Me? I'm Kari (car-ri) Himura (he-moo-ruh) and I'm not very old, about fourteen actually. I just got transfred to a new high school after I moved and now I'm going that way. I don't really want to attend school... But my parents, as well as my older brothers, would want me to go, so here I am.

Kari turns a corner to her right and sees her new school. She lets out an unamused sigh and pulls on her blue button up, male  uniform shirt then walks on. Kari looked around as she stood at the enterance to her new school. She saw a lot of people hanging around, she did not like this. So many people to make fun of her and beat her up... She hated big schools like this, but she had no other choice. She steped in the courtyard, her hands in her pockets and her pure white hair covering her eyes. She glanced around with her shiny blood red eyes at everyone as they gave her looks. Was it her hair or the boys uniform? Or her height? Maybe it was another reason. Either way she'd try and let it go. Kari entered the school building and put on her indoor shoes then she went to class. She adjusted her pony tail that spiked out in differant directions then the ribbon that was wrapped around her two hair groups in the front and finally the white bandages around her right arm that covered from her finger tips to her shoulder blade and the white bandages around her left hand to about an inch below her elbow. This one showed more of her arm while the other was tight and showed no skin from her arm.

Kari looked in a mirror and sighed as her waning silver crescent moon symbol on her forehead shimmered along with her other symbols on her torso, back, tops and palms of her hands and tops and bottoms of her feet. Kari blinked, unamused as she hid the one on her forehead with her hair and then went into  the classroom.

She took a seat and looked around. Everyone seemed to be doing their own thing, either talking or on their phone or even playing a game. Kari just stared at a group as they played a game she was not very familear with. She sighed then steped out.

"Who's that?" One girl asked.

"Must be a new guy." A boy anwsered. Kari gulped and watched as the teacher appeared.

"Oh, hello there. You must be Kari." She stated happily and Kari nodded.

"H-hello, m-ma'am." Kari replied and moved out of her way to let her in.

"I'll be a moment then I'll introduce you to the class. Sound good?" Kari nodded.

"Y-yes."

"I thought there were three students coming to my class."

"T-two of m-my older brothers aren't feeling good so my oldest brother is home taking care of them."

"Oh, ok. Well, I hope they get better." Kari nodded and looked down while shuffling her feet. The teacher steped in. "Good morning class."

"Good morning teacher."

"Class today we have a new studant, ok, you can come in now." The teacher called and stepped in. "Class, this is-- Well, I'll let her introduce herself." The class gasped and Kari winced.

"THAT'S A GIRL?!"

"NO WAY!!!" Kari gulped as the other kids debated.

"Settle down, settle down." The teacher growled and Kari looked down to her feetr and squeaked.

"M...My name's K-kari Kana Lee Himura... H-hello..." She greeted and the class stared.

"Now Kari, you can sit over by Atem. He's over there." The teacher pointed to a tan teenager with multicolored hair with a similar looking boy sitting in front of him. "Atem, please stand so Kari can find you easier." Atem stood and smiled kindly. Kari walked shyly over towards her new seat.

"Hi, nice to meet you." Atem greeted. "You camein here earlier, correct?" Kari nodded. "Wanted to see the class room?" Kari shook her head.

"I...I just needed to rest... There wern't any chairs in the hall... And I didn't wanna ist on the ground... It-it would've been harder to stand..." Kari replied and the lesson started. The day went on and Kari rush out the moment school was over. She had a smile on her face as she raced home quickly. She turned the corner, skiding her feet as she leanad to the right, her hand on the ground to help her turn.

"Kari! Hey!" She heard as she reached her home.

"Kite!!" Kari called and jumped to hug a sixteen year old boy with silver messy hair and sapphire blue eyes. His name, Kitearo (Kite-are-oh). The two let out a laugh then went inside. "How are Boom and Beats?" Kari asked as she looked up at her older brother.

"They are much better. They should be able to go to school tomorrow." Kitearo smiled as he walked to a door to hear a light thud.

