Kaiba: Welcome to another action-packed edition of Duel League! And we have ourselves quite a few duels announced and much more. We got a proving ground match between Pattou and Magnus. 

Jack: And let's not forget, the main event of this edition, a rematch of the Duel League Championship Tournament finals between Irvine and Blaze for the Championship.

Joey: But of course, we can't forget who will open. Once again, it's AK v. Strike

Kaiba: Wheeler, you should know what you're saying. But then again, you're nothing but an amateur!

Jack: Alright, call it down the middle. But right now, AK is looking to be on a mission.

Kaiba: Obviously, so he can compete for the title!

As AK is marching to the duel field, a video screen pulls up inset and shows AK with a message to Strike

I will show you all and use this brutish simpleton that force without thought is nothing more than fourth rate duelist brashness. Let this be the beginning to the road that all of you third-rate deck wielders must realize. In time, you will all AcKnowledge me...

Kaiba: Strong words....

Joey: Yeah, I wonder where he got that from? - looks at Seto -

Announcer: And his opponent, Strike!

Joey: In comes a real contender

Kaiba: Saying it to spite me, Wheeler?

Joey: Well we've seen these warriors pull him out of impossible situations.

Kaiba: How about being eliminated in the quarter finals?

Joey: Same as AK?

Jack: Alright you two, enough! We also got some words from Strike about this duel.

Strike marched on and inset a video message appeared

Strike: (video) So Mr. Kaiba's adopted baby boy is trying to regain the glory days of daddy dearest? Come on now. You and I know you lost because you got wiped out. I will admit that I was outclassed and outmaneuvered. You were outdone by Odin. Now tonight, I will add another title to my name. Apart from the Tactical warrior, I will now be known as a Dragon Slayer. I will humble you and put you in your place. In time, another title will be bestowed upon me. Duel League Champion.

Jack: Strong words from Strike. These two have a lot to prove despite eliminations in the quarter finals.

Kaiba: We've seen how far both will go but I can tell who may win and edge the other out.

Joeey: Anyway, announcer.

Announcer: Let the duel begin!

AK: I summon Luster Dragon (WIND/4*/Dragon/ATK1900/ DEF1600). I end my turn.

Joey: oooh 

Kaiba: What could he be thinking?

Strike draws a card

Strike: I summon Exiled Force (EARTH/4*/Warrior/ATK1000/DEF1000). I activate its effect to tribute itself to destroy a monster you own. I select, Luster Dragon!

Both Exiled Force and Luster Dragon are sent to the Graveyard.

Strike: I end my turn.

AK: One card facedown and back to you.

Joey: Oooh doesn't seem like a Kaiba on the field

Strike: I summon the Six Samurai - Zanji (LIGHT/4*/Warrior/ATK1800/DEF1300).

Jack: Can anything be done?

Strike: Direct attack!

Joey: Kaiba Jr's about to lose.

Kaiba: Shut it, Fourth rate!

Strike: I summon Armor Breaker (EARTH/3*/Warrior/Union/ATK800/DEF800). I equip this to Zanji. When I deal battle damage to my opponent, I can destroy 1 card on the field. And I will attack you first!

AK: I activate a Quick-Play Spell Card, Enemy Controller. I switch Zanji to defense.

Six Samuray Zanji is switched to defense.

Strike: Guess I'm done

Kaiba: He better know what he's doing....

Jack: He better....

Strike: Weak!

Strike; I set a monster and use Exiled Force's effect to tribute itself to destroy that facedown monster

Exiled Force and the facedown The Dragon Dwelling in the ave are both destroyed.

Joey: Okay, that's weird

AK: I end my turn and discard Curse of Dragon as I had 7 seven cards in my hand

Strike: Bad hand - laughs - This will be quite a way to show not even YOUR cards want you to win

Strike: I set a card and end my turn. Just to make things fair to at least let you get a hit before I beat your ass down. Sonny boy!

AK: I set a card and end my turn

Strike: I will finish you off this turn. I activate a Trap Card, Return of the Six Samurai. I can return one Six Samurai monster in my Graveyard and Special Summon it. I select The Six Samurai - Zanji (LIGHT/4*/Warrior/ATK1800/DEF1300). And I summon D.D. Assailant (EARTH/4*Warrior/ATK1700/DEF1600). SO make that 2 warriors so A Forces bumps up the ATK gain to 400!

AK: I activate a Quick Play Spell Card, Offerings to teh Doomed, I target D.D. Assialant and destroy it.

Kaiba: He spared himself.

Strike: Main Phase 2, I activate a Spell Card, Monster Gate. I Tribute Zanji to excavate cards from the top of my Deck until I excavate a monster that can be special summoned.

Strike: Luck is on my side. I summon Familiar Knight (DARK/3*/Warrior/ATK1200/DEF1400)

AK: My turn, due to Offerings to the Doomed, my Draw Phase will be skipped.

Joey: So he waved the white flag now?

AK: I activate a Spell Card, Soul Exchange, I target one monster you control and must Tribute it to summon a monster from my hand...

Kaiba: Reversal of fate perhaps?

Strike: Will I let you take control of my monster? Hmm... Nah, I activate a Counter Trap Card, Magic Drain. Now unless you can discard a Spell Card from your hand, that Soul Exchange will be negated.

AK: - sighs - I got none.

Kaiba: Oh no...

Joey: Oh yes, Kaiba. Guess your wonder boy ain't as cut out as he could be.

AK: I end ...my turn.

Turn 20 (AK 1800/ Strike 8000)
Strike draws a card

Strike: I remove from play the Spell Card Monster Gate from my Graveyard to Special Summon, Spell Striker (EARTH/3*/Warrior/ATK600/DEF200). And I sacrifice both Familiar Knight and Spell Striker to Tribute Summon, Sword Hunter (EARTH/7*/Warrior/ATK2450/DEF1700).

Strike: I shall spare you no more! direct attack!

Announcer: The winner, Strike!

Strike: Ha! What was that? AcKnowledge you? Acknowledge that you need to be humbled. Then MAYBE you can beat me. Stop masquerading as a Kaiba little boy. You only got the name because Seto needed someone to inherit his frustrations as - points to Kaiba - He don't got it anymore! So begins my rise to the top!

AK then left the duel field all angry as Strike was triumphant. 

Joey: Well, we just saw another case of bad hand.

Kaiba: This is just embarrassing even for me.

Joey: Ha! You've been humbled Seto!
