Shay stared at the golden alphabet written on the scroll. Her eyes brimmed with tears then she smiled. She was so anxious and after hearing the news that he was safe and sound her heart finally settled. Nandini was such a tease. She definitely knew of her condition and this is also why she visited the main manor today to give the letter to her. Biting her lips Shay looked at the letter again.

My precious one,

The war finally ended. And it's a fortunate for us to have the crown of victory. We could defeat the Hunas and return back safely. As you also know the war never gave any pleasing satisfaction to heart. Though we are still alive and want to celebrate the victory, but there are people who lost lives fighting with us. I never want to imagine how their family would react. I know, my words must sound weird and weak but afterall we are all human. During this whole battle I missed you, there's time when I thought I may not be able to see you anymore, the raging fear and difficulty has made my heart ache, but the want of seeing you again kept my will strong and my responsibility as Yuvraj also hold me back. We are going back to palace soon, and once the victory ceremony is finished, I will be coming back to Tanishq. But this time, I won't be alone while returning, because these months of seperation has made me realise, it was unwise to leave you there. I will be taking you with me this time, and there's no way I want to hear any refuse.

Shay laid on bed with sigh. He is finally coming back, to take her? She just can't believe that he really wrote the letter for her. He is returning back which means Manik will definitely come too. Does that mean, the days in Tanishq is short for them? She believes since Samarth has planning to take her out of the capital then definitely Manik won't stay back. Afterall he was about to marry Nandini and how could he leave her there? Shay was glad the Samarth wrote the letter to her, finally she could rest her heart in peace after being tortured for so many months. But thinking about the situation, it still felt like they just left yesterday and about to come next day. She sighed again. Never in her dream she thought there will be a day, where she will fell in love with someone, who is also a Yuvraj and also related to another country, so far from the capital? If their parents were alive, may be she wouldn't have the heart to move out but fortunately they are not here anymore. Nandini was the only relative she has, her only family and since she is also going away, it's a good thing that she could follow along. Afterall she couldn't imagine her life being so alone, without anyone. She always fear what will she do alone after Nandini married off, but now she felt god could see her pain and struggle.

When Shay was smiling and imagining her new life, at the same time in the palace Samrat was anxious. Tanishq was still left the Yuvraj position empty after Parv. The Samragyee is still bedridden and chanted for her son all day and night. Though he sent physician to heal Parv but everything was done secretly. Afterall Parv was his favourite son born from favourite wife. In these whole months the other consorts and princes trying to grab the Yuvraj position but he was the Samrat and no matter how much they hinted on the matter he remained firm and didn't gave in. At this current moment Samrat was sitting in his study looking at the newest report sent by his investigator.

"How's the situation in Quasar? "

"Your majesty, I heard that Quasar had defeated the great Hunas in war. The two princess led the army personally and fought there. They showed impressive skills that even the Hunas were shocked. The two princes of Quasar is quite dangerous. I must say that the princes of Tanishq couldn't defeat them. Besides after the war, Quasar has captured all the strong source of Hunas and combined them with their own. The power of Quasar has doubled after this Huna-Qua war your majesty " the new advisor Mulan said beside him.

"This is serious" Samrat nodded his head "if it goes like this then Quasar would not give us any respect in future. I fear they would even try to destroy Tanishq" he shook his head "already there are so many tensions around and now Quasar is making another big problem"

"Your majesty, in this case there's only one solution" advisor Mulan said again.

Samrat turned his head to look at him "what are you referring Advisor?"

Advisor Mulan smiled "your majesty, since we can't compete with Quasar in power then we have to keep our relationship stronger so that the political views couldn't change and give them chance to attack us even if they are unsatisfied "

"What's your suggestion?"

"Your majesty, there's only way to keep Tanishq free from disadvantage. I really don't want to interfere in royal matters but this case is related to the well-being of the nation and as a advisor I could not stand to see your majesty being so stressed and worried. It's my duty and also responsibility to give solution to your problems. What I can say in this matter is only a marriage relationship could keep Tanishq free from danger "

"Marriage?" Samrat frowned "what nonsense are you sprouting advisor? What marriage you are talking about? Second prince is already engaged, it's already a good problem and you want to add another one?"

"Your majesty, second prince may chosen in bride but he is not the real one in power. Yuvraj Samarth is left, and since the princes are coming back to Tanishq this is the best time to propose"

"What are you saying? Where is bride?"

"Your majesty may have forgotten but there was another concubine your majesty brought in after consort Yami. But because royal concubine died after giving birth, her matter was never raised and the little princess is forgotten in the harem"

Samrat's eyes widened. It's indeed he forgot about that girl. It was a disaster that the woman died giving birth to the premature child. Then he gave the little girl to the maids to take care of and never visited again and forgot he had a daughter too.

"Advisor Mulan is really wise. If you haven't raised this matter I would have forgotten about it. And pondering over the matter you just said it's not a bad deal too. Samrat was more satisfied with his answers. He want his people to be submissive and loyal. He couldn't help but smile. The situation of Quasar has become the danger for Tanishq. And this marriage plan of them would pave a way for them.  Now he just needed to wait for the princes to arrive in the capital so that he could raise this topic to them. Though there was invisible tension between the two countries but this marriage would give Tanishq some advantages. Quasar couldn't attack without any valid reason and even if they try so, it will be shameful for Quasar to attack Tanishq and kill him, who is father in law, in relation. This kind of method is good and gives advantages in many aspects. Samrat leaned back on his chair with a satisfied smile on his face.

In the meantime in Quasar, the royal carriages are parked at the entrance of the palace and few guards has guarding it outside. Manik and Samarth walked outside and looked at the arrangements.

"The victory ceremony will definitely miss us, isn't it?" Manik said to Samarth.

"Do you care?" Samarth asked.

Manik turned to him smirking "I have wasted quite a long time in the war. So boring, I had to take care not to get scratches or my darling will give me earful. Now that I have kept my promise I am looking forward for the reward I am about to get" 

Samart rolled his eyes "you better keep that mouth shut on the way. I don't want to experience your vulgar dream on the way back"

Manik smirked "please, stop your drama, you are behaving like a saint one, when we both know the truth lies behind it"

"No one's talking with you" Samarth rolled his eyes again before climbing the carriage.

Manik pursed his lips and turned to the guard behind him "just inform father that we are bored in the ceremony, do we are getting fresh air" then he also joined his brother.

In the dark night, the carriage disappeared like smoke only leaving the guard who has crying face because he was about to get earful lectures from his majesty himself. This princes are so cruel afterall.
