Bioterrorism. A form of terrorism that involves the use of biohazardous weaponry. However, what if the weapons are organic, or in Layman's terms.... A humanoid living creature exposed to whatever the terrorists used?

A helicopter flew across the night, above a desert. Inside were 2 pilots flying the aircraft, and a squad of 4 people behind them.

"Kazuya, what's the sitrep?" The captain asked.

"... Shouldn't it be you, who gives the briefing, Captain?"

"Well, HQ accidentally sent the briefing files into your wrist computer so you're going to do the briefing for us!"

Kazuya sighed. This was just day one for him in this job, and squad. He had a family who are neither rich or poor, but he liked guns. He decided to join the Anti Bioterror Alliance, but he never expected that he's the one doing the briefing.

He readied his wrist computer, and a hologram popped out, revealing a bunker.

"HQ sent us Intel, that there's a bunker somewhere in the middle of the Arizona Desert, where Biological Weapons are illegally created. The locals from the nearby town had reported that young girls who lived there had gone missing, and a huge reward is given for those who found and rescue them. Our objective is to rescue the hostages, clear any hostile activity, and destroy the bunker."

The captain then patted Kazuya's shoulder, smirking proudly.

"Not bad for your first briefing."

"Next time you should do it again" A squad member with the dogtags with the name 'Eddie' etched on them, joked.

"Lay off from him. This is his first day, he's nervous!" The other member, named Carl (as seen from his dogtags) said.

"S... Shut up! I'm not nervous!"

"Alright, enough talk. The pilots found the bunker already."

The helicopter stopped flying forwards, and is now hovering above some rocky formations. The squad then rappelled down below, and readied their rifles. They approached the rocky formations, to find a steel door built within them.

"Carl, you know what to do."

"Got it." Carl pulls out some breaching charges, and placed it on the door.

A few seconds after Carl rigged it, it blew up the door away. The squad hurriedly went inside the bunker.

They were soon met with hostility by the guards inside, but they were wiped out as the squad had better weaponry.

They went deeper underground, to find girls in holding cells, pulling on their bars.

"Carl, Ed, free these people and escort them to the chopper. Kazuya, with me."

Carl and Eddie then did what they were ordered to do, as Kazuya and the captain went deeper.

They managed to find the labs, and rigged it to blow with remote controlled C4 charges.

"This is not the main lab, this is too small for one, captain!"

"Then search for it, shall we?" The captain replied, as he shoots a guard without looking.

They later found an elevator and went down, to the deepest level of the bunker, which is the main lab. There are control consoles, computers and scientific equipment everywhere, and in the middle of the room is the last hostage, laying on an operating table.

"May? What is she doing here...?"

"You knew her, Kazuya?"

"Yes, Cap... She's my old friend. Last met her a year ago before graduating."

"Let me guess, you had a thing for her?"

"Let's just get her home, alright Captain?"

"Fine by me. Carry her, I'll cover your six."

Kazuya rushed towards the table, and princess carried May, before running back to the elevator, as the captain planted more charges around the lab, and took a confidential folder before leaving.

They all reached the helicopter, when the captain pressed the button on the remote detonator. An explosion caused the insides of the bunker to cave in, burying all that's left, inside.

Kazuya asked for the Captain's permission to bring May home after the mission is confirmed to be accomplished by HQ. To which he allows, and Kazuya did what he wanted.

May woke up on a couch, Kazuya looking down at her lying figure.

"How do you feel?"

"Kazu... What... You rescued me?"

"Yeah, I did. What happened to you, why were you in that bunker?"

"They... They ran these kinds of tests on girls. The other subjects died, but for me... I'm still alive, am I? I remembered being injected with something..."

"Wait, so does this mean that you're infected?"

"I don't know."

"Well, I don't see anything wrong with you. Maybe your body fought back whatever's injected?"

"Maybe.... Oh, my head's spinning... It's getting hot around here..."

"What? Alright then, head to the bathroom and take a cold one. You'll be fine, maybe."

"Yeah, I think..."

Kazuya waited, by playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered for an hour.

It was then he realized that May is taking way too long, and Kazuya knocked on the bathroom door, a handgun in hand.

"May...? Are you there?"

There's no answer. Kazuya then kicked the door open, to find...

What's supposed to be May in the bathtub... Is a human sized silk cocoon.

"M...May? Are you in there?"

Kazuya rubbed the silky prison, as it suddenly crack and a hand came out from it.

Gulping, Kazuya readied his handgun as May tore herself out of the shell.

Then the head came out, and Kazuya pulled the trigger, out of shock. May was sent back towards a wall, before slumping back towards the tub, crushing the now empty cocoon.

May is naked in her born-again form, and her eyes had slits instead of normal irises.

Kazuya shakily dropped the gun, and went to the tub, holding May's body on his arms.

"I'm sorry... I should've... I should've known..."

But then he heard a giggle very close to his right ear. He then looked at May's face to see her eyes were wide open, and is licking her lips.

Kazuya didn't notice the stinger behind him, which then pierced him in the back, injecting something into his bloodstream which made him aroused.

Kazuya pushed her off, revealing that she somehow grew a scorpion's tail, with the stinger. She laughed in glee as she fondled her new body, before crawling towards Kazuya.

Kazuya couldn't move. The venom had paralysed him, and May... Or what was once her, had her way with him.

Days later, Kazuya's hometown is infested with human-scorpion hybrids terrorising daily life. As for Kazuya himself, he lies motionless on his bed. May had decapitated Kazuya after mating with him, and kept his head with her for the rest of her life.
