful memories and into the dark forest. Dark helped by drawing an arrow with a rock on anything he sees. For example, trees, stones, etc.

  Finally, after an hour, she found her way out of the forest. Luckily she didn't get hurt this time. She quickly ran towards Heartland Hospital. Bursting through the doors, she ran up to the counter.

  'Excuse me?'

  The counter lady was talking on the phone. And she seemed to be having the time of her life. She realized Alexis and said, 'Hold on for a moment.' 

  'Yes? What is it?' She asked with clear annoyance in her tone. 

  'Is there a Mr and Mrs Furukawa staying here?' Alexis asked, ignoring the tone the counter lady was giving her.

  'Yes, there is. Level 3, Room 157. Thank you, have a nice day.' She returned to the call. Alexis towards the stairs.

Level Two...

Aha! Level three! She opened the door and ran down the hallways. Finally, she came across Room 157. She panted and steadied her breathing. A nurse walked up to her and said, 'Excuse me? Please do not run in the hospital. It is very dangerous.'

  'You're right. I'm sorry.' Alexis apologized and went into the room. In the room, Alexis saw two curtains that were drawn closed. She peeked into one and saw her mother. She lying in bed with an oxygen mask over her mouth and nose.

  Alexis peeked into the other ad saw her father. His body lay on the bed. His hand was twisted backwards but at least he was breathing. 

  'F-Father?'

  'M-Mother?'
