Long ago, when the pyramids were still young, Egyptian Kings played a game of great and terrible power.

But these Shadow Games erupted into a war that threatened to destroy the entire world until a brace and powerful Pharaoh locked the magic away, imprisoning it within the mystical Millennium Items.

Now, 5000 years later, a boy named Yugi respectively unlocks the secrets of the Millennium Puzzle.

He is infused with ancient magical energy, for destiny has chosen him to defend the world from the return of Shadow Games, just as the brave Pharaoh did 5000 years ago.

The ancient Egyptian could have never predicted that their mystical battles would have evolved into the most popular card game in the world: Duel Monsters.

And the one of the best duelist who ever played this game is Yugi Mutou.

He was also up for the challenge.

One day his grandfather decide to give him his greatest test to date; the impossible task of assembling a 5000 year artifact known as the Millennium Puzzle.

But, it wasn't impossible for Yugi. He solved the puzzle and when his did, he had also unleashed the power of an ancient Pharaoh.

"Yu-Gi-Oh!"

The two became great friends.

"The Millennium Puzzle connects us Yugi and I sense that fact has more in store for us." An older boy said looked at Yugi.

"Well, we're in this together, no matter what." Yugi stated determined.

And it was long until Yugi and the Pharaoh would be working together to save the world from all sorts of wicked forces.

Like the ruthless Setk Kaiba.

"Draw your last pathetic card so I can this Yugi." Kaiba sneered.

"My grandpa's deck has no pathetic cards Kaiba." Yami stated cooly, "But, it does contain the unstoppable Exodia!" He held up the card for him to see smirking, "I have assembled five special cards! All five parts of the puzzle!"

Kaiba stared up at the beast as it was summoned, shocked, "Ahh! I-It's not possible!" He said eyes widen, "No one's ever been able to call him!"

"Exodia! Obliterate!" Yami yelled, causing Exodia to fire a huge beam of light onto Kaiba's three Blue-Eyes White Drakn effectively destroying them.

"Ahhhhh!" Kaiba screamed from the light.

And Pegasus, the cold-hearted Creator of Duel Monsters, who confronted Yugi's Millennium Puzzle.

"Now, prepare yourself for the ultimate merge monster! The Thousand-Eye Restrict!" Pegasus stated smugly as his monster was summoned.

"Now, Magician of Black Chaos! Attack Thousand-Eye Restrict with Chaos Scepter Blast!" Yami ordered.

Magician of Black Chaos grabbed his spectar, he twirled it around quickly and send a large blast of energy towards the Thousand-Eye Restrict.

"I have destroyed your Thousand-Eye Restrict." Yami declared, as Thousand-Eye Restrict exploded as the blast of energy hit it. "And that means... It's games over for you."

Pegasus let out a scream as his monster was destroyed, "Ohhhhh-noooooo!" He yelled grabbing his head with both hands.

And the most fearful of all: The maniacal Marik Ishtar who wanted to get his revenge on the Pharaoh.

"The darkness is here to stay!" Marik rasped, grinning darkly at the Pharaoh.

Yami held out his hand revealing his facedown, "Behold! Ragnarok!" He announced, "Once it's great power is released, every monster on your side of the field will be crushed including your Winged Dragon of Ra."

"The time has come for me to fulfil my destiny!" Yami yelled as Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl placed their staff's together, attacking the monsters. "And rid the world of your evil once and for all!"

Yugi fought and won many battle earning him the titles that known by the world over; The King of Games.

And what a reign Yugi had.

It's wasn't long before a whole new generation of duelists would follow in his footsteps and learn the way of Duel Monsters.

Now, we'll travel to the future and meet the next duelists. The start pupil of the school with one major: Duel Monsters.

Lets us meet, Aira Judai Yuki.

"M-m-man, n-n-never, e-ever listen to Uncle Joey prep talk..." Aira was sweating talking to finish the sentence while running. "A-a-again, h-he k-kept me up l-l-late." She stuttered finishing the sentence.

Aira shivered for a second thinking about her Uncles and Aunties reaction, 'Yep Uncle Seto won't be happy along with Aunt Mai and Aunt Tea. Why do I get the feeling that he's going to get hit big time from them?' She picked up the speed with only 6 minutes left till the entrance exams closes.

As you can see that Aira is not an ordinary child having connections to our past hero, keeping her background life as a secret she is able to overcome hidden observers.

As Aira have every intention to keep those promises she made with her Uncle Yugi and others. But when to school got hard or did it... Aira rarely studies.

During tests, without fail, Aira on the hand was always unpredictable.

She might not be the top studied students, but when it comes to duelling she was always at the top of her class.

Aira has the rare ability and special power to communicate with Duel Spirits and make them real; such as her Moonlight Crystal, Elemental HEROs deck, Yubel and Professor Banner.

Aira used that power or she tries not to mostly to draw attention to unwanted guest; to help their friends which was a good thing, but they always had the tendency to get into trouble.

But, it was when the stakes were really high Aira truely got serious and her game on.

[A/N: Manager Spoilers and I'll try my best to match them in my story.]

Like time when Aira took on the fiendish Kagemaru.

Kagemaru let out a yell, as his body free younger surprising everyone. He jumped out of his container scaring everyone.

"Dude that's just weird." Agunimon said shocked.

Yubel narrowed her eyes, "He must've use the duel energy he gathered from the Shadow Riders to make himself young." She explained.

"Great." Aira said sarcastically.

"I like this new body." Kagemaru said smiling up at the beasts, "But... Something is still missing."

Aira twitched, "Don't tell me."

"Oh, I know!" Kagemaru said pointed at Aira, "It's your soul Aira! Now, let's finish this duel!"

