1. Smut is aloud, but your character has to be of a legal age, and it's only for PM. On top of that, it won't be the main focus of the RP.

2. OP decks are fine, but don't push it. On top of that, you can't always open the perfect hand of cards to win with, or have a counter to everything.

3. Duels are going to be done like in the anime, rather than the actual card game, meaning 4000 LP and the other rules. With this, don't invent cards without asking first.

4. Characters need to have a personality. I don't want to be bored while RP'ing.
