Den and his Company were walking through the snowstorm.
"Ugh, I hate the cold weather," Rachel complained
Kira: Don't worry we're almost there.
Kira and her friends Walk through the snowstorm and into the cave of the ice dragons, her home when she confronts the dragons of the ice barrier Gungnir and Brionac,
Gungnir: Ah. Kira, it is good to see you,
Kira: Yes It is good to see you too,
Gungnir: And Kishinami, it has been a while,
Den: Likewise.
Brionac: So what brings you here?
Kira: my friends and I are competing in a tournament and I thought I would come here with my friends so that I can practice. I hope that's ok with you.
Brionac: Permission granted.
Rachel: You have a connection with the Ice Barrier Dragons too?
Kira: I do, when I was six, my home was annihilated by a huge snowstorm, everyone died except for me, that is until the Ice Barrier dragons found me and took me in as one of their own, they took care of me and taught me how to duel using the Ice Barrier deck,
Blanc: You have an Ice Barrier Deck too?
Kira: Yes, I even added cards to support it, I gave my deck a nickname Absolute Zero Deck,
Blanc: I see, Kira I have a request,
"What is it?" Kira Asked
Blanc: I challenge you to a duel, consider this training for your next match
Kira: Right I'll accept your challenge.
Blanc: Alright, let's see which of us is the better Ice Barrier Duelist,
Both duelists ready their duel disks as they both say the word in unison

Kira: Alright, Here goes,
Kira: To start, I summon Glacial Beast Blizzard Wolf

Kira: My Blizzard Wolf is not going anywhere. I activate its effect, not only does it negate your attack but I can also summon a water monster from my hand as long as it's level 4 or lower. And the card I choose is Samurai of the Ice Barrier!

Kira draws her card
Kira: I'll switch my Samurai to defense mode which activates its effect. When it's switched to defense mode, it destroys itself and I can draw one card
Kira: Now I'll activate the spell, Gold Sarcophagus,
Kira activates a card that looks like an ancient box.
Kira: I banish one card from my deck and in two turns I get to add that card to my hand.
Kira takes out her deck and chooses one card and banishes it,
Kira: Next I'll summon Ice Knight!

Kira: Now I'll use its ability by detaching a material from my monster, I reveal any number of water monsters from my hand and I put that amount of ice counters on any monster on the field, so as you can see I have two so my monster gains two ice counters
Kira: Not only that Cold enchanter gains 300 ATK for each ice counter on the field.

Kira: I'll end my turn,

Turn 4: Blanc (White Heart)

Blanc draws her card and then she smirked
Blanc then began to transform into White Heart
Noire: you going for your transformation already?!
Whiteheart: My move,
White Heart: First I activate my facedown, Book of Moon which flips your Snowdust Giant face down
Snowdust Giant disappears as he was flipped face down
White Heart: Now I'll summon Defender or the ice barrier

Gungnir fires icicle shots at the facedown giant destroying it,
White Heart: Alright that about does it for my turn.

Turn 5: Kira Tidal

Kira: I draw, I'll use the effect of Ice Barrier from my Graveyard by banishing it along as well as sending a  level 5 or higher water monster to my graveyard I can add a water monster from my graveyard to my hand, so I send General Raiho to my graveyard to add Cold Enchanter back to my hand
Kira: I'll set a monster and end my turn.

Turn 6: Blanc (White Heart)

White Heart: I draw, I summon, Cryomancer of the Ice Barrier!

Kira: It's been two turns since Sarco was activated so The card I banished is added to my hand.
Kira: I'll end my turn

White Heart: Draw, I summon Revealer of the Ice Barrier

Gungnir charges up an icicle blast,
Kira: Hold it! I'll activate my Blizzard wolf's effect in my graveyard, at the start of the battle phase, since I have no monsters on my field I can special summon it,
White Heart: That thing again? I'll still attack it with Gungnir,
Gungnir fires the icicle blast at the Blizzard Wolf
Kira: And I'll use my Blizzard Wolf's effect, your attack is Canceled and I can special summon a water monster from my hand, and I choose Snow Dragon!
Blizzard wolf creates an ice barrier and a small blue dragon appeared.

