(3rd Person PoV)

At the You Show school, Syuzo was teaching a class which consists of Ayu, Futoshi, Tatsuya, Yuichi, Yuya and Sora.

"Now normal summoning is basically you summoning a monster well...normally," Syuzo started.

Tatsuya raised his hand and Syuzo gave him a nod.

"And Advance Summoning is when you release a monster to summon a monster with a high level," he said and Syuzo gave him some praise.

Ayu and Futoshi seemed really bored and Sora was not paying attention to the lesson. He was instead, doing something else.

"I fuse together my ice cream and custard together to Fusion Summon," he said as he mixes his food. He tries it and his eyes sparkled at the taste.

"Yum!" He cheered.

"Umm, Sora. Don't eat in class or else Yuichi will whack you," Yuya warned but then she looked at Yuichi who seemed lost in thought.

Huh, Yuichi has been acting weird since yesterday. I wonder why? She thought, concerned.

"Now Sora, can you explain what Fusion Summon does?" Syuzo asked but Sora didn't listen and instead was biting into a donut.

"Pay attention!" Syuzo snapped and then Yuichi slammed his hands on the desk and stood up.

"Dad, what about XYZ summoning?" He asked, suddenly which made everyone turned to look at him.

"What about it?" Syuzo asked.

"I...uhh...was wondering if you knew about it," Yuichi said in a whisper.

"I sadly don't know about it. All I know is that the Leo Institute has started to teach it recently. Why do you want to know?" Syuzo asked.

"Well...I...I....," Yuichi glanced at a confused Yuya and suddenly, the girl from yesterday flashed in his mind. The girl with the same face as Yuya.

He gasped quietly before shaking his head.

"It's nothing," he said with a smile and sat down.

Get it together, Yuichi. Yuya doesn't know how to XYZ summon, he thought.

Suddenly, they heard a loud voice outside and realized that it was Gongenzaka!

They all went outside and Yuya and Syuzo approached him.

"I was out training, doing my morning jog when I saw these suspicious people outside of your school!" Gongenzaka explained as soon as he saw them.

He added on, "they claim that Yuya attacked them yesterday."

"What?" Yuya asked and three people stepped out. They were Shingo's friends?!

"That's right and we have a witness!" Ootomo exclaimed.

"And he's right there!" Yamabe pointed to...

Yuichi?!

"Me?" Yuichi pointed to himself, confused.

"Yeah! He saw it! He clearly saw that the culprit had Yuya's face and that could only mean that she did it! She attacked Shingo and us!" Ootomo stated.

"You're out of your mind!" Ayu shouted.

"Yeah, Big Sis Yuya would never do that!" Futoshi said.

"Didn't Big Bro Yuichi went over to duel Shingo to protect Yuya?" Tatsuya asked.

"Huh? Oh no! I didn't realize that my son could be guilty by association!" Syuzo cried.

"N-now hold on. Only Yuya is to blame. Shingo's injuries have left him hospitalized and he could be in his final moments of life!" Yamabe cried.

Meanwhile at the hospital, Shingo had his casts off and was eating melon from a bowl. He seems fine.

Back the the school, Kakimoto shouted, "how can you sleep at night knowing that you're too blame for this!"

"But I'm not the culprit. Tell them, Yuichi," Yuya looked at him but Yuichi still seemed spaced out.

"Umm...well I was a witness but...," Yuichi murmured.

"Do you believe what is being told to you?" Yuya asked, worried.

"Well...," Yuichi still seemed hesitant.

"You'll get a criminal record for what you did to Shingo!" Shingo's goons said and Syuzo gasped.

"You have to tell us the whole story of yesterday. Maybe it's just a big misunderstanding," he said.

"Big misunderstanding?!" Shingo's goons gasped.

Just then, a woman with magenta hair and a man in a suit arrived.

"Good day, I am LDS chairwoman, Himika Akaba," the woman introduced herself. The man in the suit was named Nakajima.

"Huh? What's the chairwoman doing here?" Yuya asked and looked at Syuzo who had a similar look of confusion on his face.

Himika invited the You Show class plus Gongenzaka to a limousine where they would discuss more about the incident.

As they got in the limo and before driving away to the institute, Nakajima stayed behind for something.

"Here, the rare cards that we promised. Thank you for your acting," he said and gave the cards to Shingo's goons who laughed gleefully.

Later at the institute, they all entered the office.

Himika started with, "now, let's talk about Yuya Sakaki's assault on Shingo Sawatari."

"But I'm innocent though!" Yuya pleaded.

"I believe Yuya, she would never do such a thing!" Gongenzaka declared.

"We believe her too!" The kids said.

"Same," Sora nodded as he started to eat a chocolate bar.

"And what about you?" Himika asked, turning her head to Yuichi.

"Well...," Yuichi hesitated before looking at Yuya.

They started at each other for a moment before Yuya broke the silence with, "I wouldn't attack Shingo like that."

"...yeah. Yeah, you're right. Yuya is innocent!" Yuichi finally said.

So then who did it? Who attacked Shingo? He thought, remembering the girl from yesterday. She looked like Yuya but now that he thinks about it some more, there were some massive differences such as the hair color. Yuya's hair was much more brighter than the girls and their hairstyles were different as well.

