Sasha X EatingDisorder!Reader
((There are some eating disorders that aren't self inflicted... And it's pretty sad what these people go through. I watched a Buzzfeed video on it...))
You clutched your stomach, feeling it rumble in the middle of class, but not in a good way.
Ever since last summer you had been feeling rather... Ill.
You couldn't keep anything down, nothing.
It hurt to just think of food.
I'm not anorexic or anything... What's happening to me... You wondered.
You had shut yourself away for a fee weeks, hoping that it would get better. Your throat burned like it was full of acid, and your stomach felt like it was on fire...
But your parents saw you throwing up and thought you were bulimic.
They saw how thin you were.
They signed you up for counseling...
I'm not depressed...
Sasha your friend, heard your growling stomach. Unlike everyone else, she had given you some much needed space and not asked you a hundred questions.
She didn't believe the rumors either.
"She has burns and cuts all over her arms, that's why she wear all those sweaters..."
"I heard, she tried to commit suicide one time!"
"Really? I bet she got raped! That's why she was out for so long!!!"
In reality you just didn't want everyone to see how thin you were... And you always wore sweaters! They're comfy!
"Hey, pst (Name)? You hungry?" She asked, pulling out her lunch box.
"Er um... No, thank you." You responded.
The smell of her baked potato from her lunch bag was enough to make you sicker then you already were.
Your parents had been forcing you to eat, which only made it worse.
"Oh ok, but I've got plenty of snacks to share!" She whispered, eating potato chips.
You sighed, nodding, before paying attention to your English teacher again.
Remember for your project, you will be writing a speech, that speech will be presented in front of the entire school. The speech should be about something your passionate about, and should be related to the topic of bullying. Since it is bullying awareness month. It's due on friday. You've has all week to work on it." She explained, you rolled your eyes, not really caring.
---
"So, what're you doing for the project?" You asked at lunch. Sasha was eating her baked potato seemingly at the speed of sound.
"Um... I don't know yet, what about you?" She lied.
The project's due ton Friday...... You thought skeptically.
"I'm doing it on that kid who bullied me in third grade, remember (bully's name)?" You said.
She nodded.
"Hey uh... I've gotta leave early today. I'll see you tomorrow." Sasha said, packing up her lunch as she looked over at the clock.
"Oh..." You said, slightly disappointed.
"Ok."
As soon as Sasha left, you saw the "bratty daddy-BITCH" turn towards you.
"So hun, hows life? Why don't you put some meat on your bones? Maybe then you won't have to wear those kinky sweaters all the time." She said, while the other girls who were sitting with her giggled.
"Just... Leave me alone." You said.
"Uh oh, someone call the support line! We've got vomit city and she's coming at you!"
You felt even sicker.
"Um... I need to go..." You said, standing up, before going outside and hiding in the bathroom. You got out your phone and called your sister begging her to pick you up. Unlike the other members of your family, she got the fact that you weren't depressed.
She agreed, and picked you up and signed you out.
--
Your parents wouldn't understand. You sat in your room, the door locked.
All you wanted, was for the pain to stop.
It had been increasingly worse today.
You tried eating again, those girls were right... You told yourself.
But it only made you feel worse.
Fat, it was holding you back from getting better...
Your mom forced you to go to school on Friday.
Your head was spinning, you felt like you were in a hurricane.
You didn't see Sasha for the first half of the day, not until the assembly.
People delivered their speeches, but you felt too sick to do so, so you ran and hid in the bathroom, throwing up in the toilet.
Please god please... Make it stop... You begged.
For the rest of the assembly, you sat in the bathroom. You could hear it all from there anyway.
You listened to some of the speeches, not really caring.
Until you heard Sasha come on.
"Um, hello! My name is Sasha Braus."
"HEY BRAS, WHAT SIZE!!!?" Some retard shouted, making everyone laugh.
"Bigger then yours." She answered, it made you smile softly, you had given her that comeback...
"Anyway, for the past week we had to do this, I never knew what I wanted to write. I didn't want to write something about some kid who hurt me, because everyone's doing that.
Instead, I wanted to talk about someone I knew, who was being bullied in a whole different way.
She had been of school for a really long time, and rumors started to circulate.
I can confirm, that none of these were true.
I wanted to prove them wrong, so I did a bunch of research and found stories that were just like hers. She's not alone."
You felt your breath hitch, and you sniffled.
"There are many people with eating disorders in this world. And it's not fair that no one believe her, when they're very very real.
My friend, has an eating disorder.
From my research it makes your throat swell and burn like fire, making it hard to talk, or swallow. Or even breath. Your stomach feels like it's full of acid, and you can't keep any food down.
Why does no one believe her pain, when there are so many people suffering from it?
This is what my project was on, and I hope you all consider, how large of dick heads you've all been to her, and give her a chance to explain herself. Fuck all of you. Goodbye."
She said, and you heard the mic getting passed to someone else, as well as some shouts and murmurs.
After a few minutes you heard footsteps come down the hall.
"(Name)? I know you're in here." Sasha said, you looked down at the ground.
"Heeellllo?" She said, walking passed your stall, you stood up opening it a tiny crack.
"Oh, there you are, I just wanted to say that-"
You tackled her into a hug, not letting her say anything else.
"Thank you..." You mumbled, sobbing.
"Thank you so much..."
She smiled and hugged back.
"No problem. Just do me a favor ok?" She asked, looking into your eyes.
"Y-yeah, what?"
"Smile."
You looked at her confused.
"You're really pretty when you smile." She said, you blushed softly.
"Oh, and I talked to my mom, who talked to your mom. She's going to take you to a doctor so you can feel better!"
"R-really?" You said.
"Yep! But seriously, smile ok? I miss your smile, it's part of the reason I fell in love with you!" She said, completely oblivious to the fact that she had just confessed to you.
"Oh wait. Whoops. Oh well." She said blushing.
"Uh... This is awkward."
You pecked her on the lips softly, smiling.
"I love you too." You said.
Megan, one of the girls in your class, walked into the bathroom.
"Really? Take that into the stall if you're going to get noisy... No one wants to see that." She said, the bisexual sticking out her tongue.
((Can you guess who that character at the end was. *LOL ME*
Anyway... Hope you enjoyed!))