The revealer creates an icy wind and destroys Kira's Snow Dragon,

White Heart: Well then, I'll end my turn then

Kira drew her card,
Kira: (Alright, Time to do this)
A Glowing White circle started glowing under Kira as she began to transform.
As Snow engulfed her, White Armor pieces started attaching to her body, she even grew wings. Her Duel disk color changed from blue to Icy Blue

Noire: Woah, She has one of those transformations too!?
Jin: Yeah, just pay attention.
Kira: I summon, My own Dance Princess of the Ice Barrier!
Kira: Next, I'll tribute my two water monsters on my side of the field, to special summon one of my ace cards, Ice Master!

Ice Master releases a giant blizzard storm from her staff instantly freezing the Dragon as it erodes away,

Jin: Wow, Kira's not playing around.
Kira: With that, I end my turn,

Blanc: I draw,
I tune my Cryomancer with my Revealer to Synchro summon, Brionac Dragon of the ice barrier.

Kira: I... draw!
Kira drew her card, and it was the card she needed to win.
Then Ragnafinity's spirit appeared beside Kira,
Kira: Ready to do this?
Ragnafinity: Ready whenever you are.
Kira: I summon Cold Enchanter,
Kira: Next I'll use Monster Reborn to bring back, Ice Knight!
Kira: Now with these two monsters I build the overlay network
Kira: I XYZ Summon Number 103: Ragnazero

Kira: Next I play the spell Back-Up Rider, which gives a monster a 1500 ATK point boost and I choose your Brionac

White Heart: Why would you do that?
Kira: It's all part of my strategy,
White Heart: What are you talking about?
Kira: Let me show you, I activate Ragnafinity's effect by detaching a material I can banish one monster on the field that's ATK is different from its original and you take damage equal to the difference. So Blanc you take 1500 points of damage
White Heart: What!?
Jin's mind: So that was her plan all along,
Ragnafinity throws her scythe at the dragon causing it to disappear. Once it disappears, shards of it were sent at Whiteheart causing her to revert back to original form.

Blanc (White Heart) LP: 1500 - (1500) = 0

Brionac: That was a fine duel, you have improved Kira.
"Thank you," Kira said as she reverted back to her original form
Soon they heard a roar as the giant ice dragon monster approached them, it was Trishula
Trishula: How dare you come here, humans!
Trishula fires an ice blast, but Den goes into his armor form and projects a giant barrier to block the ice blast
Soon Kira Walks toward Trishula slowly,
Rachel notices Kira walking towards the rampaging dragon
Rachel: Kira no!
Den: Hold on, Kira knows what she's doing,
Kira holds out her hand slowly as she touches Trishula
Trishula then snaps out of it after he sees Kira
Trishula: Kira? is that you?
Kira nods as she smiles as tears started forming,
Jin, Rachel, and the two CPUs looked at Kira and Trishula like they couldn't believe it.
Rachel: I thought Trishula Despises humans for sealing him away,
Brionac: That is true. however, there was only one person that he cared about most dearly and that was Kira.
Gungnir: Yes, in fact, he was the one who took care of Kira the most out of all of us,
Blanc: Why?
Brionac: It is because... Ice Barrier Blood flows through Kira's veins
Jin, Rachel, and the two CPUs were shocked about Kira's Heritage.
"right, Apparently, she's the only person who can calm Trishula down. I saw it myself last time I was here," Den explained before he reverts back to his original form
Noire: Wow Kira, I didn't know that you had a strong bond with that rampaging dragon
Trishula then made a deep growl when he saw the other humans but Kira made him look at her instead.
Kira: Trishula, It's ok, they're with me,
Trishula just scoffs but he accepts her judgment
Kira: Trishula. Will you... fight alongside me?
Trishula: Yes Kira, I will,
Soon Trishula disappeared as he turned into a card.
Blanc: That was incredible..!
Jin: Well now that your training is complete let's head back over,
Brionac: Thank you, for visiting, and Good Luck Kira
After Den creates a portal back to the tournament, Kira looked back with a smile as she nods knowing that she will win the tournament.