"Aw man... I knocked over my water..."

"Well... Sucks to be you bro."

"Shut up Beats and grab the glass!"

"Nah... I'm tired. Thanks anyways Boom."

"MY CUP IS BY YOUR BED!!! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GRAB IT!!!"

"Nah... Too tired... Need sleep." Beats yawned and Kitearo and Kari walked in. The two stared at the mirror twins. Boom had mainly blue hair with black tips that spiked to the right and his heterochromic eyes shined, his left eye blue and his right. Beats had the same colors, only swapped. The two twins also had eighth note symbols. Boom had a blue one on his right cheek while Beats had a black one on his left cheek.

Kari smiled kindly and went and grabbed Boom's glass, left the room then came back with it filled wig water. She then sat it down on Boom's night stand and cleaned up the spill.

"Thanks kid." Boom smiled at her then ruffled her hair and pulled her in to kiss her forehead. Kari giggled. "See that Beats? Kari helped me!" Beats mumbled.

"Oh bite me bro. I was only messin with ya." He yawned and Boom sighed. Kari smiled and kissed Boom's forehead then went and kissed Beats forehead.

"Ok, come on Kari. We should go and let these two knuckle heads rest." Kitearo chuckled and put his right hand on his hip.

"Kay. I also need to go out and do some shopping." Kari smiled then went to her room and changed her cloths then left.

Kari was now wearing a midday sky blue t shirt with a waning silver crescent moon on the front of her shirt, denim blue shorts thhat slightly below her knees, an army green cap, silver rimmed goggles with slightly tinted lenses, a silver ninja scarf, and black slip on shoes.

Kari then left the house after grabbing her skateboard. She rode on towards the store, passing a small game shop. She stopped and looked at it then left after a while of staring.

She then bought some produce and then began to go home the same way. She stopped at the game store again and sighed. "Well... I have some time... Maybe I'll take a look around." She entered the game store and looked around.

"Welcome." Called the old man behind the counter. Kari looked at him and waved then went back to looking. "Looking for anything in particular today miss?" He asked, approaching her.

"N-no sir. Just looking." Kari replied in a low tone. The man smiled kindly and let out a chuckle.

"Might I intrist you in some duel monsters cards?" He asked and pulled up a small foil package and showed it to Kari. "Their a big hit." Kari stared at the package. "My grandsons can explain it better. Yugi, Atem, come down here please."

"Coming grandpa!" Two pairs of feet rushed down the stairs. Once they were at the bottom they stared at Kari.

"Kari?" Atem asked and Yugi blinked. Kari nervously nodded.

"Hmm? So you know each other? Well that's great! This makes it easier to explain I suppose." Yugi's grandpa smiled and then began to walk back behind the counter.

"So, you're interested in duel monsters?" Yugi asked with a smile. Kari did not reply then shuffled her feet.

"N... Not really..." She mumbled. "L-look.... I-I gotta get goin.... I told my brother I would be home soon and I'm gonna be late if I stay any longer..." Kari stated in a low tone then left and rode her skateboard home quickly. "Don't get close to anyone." She thought as she went home. "Don't. I'll get hurt by them... And... I don't wanna go through that again..." Kari skid to a stop then entered her home.

"I'm home!" She called and saw Kitearo in the kitchen.

"Hey shorty, welcome home." He chuckled.

"DON'T CALL ME SHORT!!!" Kari growled and put the groceries away then stomped to her room.

"Dinner will be ready soon you three!!" Kitearo called out as the pan in front of him sizzling loudly.

"Alright." Boom and Beats called in unison.

"Kay..." Kari replied with a sigh. She was deep in thought about what happened at the game store earlier. Soon everyone ate and was sound asleep.

Me: As you can see I have more characters like the mirror twins Boom and Beats and Kitearo. Hope you like the reboot and all, se you all soon!! I WILL BE POSTING THINGS SLOWLY, I WILL POST QUICKER TWORDS MY SUMMER VACATION!!!