"Hey Ai, let him meet our own God friend." Tsukimon said.

"I sacrifice three of my Elemental HEROs to summon a God card of my own." Aira announced shocking everyone who was watching.

"I-Impossible! Only the King of Games has those three other Egyptian Gods! Y-Y-You can't!" Kagemaru shouting.

Aira smirked.

"Whose says I'm done, next I play Sabatiel - The Philosopher's Stone!" Aira announced, showing the card, "So, Slifer the Sky Dragon attack points are now..."

Slifer the Sky Dragon:
ATK/ 7000 x 5 = 35000

"35000!" Kagemaru finished eyes widen.

"Now go, Slifer! Seal his fate!" Aira yelled as her dragon released a giant fire ball towards Kagemaru's monsters and destroying them all.

Or, when Aira fended off the deprived Sartorius who wasted to turn the world into mindless zombies.

"Sooo not cool buddy." Aira said. "Uncle Seto this is sooo your fault! I'm being like Uncle Yugi who also draws trouble."

Aira also meet someone who was impossible to meet.

"Who are you?" Aira asked the girl who looks like her expect for the golden eyes.

Yubel eyes widen, "It can't be."

The Supreme Queen of Gentle Darkness; Aria who is Aira past self of ancient time.

"Don't let the light win. But then again this power is nothing compared to my Darkness." Aria grinned.

"In any moment." Sartorius started grinning wickedly, "The people of Earth will worship me!"

Aira grinned, "Let's go, Moonlight Crystal Dragon!" She said holding out her hand, "It's time to save the universe! Let's blast him, Pure Moon Flare!"

Moonlight Crystal Dragon roared and gathered a white flames and released the flames it hitting the monster and destroying it.

"Ahhhh!" Sartorius yelled as his life points dropped.

And when Aira schooled Professor Viper, an instructor who had a sinister agenda.

"Yep so not happy about this new teacher as well." Aira deadpanned making the gang sweat drop at her blunt statement. "I don't like him."

"This guys is cold and dark." Lowemon said looking at the new professor.

Aira snorted at those words.

"This guy aura spells dark and evil to the end Ai." Aria warned, "Be careful and don't let your guard down."

"It's time to get your game on, Viper!" Aira said activating her duel disk.

"Come forth, Vennominon the King of Poisonous Snakes!" Viper summoned, "Go! Fang Venom!"

A bunch of snakes hissed, releasing poisonous gas, destroying Elemental HERO of Metal Rivomon.

"Yikes!" Agunimon yelped.

Aira grinned, "Go! MagnaGarurumon, Magna Missiles!" She shouted.

"Magna Missiles!" Elemental HERO Mega Light MagnaGarurumon shouted his attack and hired thousands of missiles aimed him at Viper causing a huge explosion.

Yes, it's true: Aira always made the honour role but stopped by Dr. Crowler who dislikes her but she was certainly on a roll when it came to dynamic duels.

After a draw duel against the King of Games she was given a hidden title of The Queen of Games.

And now, lets continue our journey into the future.

Welcome to New Domino City, where duels have evolved into the pedal to the metal way of life.

A life, lived in the fast lane and no one loves it faster than Yusei Fudo.

A master mechanic who's dueling metal in able him to raise in the slums of Satellite and break down the barriers surrounding New Domino City.

Yusei unrelenting desire to make a better world for those around him was catalyst that sparked a time of renaissance in New Domino City.

Every time he would rev up his duel runner, it was as if he was revving up something deep inside of each and everyone of those around him.

He inspired people to believe that there was a brighter future in store for all.

And there was.

Especially, once Yusei discovered that he was one of five signers, linked by destiny to uncover the secret of the Crimson Dragon.

With the power of the Crimson Dragon and unwavering support from his friends, there was no stopping Yusei even though there were many who tried.

Like the Dark Signer Roman and his Earthbound Immortal.

"I am going to make you pay for all the damage that you've had done!" Yusei yelled pointing his finger at him.

Roman let out a laugh, "I now summon, Earthbound Immortal Uru!" He said as his monster was summoned.

"Unleash your Web of Destruction!" Roman ordered pointing at Yusei, "Attack!"

The monster let out a huge web from his mouth, aiming at Yusei.

"I activate my trap!" Yusei announced, revealing his trap card, "Startdust Flash! I can use this trap card to summon Stardust Dragon! And now! He is going to attack with Cosmic Flare!" He said.

Stardust shot a huge beam of light to Earthbound Immortal Uru, destroying it.

Roman grunted and slinking to the floor.

And Director Goodwin, who wanted to destroy the world and rebuild it in his image.

"We well duel in the crest of the condor." Goodwin announced, "There, I will crush you signers!"

"So, let's go!" Yusei yelled as Jack and Crow drove along with him following Goodwin.

"Now would be a good time to say goodbye!" Goodwin said grinning at them, "Inleash your fury Rasca!"

"I Synchro Summon...! The Majestic Star Dragon!" Yusei said, "Earthbound Immortal Rasca is going down! Go Majestic Star Dragon, Star Shine Shred!"

Goodwin stared in disbelief, "I lost! It's over!"

But when the odds were against Yusei, he always kicked things into overdrive.

Yusei had to steer through some hard times, but one thing for sure; When Yusei were in the driver's seat, you knew the next stop was victory.

Sorry, like I said before I'm still alive but really lazy for some reason.
This chapter was meant to start I kind of re watched Yu-Gi-Oh!3D and missed this introduction part. Oops, hehe! *Looks aways* Anyway I'll be posting a new chapter of Luna Mew Light Hoenn tomorrow.
So heads up and sorry again for not posting anything so for long on Pokémon FanFiction and Yu-Gi-Oh!GX is on Break till I feel motivate again.