This is getting stranger and stranger but all I know is that Yuya didn't do it! Yuichi thought and smiled at Yuya.

It seems like Yuya Sakaki won't be handed over due to the support of her friends. Well then, time for what I'm really here for, Himika thought.

"Then we can settle with for our pride! Our pride in the Leo Institution of Dueling! An outsider that defeated a student from our prestigious school would ruin our reputation," she said before adding on more furious, "I challenge that students from You Show duel students of LDS!"

"You're challenging us?!" Syuzo cried.

"What?!" Yuya and Yuichi cried as well although Sora just smirked at this.

"Now if you win, the Shingo incident will be dropped and forgotten but if we win, then LDS will inquire You Show. In other words, your school will belong to us," Himika explained.

"SAY WHAT?!" Yuya, Yuichi and even Gongenzaka cried.

"I heard about recent events that LDS has inquired many duel schools around Miami City. So was this incident just a set up?" Syuzo asked.

"Admittedly, I had nothing to do with the incident but I will admit that I used it to further our influence and to make Pendulum summoning our fourth pillar!" Himika explained.

"LDS can use our latest technology to incorporate Pendulum summoning into our curriculum and teach it. Because there are many students who admire Yuya, they're keen to learn Pendulum summoning themselves," she added on.

"But hold on. You can't preform Pendulum summoning with Pendulum cards and so far, only Yuya has them," Tatsuya pointed out.

"That won't be a problem, the Leo Institute will solve it," Himika waved this off and looked at Yuya.

Maybe this way, we'll figure out more about her, she thought.

"No way! I won't let anyone take You Show Duel School or Pendulum summoning. You Show was built by my father to teach Dueltaining. No amount of money would sway me to give it up!" Yuya declared.

Her friends were impressed by this determination.

"Yeah, she's right! We won't give You Show up! Not on our watch!" Yuichi stated.

The kids nodded at this.

"And I will also fight alongside Yuya," Gongenzaka stated but then Sora spoke up.

"Oh please, you're not even in this school. If anyone has to duel, it'll be me, Yuya and Yuichi. Only we can represent You Show," Sora rolled his eyes.

"I guess I did forget that I don't attend You Show but still, the sentiment is there," Gongenzaka stated.

"Uh-huh...anyways! I'd like to test out my strength against a student of LDS," Sora said.

"Why you-!" Gongenzaka tried to protest but Himika interrupted him.

"Good, the students who represent You Show have been chosen!" She said.

"My students won't lose because the You Show Duel School is not for sale!" Syuzo said and everyone else cheered.

Later, they all went over to a duel court where Himika was waiting for them with three students by her side.

Yuya, Yuichi and Sora stared at them and Sora spoke up first, "guess I'm dueling first!"

"Hold on, Sora. We need to be careful with the first round so I'll duel first," Yuya told him.

"Huh?" Sora asked.

"Agreed but it'll be no surprise since after all, we need the first win out of three," Himika said.

"Ok, listen here lady-!" Sora shouted.

"Sora, calm down!" Yuichi glared at him.

"Now my students here are also of the Junior Youth age but are also top duelists in their respective courses," Himika explained.

"So I'm up against the creator of Pendulum summoning, eh?" A boy with purple hair and had a constellation hair accessory said.

"And you are?" Yuya asked.

"Hokuto Shijima and I'm the XYZ course representative of LDS," he said.

"Huh?" Yuichi then turned his full attention to him.

"I think I know him," Tatsuya grabbed his Duel disk and looked him up and held it up so Ayu, Futoshi and Gongenzaka could see.

"He has 91% win rate, he's that good," Tatsuya confirmed.

"Which means that he's able to qualify for the Junior Youth division of the Arc League Championship!" Futoshi gasped, remembering the tournament that is coming up soon.

"Yeah and he's the favorite to win," Ayu added on.

"Well worry not, Yuya! Even if your opponent is a favorite, you can't fear him! You have to get fired up!" Syuzo assured her.

"Y-yeah," Yuya noted.

They went over to the duel court and faced each other on the opposite sides of the court.

Syuzo was in the control room where Action Fields were placed.

"My students can overcome any obstacles," Himika smirked with pride.

"Oh yeah? Well we'll see about that! I activate the field spell, Cosmic Sanctuary!" Syuzo pressed a button and the field transformed into a ruined temple with a large starry night sky.

"Huh? Oh this is great! This field is straight up my alley!" Hokuto laughed.

"Huh? Why?" Syuzo asked.

"You do realize that Hokuto means Big Dipper right? Like the constellation?" Sora asked, unamused.

"Oh...oh dear," Syuzo sweatsdropped and Yuichi clutched onto his fan.

"He's lucky he's in the control room right now," he said with a red tick mark on the side of his head.

"Well whatever, I promise that I'll win for the future of the You Show Duel school!" Yuya stated, determined.

"Duelists locked in battle!" Ayu shouted.

"Kicking against the earth and dancing in the air alongside their monster," Tatsuya chanted.

"They storm through this field!" Futoshi exclaimed, happily.

"Behold! This is the newest and greatest evolution of dueling...ACTION!" All three of them shouted.

"Let's Duel!"

Yuya - 4000 LPS

V.S

Hokuto - 4000 LPS

Meanwhile, a hooded man was standing outside the school.
